The X-Factory Handguards from Acerbis are designed with a steel bar encased in an injection-molded Nylon composite. A replaceable dual-injected polypropylene shield attaches to the bar, providing excellent protection against debris and harsh conditions.

Included with the handguards is a universal mount kit, enabling installation on either 7/8" or 1 1/8" handlebars.

Will not fit XT250 with stock handlebars (oversize bars ok). Recommend Acerbis Rally Pro X-Strong to clear master cylinder.

These handguards come with mounts that will work on both standard and and oversize bars. The aluminum wrap-around bar is the biggest on the market with two large plastic shields that are also some of the largest available. Organic brake pads contain man-made high-performance fibers that are used for their light weight, high strength abrasion resistance and thermal stability. These Aramid fibers have a high strength-to-weight, thermal stability and abrasion resistance to provide advantages over steel fiber-based products. They provide excellent stopping power without noise and rotor galling but still provide fingertip control and strong, predictable brake response.

Double-H sintered metal brake pads feature the HH friction rating, the highest in the industry. These pads provide maximum brake effect and last twice as long as organic pads.

Semi-sintered pads have an all new recipe containing 30% copper by weight with an organic matrix. This design combines the long life of a sintered pad with the great feel and lack of rotor damage common with full-sintered pads. These can be used to replace Kevlar or sintered metal compound pads.

This is an extended version of the stock DR650 clutch release arm that is manufactured by Suzuki.

Attach this over your brake lever and hand grip, squeeze the brake lever, pull the locking bar in and lock the black portion down. This creates a locked front brake, making parking safe and secure with about 5 seconds of effort.
