The Dynojet Auto Tune kit is an "add on" accessory that can be used with any of our Power Commander V’s. It connects to the PCV with a single cable and requires only a ground and +12 volt connection to be made to install. If your exhaust does not already have one, a "weld in" O2 sensor bung is included.
Once installed, the Auto Tune kit monitors the fuel mixture (by installing the included Wide Band O2 sensor in the exhaust). It then sends this information to the Power Commander V and automatically corrects it while you ride. These Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil to 5w and install the DDCs under the springs and hit the trails.
Stiffer fork springs are required to realize the full benefits of the DDCs. .42 kg/mm springs are the springs recommended for just about anybody out there. Please call if you have any further questions.

The Cogent Dynamics DDC valves are the most cost-effective upgrade you can make to your motorcycle’s forks. Unique and the first of its kind, a DDC kit is available to upgrade many motorcycles that are originally equipped with simple damper rod type forks as front suspension.
We do recommend stiffer than stock front springs to bring the full potential of the DDCs out. Up to about 200 pounds (rider with gear on) we recommend the .85 kg/mm springs. If you are above 200 pounds (rider with gear on) you should probably go with the 1.0 kg/mm springs.
