For reference, the stock gearing for the WR250R is 13/43 while the X model runs with a 13/42 stock configuration because of the SM wheels/tires. Both use a 108 link chain with the stock gearing.
The JT rear sprockets listed are made from the finest 545C high carbon steel and are then heat treated and hand finished to meet or exceed OEM standards. Outlasts many mild steel or surface hardened sprockets as much as two and three times over.

If you want the additional low-end grunt that the 46, 48 or 50 tooth rear sprocket will give you, you will need longer chain as well.
New Rear Sprockets require new Sprocket Bolts because of a difference in the holes vs. the stock bolts.

This is a plug & play low profile LED light bar kit which includes laser cut stainless steel mounting brackets and high quality wire taps.

Auxiliary Lights, Mount
A nice place to mount auxiliary lights on your KLX where they will be high and easy to reach for adjustment but still tight to the cowlings. They will not interfere with controls, body work or the fuel tank.
Constructed of 1/8" stainless steel they are intended for LED lamps in the 2" range, but with a slight slotting of the mounting holes, will work great with 3" lights as well. Includes longer bolts to for the upper triple clamp mounts.
Made from heavy duty 1/8" thick stainless steel, these mounting brackets are specifically designed for mounting 2" LED auxiliary lamps to the front of your TW200. They position the lamps (not included) high & tight to the bike for optimal protection and light projection without interfering with the bike controls, body work, or fuel tank. Kit includes four longer mounting bolts for the lower triple clamp.
The image shows a GoPro camera on the TW's right side and an LED light on the left. You could certainly do something like that as well!
This heavy duty aluminum bracket is specifically designed for mounting auxiliary LED lights to the front of your XR650L without interfering with your large aftermarket fuel tank. If your bike needs improved lighting this mount is the best place to start!

Skid Plate
This skid plate is extremely strong, manufactured from a 5 mm aluminum bottom with 4 mm thick side walls, offering complete protection of the engine block. This unit is built with precision-manufactured mounts that fit directly into the existing frame mount, creating a robust connection that distributes the forces not only to the mounting points but also to the bikes steel frame in case of ground contact. 8 mm strong rubber sliders also help to absorb and distribute impact forces. This unit completely replaces the wimpy stock plate constructed from just 2.5 mm material.

Forks
Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. Designed by Rick at Cogent Dynamics on his high-tech suspension dyno, then tested and endorsed by KLR owners all over, these units have been given the seal of approval by the ProCycle staff for both performance and ease of installation. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil over to 5w and install the units under the springs and hit the trails.
If you weigh up to 250 pounds, select the .64 spring kit. If you are over 250 or carry lots of luggage, please select the .70 spring kit. Please call if you have any further questions.
All of these kits include DDCs, springs, fork oil and preload spacers.
A dual-rate fork spring for the early KLR650. These springs start with a .40 kg/mm winding and after approximately 20% of the stroke, stiffen up to .60 kg/mm for the remainder of the travel. A very nice improvement over the stock springs which are .40 kg/mm for the entire travel.
Shock
Heavy duty shock bumper. The stock bumper is prone to disintegrating with age. If you are re-valving your shock it's a good idea to be sure the bumper is in good shape.

A precision fabricated bolt-on swingarm extension for the TW200.

This is an extended version of the stock DR650 clutch release arm that is manufactured by Suzuki.
Upgrading to a longer clutch release arm will lighten the pull of the clutch lever through means of increased leverage. This means less fatigue, quicker clutch engagement, easier clutch modulation and longer rides.
The extended clutch arm will not offer a drastic change in clutch pull. If you're looking for a major change in clutch pull at the lever, we recommend getting a Magura hydraulic clutch kit.

The MotoPressor is a compact pump unit that weighs only 1.3 pounds and fits in the palm of your hand! Measures 4"x3"x1.5" This makes it smaller and easier to carry with you.
It includes a 8 inch long inflation hose, with a a low air loss chuck. You also get an SAE power cord that attaches to your battery and stays there, along with alligator clips with SAE connector. The Pocket Pump has an 6.5 foot power cord. All of this packs into a heavy duty neoprene pouch.
MotoPressor will inflate a 150/70/ R18 tire from 0-31psi in under 4 minutes, and is capable of pumping up to 130psi. It also features a built-in cooling fan to keep the pump at optimum operating temperature, and a check valve to check the psi by attaching your tire gauge to this valve.

You can switch back to naked bike in seconds, without tools, however you will be so much more comfortable you may not want to!
What's included in the kit:
Their complete drop-in quick-release system is custom-made for the SV650 and includes everything needed to mount and position the shield. Your bike will not require any modification. Here are the system components:

- 3/16" (4.5 mm) thick cast acrylic windshield.
- Solid aluminum 7/8" crossbar
The quick-release base brackets mount to your forks. The adjustable shield brackets lock onto the base and with the shield system attached you can adjust it for the optimum height, angle and airflow to dial in the comfort for your particular height and riding position. They included a long 7/8" crossbar both for stability and so you can mount your smartphone or GPS unit up higher front-and-center where you can more easily see it.
If you want to go back to stock naked bike configuration simply release the locking plungers and slide the system off. Keep in mind that the crossbar, and anything you may have mounted to it, will also come off with the system.
The Rally windscreen from Parabellum is the perfect protection from wind and debris without sacrificing technical off-road capabilities. This is an upright rally type windscreen that looks aggressive and performs well under all types of riding. Designed primarily for the off-road / dualsport enthusiast, this shield keeps pressure off the rider's chest while commuting from home to adventure and back.
This windscreen mounts securely to the three stock windshield holes as well as the two side cowling mounts. The shield is 14 inches tall, 13 inches wide at the bottom narrowing to 11 inches at the top. Made from 3/16" military aircraft grade cast acrylic.
An upright Dakar Rally inspired shield designed to protect the rider without interfering with off-road riding. For on-road riding the Rally shield protects the rider’s core from fatiguing air blasts while keeping the head in clean air. The Rally shield for the TW200 is 13 inches tall, 12.5 inches wide at the bottom, 9 inches wide at the top, and made from military grade 1/8 inch cast acrylic in either clear or tint.
Side Panels
Replacement side panels from ProCycle (formerly DSA). These pieces are fully compatible in any combination with the original factory plastic. These side panels have a crisper, more angular look than stock. Vacuum molded, they are a design improvement over the stock panels.

You can add the double D ring loop to any 1" flat webbing system. This simple piece adds a lot of flexibility to any luggage system you are using. This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.
This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust.

Full System
The Akrapovic double-flow muffler is made of a Titanium outer shell with a Stainless Steel end cap. The joint on the inlet cap is CNC milled and connected to the inlet pipe with silicon-shielded tempered springs. A lightweight, compact and high-temperature-resistant carbon fiber clamp supports the muffler to the frame.
This muffler is 3 pounds lighter than stock and will give you an increase in power across the powerband.
The plug-and-play exhaust is simple to install without any need for remapping and comes with full instructions.
Headpipe
Protect your head pipe from rock damage. This stainless steel spine clamps to your head pipe to add a layer of protective armor between your vulnerable pipe and those nasty rocks or logs. Fits the stock headpipe. Will fit the FMF head pipe with the addition of larger clamps.

A compact and lightweight solution to eliminate the SNAP for a safer tow. If you have ever towed a motorcycle you are familiar with the snap that comes with a traditional tow strap. GCAG made the Dynatow with a section that gives 32 inches of stretch so both riders have an easier tow.
The 26 foot total length gives you enough room to maneuver around obstacles and allows the freedom to choose better lines if you are towing in the gnar.
You can also use this as a recovery strap. You can girth hitch the loop end to the bike and throw the other end to a friend to pull. The dynamic properties of the Dynatow will help assist the pull. Fuel Line
You’d be amazed at the dirt and debris that can work its way into your gas can – and from there, your fuel tank. Twin Air’s monofilament screen pocket inserts in your tank to catch particles as small as 40 microns (.00165”) while allowing the gas to flow freely.
The flange is custom-sized for each modern 4-stroke model to ensure a leak-proof seal. Just remove the filter periodically, turn it inside-out, and clean out the debris that could have been in your engine.
Will not work with factory locking gas caps.
Inside tank inlet diameter must be approximately 43.5mm (1.71") to fit.
Petcock
Does your stock vacuum operated petcock not shut off when your bike is parked? Replace your stock vacuum operated petcock with this manual one. Must be shut off any time the bike is parked for more than a few hours. Fits stock or aftermarket tanks.
Aftermarket plastic tanks might need the hole cut into an oval shape to fit the two standpipes.
