The FMF Powerbomb is a four stroke header pipe unit that has a unique bulge precisely located in the header system. A "pre-muffler" of sorts, the Power Bomb actually lowers sound output because it creates more surface area to absorb the sound medium (exhaust). The surface area of the perforated core lets the sound exit into the absorbing material (steel wool packing) and then allows the air to expand, cool and ramp back up with the higher pressure air. The result? These pegs from SW Motech are a very cost effective way of getting a much larger footpeg than stock under your feet (2" by 3"). The removable and replaceable rubber cover is a another great feature. It helps isolate vibrations through your feet on those long highway jaunts but you can remove it in a few minutes when you get into slippery conditions that require better traction. Last but not least, you can change position a full 15mm. Two mount holes where the peg bolts to the mount allow that much adjustability. Entire peg mounts right up to your stock frame foot peg mount, no modifications necessary.
The pegs are made out of stainless steel and attach to a CNC machined aluminum bracket that goes into your stock mounts on your DL. These can replace your worn out stock pegs, give you a rubber peg when needed and a serrated edge when needed and look great doing it, what more could you ask for?

Most fuel injected systems are very lean in their stock configuration. This is good for economy and emissions, but not performance. This unit allows you to adjust the Fuel/Air (F/A) ratio without remapping the ECU and getting into complicated software programs. The PowerJet Fuel Controller allows you to adjust the fuel map from -4% to +10% by selecting one of 10 built-in settings (including stock).
The device works by measuring the outside air temperature very close to where the stock sensor is located and then adjusts the signal from the OEM air temperature sensor to the ECU to make use of the Air Temperature Correction factor that is built into the stock ECU. The ECU is told that the intake air is a little cooler than it actually is and it responds by richening the injection map very slightly. How much depends on your setting on the PowerJet. This will result in improved throttle response, especially if you have an aftermarket exhaust of any kind.
PowerJet is easily installed by plugging it in between the stock AIT sensor and the bike's wiring harness under the seat. This can be done very quickly as they are exactly the same plugs. Unplug the stock connection, plug in the PowerJet on each side. The PowerJet fits easily under the seat behind the battery as it is rugged and waterproof. PowerJet comes with a full one year warranty.
The idler gear is one of the few plastic components in the DR650 that can significantly impact engine performance if it fails or breaks.
This gear is crucial for driving the oil pump, which ensures proper oil circulation throughout the engine. In the absence of this component, complete engine failure may occur. While the idler gear is not frequently cited as a common failure point in the DR650 engine, failures have been reported, typically manifesting as either a fractured gear or stripped teeth.
During inspection, it is essential to check for any cracks, chipped areas, or missing teeth on the idler gear. Replacing the gear is a straightforward procedure, and it is advisable to do so while the clutch side case cover is already removed for other maintenance tasks, such as NSU screw replacements or clutch hub bushing replacements.

Tread design:
The K60 Ranger’s new tread design has dirt and big bikes in mind. While the open block design should keep the tread from loading-up in muddy conditions, the compound and carcass should keep the ride stable when you’re back on the street. With features intended to give integrity to the side blocks, the K60 Ranger should be at home on single track or cruising down the highway.
Tubeless tires (TL) can be used with spoke wheels, but Tube Type (TT) tires cannot be used with TL wheels.

Durability, It’s about the Rubber
Heidenau’s compound uses a high natural rubber content, and there’s a lot on there. This naturally resilient compound, combined with sturdy Belted construction, makes for one of the most trusted, longest lasting tires available to long distance travelers.
K60 Tread design:
The K60’s interrupted block chevron pattern makes for a respectable off road tire that’s smooth on the street.
This is the more economical alternative to eliminating the 990 Adventure airbox. Better breathing equals more power. The ITG filter kit makes air filter service a snap. It also simplifies other engine and intake maintenance chores. Our kit features a steel base plate which will not deform like plastic and does not conduct heat as much as aluminum. The white powder coating also helps reflect engine heat. To take advantage of the increased airflow, we recommend upgrading your fuel injection map with TuneEcu or a Power Commander.

Each pattern is available in three advanced synthetic rubber compounds. This means you can have the optimum combination of strength, tackiness and shock absorption to suit every riding condition and individual style. Soft grip is extremely soft, giving you a very comfortable ride, great feel and reduces the chance of blisters; however, because the grip is so soft, it wears quickly. Medium is a compromise between firm and soft. Firm grip has the same feel as a stock grip, it is very strong and has very good resistance to tearing and abrasion. Half Waffle has waffle pattern in finger area for traction and diamond pattern on palm side to reduce blisters. Full Waffle: designed after the CR Honda® grip.

Hydraulic Clutch Bleeder Kit includes 2oz of Magura Blood clutch fluid, 2 bleeder tools and fittings to properly bleed your hydraulic clutch. Great if you have air infiltration in the system or damaged it in some fashion.
