It is a good practice to replace your sealing washer with every oil change. These 10 piece kits are made up of 5 Copper washers and 5 Aluminum washers. The manufacturer recently decided to make half of the kit Copper washers as that is the material of choice for many OEM manufactures. If you are adapting a GSXR or Hayabusa muffler to your DR650 you will need a fresh gasket that seals between the muffler and the mid-pipe adapter. There are two sizes depending on which OEM muffler you are using. The 4-bolt mufflers use the 2-1/2" OD seal ring. The 3-bolt mufflers use the 2-3/4" OD seal ring.

This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust.

It features all stainless steel TIG welded construction with a laser cut adapter. A spring tensioned slip joint allows for heat expansion. A stainless steel hanger strap allows it to attach to your original muffler mounting point. No welding is required. Mid-pipe length is approximately 17" long.

This mid-pipe does not require a stock muffler joint gasket when used with the stock headpipe, the SS Pro-Flow, or the FMF headpipe, eliminating the hump in flow.

This Quiet Insert comes stock in all new FMF Q4 mufflers. If you lost yours, this is the replacement you need.

Rebound Separator Valves replace the shock shaft nut with an asymmetric valve (provides a different flow rate in each direction of travel) to increase traction and improve bottoming resistance and pitch control.

Why is this needed? On a standard shock the Low Speed Rebound Adjuster flows the same on compression and rebound. In testing, when the lowest speed rebound damping is quick enough to get good traction, the lowest speed compression damping is too mushy. This causes a vague feeling and bottoming on long duration hits like big dips or gullies in Dirt. For Pavement RSV's have the added benefit of pitch control (front to back movement during acceleration and braking). This keeps geometry more consistent.

The Valve has a partially drilled bleed hole in the center. IT MUST BE DRILLED BY THE END USER TO THE PROPER SIZE (2.8mm).
