Here's another item you might want to replace when you are changing out your front sprocket. Because of it's big back tire, the chain is further away from the center of the engine than most bikes. The engineers at Yamaha decided they had better support the end of the countershaft since it is cantilevered out there so far. They also figured they had better feed some oil out there as well. These Countershaft Seals keep that oil where it belongs, lubricating the countershaft outer support.

This 'Bling Ring' replaces the two stock preload/lock rings. The ring is CNC machined aluminum with the additional thickness to provide superior support on the shock body.
The added needle bearing thrust washer will make preload adjustments much easier. The ring then spins much easier against the spring making adjustments quite a bit easier.
To install the Bling Ring on a Cogent or Race Tech Shock Shaft Assemblies, it must either be disassembled or have the lower clevis removed.

Stators, Lighting & High Output
A HIGH output performance stator that replaces the OEM stator in the Honda XR400R and XR650R models.
ElectroSport designed this to have two sets of output windings: one is floated from ground and has two output leads, and the other is grounded on one side. Both windings also have different winding configurations to ensure optimum output.
Built on a modern stator core made of highly magnetically conductive material. They install the highest grade copper wire using their state-of-the-art computer controlled winding machines and they connect high quality lead wires that are both abrasion and heat resistant.
This stator comes with high grade rubber seals and connectors installed and as such is a plug in replacement.
Even if you don't need the extra lighting or charging output you can still use it as a straight replacement for the OEM stator and it is a very cost effective solution that way.

Chain Guide
A CNC machined chain guide for the DR. Stronger than the wimpy stock unit and can easily accommodate the stock 525 chain as well as a 46 tooth rear sprocket (by moving the lower rub block to the forward position). The rub blocks are also a higher grade, longer lasting material.

Designed with a fin angle that allows almost nothing to come in contact with the vulnerable core that is otherwise directly exposed to roost, rocks and all sorts of trailside debris. The fins are designed in a fashion that they completely mimic the designed airflow characteristics of the OEM plastic protector fins.
The protective finned louver panel quickly and easily unbolts to make clean-up a snap. Three-piece modular construction allows for greater design flexibility which eliminates the compromises that are built into one-piece designs. If any single piece of this unit is ever damaged, it is replaceable by itself, no need to replace the entire guard. Just give us a call. Installation is a snap, taking no more than 30 minutes with basic tools.

The Phillips type screws used in Japanese motorcycles are actually Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) screws are very easy to strip if you are using a regular Phillips screwdriver.
This is a high quality Motion Pro T-handle driver with #1, #2, and #3 JIS bits made from S2 tool steel. There is bit in each end of the driver held in place magnetically. These are 1/4" hex drive heads so you can use all common driver bits as well. The narrow drive head profile easily fits into tight locations. Main shaft is 8.5" long and is chrome plated for protection.
