Two layers of foam, catch and retain nearly any contamination you will encounter.

The adhesive that holds the two materials together withstands repeated cleanings even with harsh solvents or gasoline.

These filters are slightly smaller than stock to increase air space around the filter, improving circulation and air flow. A thick, flat breathable foam gasket forms a grease free sealing ring that ensures maximum contact with your airbox.

This kit includes 2 fire resistant pre-oiled air filters and 2 plastic filter frames.

The screws and nuts that hold the Air-box Cover on have a habit of jumping out of the air-box and running away. No idea where they go, but it is far! These cannot be purchased separately from Suzuki but we found some that are perfect replacements. This little kit includes four screws and the square nuts that go into the air-box. We recommend that you put a dab of silicone or something to hold the nuts in so they don't jump ship like the other ones did.

Yamaha uses this seal material in many places on several motorcycles. It is like weatherstripping and is used to seal up the edges in the TW200 air-box. It seals up the air-box so that water and grime can't enter the air-box from the side. Ensures that air entering the box comes from up under the seat.

Reduce exhaust leaks with this new OEM muffler gasket. This gasket goes between the rear tail/muffler pipe and the header pipe.

This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust.

The PowerBomb is a four-stroke header that incorporates FMF's patented PowerBomb module at a precise location in the initial stage of the header. Getting ready to adjust your valves? Here is a set of feeler gauges to make the job a little easier. One tool has .002" & .003" gauges the other has .004" & .005" gauges. Yamaha lists the specs as follows: .002"-.004" Intake and .004"-.006" Exhaust, clearance measured when engine is cold.

A set of feeler gauges so you can adjust the valves on your Yamaha. Yamaha says that when the bike is cold, the Intake should be between .002" and .004" and the Exhaust should be between .006" and .007".

This set includes one gauge with a .004" on one end and a .005" on the other for your intake side and another with a .006" and .008" for the exhaust side.

This plate is chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding, abrasion and impact resistance, bearing in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. All bash plates are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible. All bash plates have a polished finish and have foam or rubber where required.

These plates are made from 4mm thick 5083 aluminum because the extreme abrasion and impact resistance for the full weight of the bike and the rider. The front portion of the B&B Skid Plate bolts to mounts that are permanently attached to the forward motor mount. This means no more trying to hold clamps in place when you take you skid plate off for oil changes or cleaning. Easy off, easy on. All necessary hardware is included in the kit. The plate has foam or rubber wherever there is contact with the frame.

Yamaha mirrors have reverse threads on the right (throttle) side of the handlebars. This adapter allows you to mount a mirror with standard 10mm threads on the right side of your handlebar. This opens up many options for your mirrors, choose any 10mm mirror for your Yamaha.

ProTaper's ADV handlebars give you a bar taller than most with extra space on the control portion of the bar. These bars provide an additional 20mm of space next to where your levers and throttle are located for your GPS, phone cradle, auxiliary switches, etc . These  are oversize bars, which means they are are 1 1/8", not the smaller 7/8" diameter. Therefore some bikes will require a adapter and there are several available to select from.

This beautiful polished rear carry rack from B&B Eng. is made from aluminum tubing and 4mm 5083 plate. 5083 is used because of its suitability for welding and high level of abrasion and impact resistance. Hose reducer to go from 5/16" line down to 1/4" line. Many bikes have 5/16" carburetor spigots but most aftermarket petcocks are 1/4". This solve the problem of mismatched sizes. Solid brass construction. Can be used to route or repair fuel lines, oil lines or air lines. Barbed ends provide a secure fit.

All of these lines are stronger and more durable than vinyl fuel lines and are resistant to swelling, UV light, as well as hardening and cracking.

This CNC cap will replace the stock gas cap on the stock tank. You do need some parts from the stock cap, so don't throw it away yet! It is not difficult and this kit includes the additional hardware required. Also included is a vent tube with a matching cap.
