Easy to Install
The universal E-series adapter plate is designed to add a Givi Monokey topcase to most existing flat rear luggage racks. All necessary mounting hardware and installation diagram for attachment to generic tubular-steel flat rear luggage racks is included. This is a universal plate so making it work on your tail rack might need a little self engineering.
Typically installs quickly using simple hand tools. Corbin seats are carefully designed to provide a comfortable riding position. They are firm and supportive which allows you to ride all day without fatigue unlike the stock seat.
Comfort Cell Foam retains resiliency and doesn't crush down like the stock foam so they can build a lower seating platform. This gives you better ground reach and a lower center of gravity. For the off-road enthusiast they were sure to leave enough nose to allow you to slide up the tank and get through the corners faster. Or slide back to skim the front end over the whoops.
As you're seated, the bones in your posterior that take most of your body weight are roughly seven inches apart. Your stock seat at its widest point is about 6.5". This actually makes the foam of the stock seat crush in and applies pressure to the center of your body. The Corbin model is much wider (11 inches) and is built with denser, sculpted foam that supports your body weight over a greater area and equalizes pressure.
Installation is simple with a tongue in the front and two bolts into the saddle from the sides just like stock.

Rebound Separator Valves replace the shock shaft nut with an asymmetric valve (provides a different flow rate in each direction of travel) to increase traction and improve bottoming resistance and pitch control.
Why is this needed? On a standard shock the Low Speed Rebound Adjuster flows the same on compression and rebound. In testing, when the lowest speed rebound damping is quick enough to get good traction, the lowest speed compression damping is too mushy. This causes a vague feeling and bottoming on long duration hits like big dips or gullies in Dirt. For Pavement RSV's have the added benefit of pitch control (front to back movement during acceleration and braking). This keeps geometry more consistent.
The Valve has a partially drilled bleed hole in the center. IT MUST BE DRILLED BY THE END USER TO THE PROPER SIZE (2.8mm).
G3-LD Gold Valves provide better control for any rider by creating more shim leverage and decreasing the angular shim deflection.
Top suspension performance requires firm bottoming resistance with plushness at the same time. Even the best suspension tuners can only make the stock valving design work so well. The Gold Valve Shock Suspension System is a proven bolt-on shock valving system that improves control, traction, performance and bottoming resistance.
Combo Kits include both Compression as well as Rebound/Mid-Valve Kits with a significant cost savings over purchasing these kits separately. In the "good 'ole days" we got away with just Compression Valving improvements. However, Rebound/Mid-Valves are critical for any modern hi-performance valving setup.
Type 3 Gold Valves are the latest version of our bolt-on fork valving system for cartridge forks. A way to double the sprockets life would be to have a sprocket that fits on the shaft either way so both sides of the teeth can be used. Bear in mind you can't wear one side of the teeth all the way through, then flip the sprocket, and expect double life. You must reverse when a normal wear pattern develops.

Our latest crf230f rack is designed for superior strength in mind for use in commercial and rural conditions. As you're seated, the bones in your posterior that take most of your body weight are roughly seven inches apart. Your stock seat at its widest point is about 6.5". This actually makes the foam of the stock seat crush in and applies pressure to the center of your body. The Corbin model is much wider (nine and a half inches) and is built with denser, sculpted foam that supports your body weight over a greater area and equalizes pressure.
