The LITHIUM US is an advanced microprocessor-controlled charger specially designed to recharge and maintain the cells of Lithium-Iron (LiFePO4)  batteries – maximizing their performance and lifespan. With up to 4.3A of charge current available the LITHIUM US is extremely flexible and will charge LiFePO4 batteries from 5Ah to 60Ah and maintain up to 120Ah.

The operation is simple and charging will commence upon connection. With no need to disconnect the battery from the vehicle, the LITHIUM US will automatically reset any low voltage protection electronics (Battery Management System) fitted. Cogent Dynamics fork caps not only look fantastic they also add the ability to precisely adjust the preload of your fork springs to best match your needs and compensate for different loads and conditions.

Spacer will need to be custom depending on specific application, rate and length. Generally speaking, start with more preload if progressive, less preload if straight rate.

Did you snap a headpipe bolt on your XRL or are your headpipe bolts looking a bit dingy and rusty?

These replacement header exhaust stud bolts are made of super corrosion resistant 316 stainless steel.  They provide excellent resistance to chemicals and saltwater to give your exhaust system a hassle free service life.  

If you've got an older XR650L, you know the struggle of removing the O.E. nuts from the studs.  They either snap, remove the stud or come off as they should.  At some point you're likely to snap on or come across a seized nut to stud.  These bolts are a superior upgrade to the O.E. nut and stud.

The FMF Powerbomb is a four stroke header pipe unit that has a unique bulge precisely located in the header system. A "pre-muffler" of sorts, the Power Bomb actually lowers sound output because it creates more surface area to absorb the sound medium (exhaust). The headpipe gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head, thereby making them a single use part. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust.

The muffler joint gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.

Tunable to Fit Your Riding Style:
Each auto clutch is optimized for each bike model as it comes from the factory, and EXP 4.0 has been developed and tested in a wide range of late-model motorcycles. However, everybody rides differently, so they made sure EXP technology can be fine tuned. They offer different spring and wedge options so riders can further adjust their clutch’s performance. Some riders like the clutch to engage just above idle, while others like later engagement.

Clutch Lever Is Still Functional At All Times:
It is possible to fully override the auto functionality at any time. You can pull the lever in, build RPMs, pop the clutch out and raise the front tire just like normal.

Have More Fun:
You don’t have to worry about covering your clutch to prevent stalls all the time. You are free to relax and enjoy the ride, having one less thing to think about.

This kit includes one OEM drive plate retaining wire & one OEM inner steel drive plate.

If you've ever changed the clutch on a DR650 you will be familiar with the extra steel plate at the bottom of the stack that is locked in place by a very thin metal wire.

Generally, when you do a clutch replacement on the DR650, you do not need to remove or replace these items. If you do need to (or if you have already) you will come to realize this wire is not very strong and is prone to breaking if not treated with care during the removal / installation process.

When upgrading your Suzuki DR650 with LED turn signals, it's required to install a diode module to prevent all of the signals from blinking at once regardless of left or right signal activation.
