The Suzuki DR650 is a long-standing model in Suzuki's lineup, introduced in 1990 as a replacement for the DR600 model. The DR is a 644 cc, 4-stroke, single cylinder, SOHC, 4-valve, air/oil cooled dual-sport motorcycle with a counterbalanced engine that develops 36 horsepower. It has a 13 L fuel tank.

Fuel and Intake
R&D introduces "Flex-Jet", a simple, effective flexible shaft design. Quick adjustments are now within easy reach. Besides easy access, another benefit is the Flex-Jet's ability to hold its setting. Loose fuel screws are now a thing of the past. Kit includes: Flex-Jet (Remote Fuel Screw), bracket, screw, spring, washer, O-ring and instructions.

Replacement socket head (Allen) screws for the OEM BST40 Carburetor. The factory screws that hold the top cap and float bowl on the stock carburetor are very easily damaged. The originals are usually installed unbelievably tight from the factory. It is common to ruin the stock screws when installing a jet kit or doing any other carburetor maintenance. Sold in a pack of four. Two for the cap and two for the float bowl.
The plastic fitting that secures the stock choke cable to the carburetor is delicate and easily broken. A broken fitting can cause hard to solve idling and running problems.
CNC machined from billet aluminum and anodized black or blue. If you want to retain your handlebar mounted choke this may be the solution.
These no longer fit the new version of the ProCycle Remote Choke Cable. Will not work with the long or short reach choke knobs.
This seal helps keep debris and water out of your DR650 air box and it may become damaged or missing over the years. It is an important part of your DR650's intake system to maintain & prolong air filter life.
Simply, remove the air box door, then remove the old seal and clean out the track it sat in. Set the new seal in place and cut off any excess material remaining. Install the air box door and you are done.
The OEM foam secondary filter can deteriorate rather quickly. Once that happens, it can allow enough dirt into the engine to do significant damage. Replace your filter now with a high-quality foam filter from industry leader Twin Air.

We recommend that you put a dab of silicone or something to hold the nuts in so they don't jump ship like the other ones did.

We've been asking for a bigger tank for years and it's finally happened. This is the big brother to the very popular 5.3 gallon Acerbis tank with some modifications to add another gallon and a half of capacity. It's the same width between the knees but extends wider and further forward in front of the knee pockets. This high capacity fuel tank incorporates modern lines and high quality construction that can't be beat. Includes gas cap, petcock and all mounting hardware.

You want a lighter replacement for your heavy steel stock tank? Don't need the extended range (or bulk) of a big tank? The 3.7 gallon tank from Clarke might be just right. It's almost 5 lbs lighter and holds close to 1/2 gallon more fuel than stock to increase your range by about 20 miles. Fits with your stock petcock, Pingel or Raptor petcock.

We worked with TechSpec to have them make custom tank grip pads that look great on both Acerbis (5.3 and 6.6 gal.) and IMS tanks. These pads not only cover those ugly scuffs, but give great knee grip to the slippery plastic.

If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing. Topping off the cap is a CNC Machined metal vent cap. This eliminates the need for a lengthy vent tube that gets in the way. The vent cap allows air to vent into the tank but does not allow fuel to splash out during normal use or during a tip over.

If you're like us, you hate the long floppy vent hose hanging off the cap of your aftermarket tank.
This one-way vent cap replaces the long hose with a short one only about 2" long. It allows air into your tank but prevents fuel from sloshing out.

Hose reducer to go from 5/16" line down to 1/4" line. Many bikes have 5/16" carburetor spigots but most aftermarket petcocks are 1/4". This solve the problem of mismatched sizes. This Super Siphon has a (1/2 inch x 6 foot) long hose, which makes it quite easy to transfer fuel from one bike to another! Simply, shake the hose to prime it and get fuel moving. These versatile Risers allow you to clamp a 7/8" diameter handlebar or you can remove the 7/8" reducers and then clamp an 1- 1/8" aluminum "fatbar". If you are thinking of going to a fatbar after you bend your stock set or just want the versatility and option to run any bar, this is the riser to go with. Reducers lock into risers to insure no slippage between components.
These risers use 8mm bolts. Always check and confirm that your bike has adequate cable and brake line length before installing any handlebar risers.
Anti-Vibration Risers may interfere with aftermarket large capacity fuel tanks, and some steering stem clamp configurations (in these cases we recommend using standard pivoting risers).
This unique design from Rox allows you to move your bars either closer (1" up and back) or further away (1" forward and 1-1/4" up) depending on rider preference. These risers have an oblong mounting hole so that they will fit virtually any triple clamp with 8mm bolts. A set of reducers lock into the risers ensuring no slippage whether you have a 7/8" or 1-1/8" bars.
Because these are offset there may be limited clearance between the gas tank and the risers when the bars are fully turned on some models, mainly when mounted to move the bars closer.
The GPR V5 stabilizer is designed to be "tucked" away under the bars and is still easily adjustable without raising the handle bars too high.

Each pattern is available in three advanced synthetic rubber compounds. This means you can have the optimum combination of strength, tackiness and shock absorption to suit every riding condition and individual style. Soft grip is extremely soft, giving you a very comfortable ride, great feel and reduces the chance of blisters; however, because the grip is so soft, it wears quickly. The Go Cruise cruise control mounts over the throttle grip and rests on the brake lever to hold your throttle open, allowing you to stretch and rest your hand on long rides. Installs and removes in seconds with no tools. You can roll off the throttle manually to disengage the Go Cruise.
Ease the pressure on your wrist during those long highway drones out to where the fun begins. ProCycle has developed this kit that includes a Vista-Cruise throttle lock, a specially modified alloy throttle tube and an anchor plate that attaches to your throttle housing. Just flip the thumb lever down to apply enough friction to hold the throttle in place. Use the supplied longer screw to attach the anchor plate to your lower throttle housing bolt hole. Also included is a tension adjustment tool that you can keep on your key ring. Keep the applied tension lightly adjusted so it's easy to roll the throttle off.

Warp 9 has created a beautiful brake pedal machined from billet aluminum to an 8mm thick work of art. A stainless steel pin eliminates wear in the frame. This pedal has the ability to move the spring loaded brake tip 10mm either way from the center position. The arm is arched to provide clearance for riders who have the lowpeg + centerstand combination.
This bracket mounts between the frame and your right footpeg bracket (works with both stock and low mounts) and allows you to adjust the slop out of the stock system. Puts the pedal in the ultimate location for immediate brake activation and eliminates unwanted pedal motion. Kit includes plate, adjuster bolt and lock nut and instructions.
Attach this over your brake lever and hand grip, squeeze the brake lever, pull the locking bar in and lock the black portion down. This creates a locked front brake, making parking safe and secure with about 5 seconds of effort.
To unlock the BrakeFix, you just lift the back of the black hooking portion to release it. This takes about 2 seconds. Perfect for use with Snapjack type stands or just parking on an incline.
First there was the Warp 9 "4-Finger" Lever, now there is the Warp 9 "3-Finger" Lever Exclusive to ProCycle. These are a full half inch shorter. You asked for 3-finger levers, and we had Warp 9 make them for us. Brake lever includes a nice billet clamp with nylon sleeve to allow the assembly to rotate on impact. Will not fit with the stock OEM wind deflectors.

These are held to the cast Warp 9 lever with a pin and e-clip making them easy to change out. Includes new pin and e-clip in case you lose yours.

The plastic fitting that secures the stock choke cable to the carburetor is delicate and easily broken. A broken fitting can cause hard to solve idling and running problems.
