Rotors are laser-cut from high-carbon content 410 stainless steel then lap cross hatch ground and heat-treated. The finished rotors are mounted on a floating black steel carrier for durability and strength.

The oversize floating pins are CNC machined stainless steel rivets with stainless wave washers to ensure they will not crush as more traditional steel pressed rivets can. Finally, high-temp paint is applied to surfaces like cooling holes and edges to provide a clean, finished look.

Includes a fresh set of brake rotor bolts.

Made with heat-treated carbon steel for longer wear life and reduced galling. Stock size, simple bolt-on procedure.

290mm Floating Wave® Rotor

Full floating to ensure optimum brake pad-to-rotor contact. Every high-quality, Galfer-patented Wave® rotor is made from a proprietary mix of virgin high carbon 420 stainless steel, laser cut (never stamped), double disc-parallel ground to assure perfect parallel flatness and heat treated to each specific application. KBA and TUV approved. Seamlessly replaces stock rotor. Full instructions provided along with any technical help needed.

Depending on your application they are designed for street, track and off road. This rotor is for the rider that wants more than what the stock brake system can provide. Longer-lasting extremely predictable and consistent with a drastic increase in lever feel modulation and brake torque.

Stock OEM works with factory rotors, comes in a pack of 6.

Adds serious stopping power to the DR. Included is a new rotor floating on a central mounting carrier along with a caliper relocation bracket.

Available add on options include a Galfer braided stainless steel brake line, and 12oz bottle of Bel-Ray DOT4 brake fluid.

• Sintered Pads are best for regular riding. Long life, and good performance in all conditions
• Sport Carbon pads are made for fast riding in dry conditions. Not recommended for mud, water, or sand
• Race Sintered pads are high performance race pad with superb durability similar to that of the sintered pad. Higher friction level and fade resistance. Diamond ground surface finish to speed bed-in. Comes with new pad pins. Race Sintered are designed for racing use only; not for street use

EBC brake pads contain aramid fibers; these are man-made high-performance fibers used widely for their light weight, high strength, abrasion resistance and thermal stability.

DP brakes are available in two different compounds for the DR. 

The standard Sintered metal material pads provide powerful braking with industry-high HH+ friction rating that is equally adept in wet or dry conditions. They have a quick break-in period and excellent initial response. An oxide-based ceramic material on the rear of the backing plate keeps heat away from the caliper piston and fluid in extreme conditions giving a fade-free performance in even the harshest conditions.

The material in the Special Pads was developed by pro riders in the MX, Supercross, Enduro and Off-Road world where performance and good durability are essential.
