These Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. These units have been given the seal of approval by the ProCycle staff for both performance and ease of installation. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil over to 5w and install the DDCs under the springs and hit the trails.

You can adjust the preload on your rear shock quite easily, why not on the forks as well? These caps give you the ability to adjust the spring preload in your forks to match your load.

Don't want to buy a new shock? This rebuild makes the stock shock about 10 times better. We send shocks to Cogent Dynamics. They clean them up, hard anodize the bodies for better wear, and install new Shock Shaft Assemblies with rebound damping adjustment.

Any aftermarket spring for your stock shock will fit on this shock. If you are using the original spring, you will want to order a stiffer spring to go with your new shock. Our 7.5 kg/mm rear spring is 16% stiffer than the stock one and is perfect for the majority of riders. This 'Bling Ring' replaces the two stock preload/lock rings. The ring is CNC machined aluminum with the additional thickness to provide superior support on the shock body.

The added needle bearing thrust washer will make preload adjustments much easier. The ring then spins much easier against the spring making adjustments quite a bit easier.

This part can easily be added to the Cogent or Race Tech Shock Shaft Assemblies, even after they are built.

To install the Bling Ring on a shock with a stock shaft it must either be disassembled or have the lower clevis removed.

This thrust bearing is designed to sit between the shock spring and the preload adjusting nut on the shock. This bearing will eliminate spring binding during shock action and will make turning the preload collars much easier. The bearing kit includes two cupped washers, one thrust bearing and inner & outer o-rings to keep out water and dirt.

Complete kit to replace the bearings and seals in the DR650 shock linkage. Includes the lower shock bearing.

Heavy duty shock bumper. The stock bumper is prone to disintegrating with age. If you are re-valving your shock it's a good idea to be sure the bumper is in good shape.

A strong magnet in the end holds the cartridge firmly while you lower it into your fork leg. Then slide the spring over the tool until it holds the DDC down, then gently remove the tool. That simple. Never again question if it is properly seated on the damper rod.

No repacking required. The LeoVince X3 Enduro is made with TIG welded stainless steel internals and aluminum outer shell. It features a semi-direct chamber design that is maintenance free. Our very own high flowing head-pipe is made in the USA using a CNC (computer numerically controlled) mandrel bender for an absolute perfect fit. It is a high quality 2-piece 18 gauge stainless steel head-pipe with 1 3/4" outer diameter, compared to the stock outer diameter of 1 1/2".

The SS Pro-Flow is a tested upgrade over stock that will bolt right on with no modifications needed. It is compatible with any combination muffler/mid-pipe, as well as all motor configurations of the DR650 '96-current.

Includes a stainless steel band clamp for the mid-pipe joint, clamp-on heat shield mounts, to use with stock heat heat shield and a stainless steel flange at the exhaust port mount. We recommend a new exhaust gasket when installing your new SS Pro-Flow.

This kit will replace both of your stock corroded or rusty headpipe bolts. These are OEM replacements.

By popular demand. This is our own mid-pipe adapter kit for the GSXR exhaust cans. The unique design works with both 3-bolt Hayabusa and 4-bolt GSXR mufflers. It features all stainless steel TIG welded construction with a laser cut adapter. A spring tensioned slip joint allows for heat expansion. A stainless steel hanger strap allows it to attach to your original muffler mounting point. No welding is required. Mid-pipe length is approximately 17" long.

This mid-pipe does not require a stock muffler joint gasket when used with the stock headpipe, the SS Pro-Flow, or the FMF headpipe, eliminating the hump in flow.

Don't forget a fresh seal ring gasket that fits between your muffler and mid-pipe adapter.

This Quiet Insert comes stock in all new FMF Q4 mufflers. If you lost yours, this is the replacement you need.

It will fit Q4, Q4 Hex, Powercore and Powercore Hex mufflers.

It will reduce the sound rating of the Power Core models, from about 99db down to about 96db.

Please choose the correct Insert for your muffler. If you are unsure of the year that your muffler was manufactured you can easily identify visually which insert you will need.

The ProCycle SS1 muffler was designed so this existing spark arrester will fit right in. This is also the same unit that is often adapted to the GSXR 40F0 muffler. It fits FMF exhaust as well.

This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust.

This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. FMF mufflers do not require a joint gasket but the all other aftermarket mufflers as well as the stock muffler require a joint gasket. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.

If you are adapting a GSXR or Hayabusa muffler to your DR650 you will need a fresh gasket that seals between the muffler and the mid-pipe adapter. There are two sizes depending on which OEM muffler you are using. The 4-bolt mufflers use the 2-1/2" OD seal ring. The 3-bolt mufflers use the 2-3/4" OD seal ring.

Protect your head pipe from rock damage. This stainless steel spine clamps to your head pipe to add a layer of protective armor between your vulnerable pipe and those nasty rocks or logs. Fits the stock headpipe. Will fit the FMF head pipe with the addition of larger clamps.

If your aftermarket exhaust is missing heat shield mounting points for this is the easy fix you’ve been waiting for. Includes one stainless steel mounting bracket with M6 threaded nut, and one stainless steel hose clamp.

Fits exhaust approximately 1.1inch-2inch diameter. Trimming may be required for smaller diameter exhausts.

Hand built aluminum luggage rack from the B&B Off Road Engineering folks down under. This unit really is a beauty to look at and extremely rugged, made from 4mm 5083 aluminum plate! Tie down whatever you need with confidence. Whether it's your books to get to school or a bag to get across the country, no worries mate. Available in either bare polished aluminum or with a black polymer coating.

While plenty rugged to use as grab handles, you can keep your stock handles if you so desire. All necessary stainless clamps and bolts are provided.

If you want a wider platform for support, consider adding the luggage plate to this rack.

  Bike must have the DR250 Taillight installed to work with this rack.It will not work with the stock USA taillight.

CNC machined from 5mm aluminum 5083 plate with lots of slots to attach your Rok Straps (or other straps). This gives a considerably wider deck than the standard B&B Rack. The universal E-series adapter plate is designed to add a Givi Monokey topcase to most existing flat rear luggage racks. All necessary mounting hardware and installation diagram for attachment to generic tubular-steel flat rear luggage racks is included. This is a universal plate so making it work on your tail rack might need a little self engineering.

Typically installs quickly using simple hand tools. Mounts standard Givi Monokey topcases (ie E45 Elegant, E460 Delux, E52 Maxia), or the flat, stable surface can be used as a solid toprack when the topcase is not needed. Not for use with GIVI Monolock topcases. Made of durable molded nylon with a rugged black finish.

The Hardcore Soft Rack has been specifically designed for smaller bikes that have very little support in the back for luggage.
