When upgrading your Suzuki DR650 with LED turn signals, it's required to install a diode module to prevent all of the signals from blinking at once regardless of left or right signal activation. Some riders choose to splice and solder their own solution, but we like things plug and play. That means all you have to do is plug in the TST kit and you're done! There's no need to cut or splice your OEM wiring harness or break out the soldering iron and electrical tape.

If you just installed aftermarket LED turn signals or an LED integrated tail light and your turn signals are flashing way too fast, or perhaps simply staying on completely, you're at the right place to find the solution! The TST Gen2-SK LED Flasher Relay fixes what we call "hyperflash". It slows the flash rate down to a pre-set 85 cycles per minute but can be sped up or slowed down using the adjustment dial located within the unit so you can get the exact speed you are looking for. The plug-and-play installation means that you don't need to splice in any load balancing resistors that generate unnecessary heat and require splicing into your stock wires. Simply remove the stock relay and install your new TST relay and your wiring job is done. It's that simple!

These heavy-duty aluminum brackets are laser cut from 0.190" 5052 Aluminum then powdercoated black. Designed specifically for mounting auxiliary lights to the front of your DR650, the mount goes between the fender and the lower triple clamp. Ease the pressure on your wrist during those long highway drones out to where the fun begins. ProCycle has developed this kit that includes a Vista-Cruise throttle lock, a specially modified alloy throttle tube and an anchor plate that attaches to your throttle housing. Just flip the thumb lever down to apply enough friction to hold the throttle in place. Use the supplied longer screw to attach the anchor plate to your lower throttle housing bolt hole. Also included is a tension adjustment tool that you can keep on your key ring. Keep the applied tension lightly adjusted so it's easy to roll the throttle off.

This seal helps keep debris and water out of your DR650 air box and it may become damaged or missing over the years. It is an important part of your DR650's intake system to maintain & prolong air filter life.

Simply, remove the air box door, then remove the old seal and clean out the track it sat in. Set the new seal in place and cut off any excess material remaining. Install the air box door and you are done.

Replacement socket head (Allen) screws for the OEM BST40 Carburetor. The factory screws that hold the top cap and float bowl on the stock carburetor are very easily damaged. The originals are usually installed unbelievably tight from the factory. It is common to ruin the stock screws when installing a jet kit or doing any other carburetor maintenance. Modern technology for the DR650s charging system. Mosfet style regulators produce less heat, are more efficient and last longer than old tech 'shunt style' regulators. Regulator is made by Rick's Motorsports, and includes a ProCycle adaptor bracket to fit into the existing space on the bike.

In this kit you will get 4 factory replacement bolts to replace any broken or damaged clutch pressure plate bolts on your DR650.

It can be easy to over torque these bolts if not done properly. If one of these bolts is damaged on your DR650, we highly recommend replacing all 4 to prevent any future failures down the trail.

This kit includes one OEM drive plate retaining wire & one OEM inner steel drive plate.

If you've ever changed the clutch on a DR650 you will be familiar with the extra steel plate at the bottom of the stack that is locked in place by a very thin metal wire.

Generally, when you do a clutch replacement on the DR650, you do not need to remove or replace these items. If you do need to (or if you have already) you will come to realize this wire is not very strong and is prone to breaking if not treated with care during the removal / installation process.

Dragging clutch? Hard to find neutral? Maybe it feels like it doesn't fully release. These problems can be caused by worn thrust washers in the clutch assembly. Most DR650s show wear on these items. Kit includes #1, #2 and #3 in the diagram.

These clutch springs are precision-wound utilizing high-quality chrome silicone wire. They are heat-treated and shot-peened to maximize longevity, with each spring meticulously designed to prevent slippage while providing robust spring rates that improve the feel and ease of clutch operation. 

Remember to use a new clutch cover gasket during installation.
 

• Our own #190 cam profile offers more lift to give better low-end and mid-range punch and more duration to keep the motor pulling hard in the upper RPMs.
• Our performance cams are reground from OEM camshafts - no core charge or return required.
• We recommend a high compression or big bore piston to get the most out of your performance camshaft.

  We strongly recommend checking valve to piston clearance when installing a non-standard camshaft.

What would you do if your oil cooler was damaged way out in the bush? We have a simple solution. This kit allows you to bypass the oil cooler and both oil lines and insure that the top end continues to get the oil it needs to stay healthy. Simply remove the stock oil lines from the motor and attach one end of the bypass at the head and the other end at the engine side case. Be sure to leave the original o-rings in place.

Small, light weight and easy to carry. You may never need it but if you do it will save you a lot of walking!

New starters that are manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications. Pull out your old starter, put in this new one and go riding. These units are built to provide a longer life than the OEM unit with these features:

This 3rd gear set is made for us by Nova Racing Transmissions in England to replace the fragile stock third gear set. These folks build complete transmissions for World Superbike teams among others, so we believe them to be highly qualified to build this set of replacement gears.

These gears are made from a high quality special alloy steel and then heat treated and superfinished. The mainshaft drive gear and the countershaft driven gear are sold only as a set.

The Neutral Sending Unit "NSU" on the DR650 can be a problem. The factory screws tend to loosen over time. You really would not want them to get loose in your motor! The permanent solution is to safety wire them. We looked high and low and finally found pre-drilled screws in the correct length and thread pitch. Here we offer a complete kit to take care of those pesky screws.

If you don't do this, you don't have a screw loose, you have TWO screws loose!

No repacking required. The LeoVince X3 Enduro is made with TIG welded stainless steel internals and aluminum outer shell.

ProCycle rack installation requires removal of the stock grab bars. Turn signal brackets will be needed if using a top rack that doesn't offer turn signal mounting holes.

These thumb-screws replace the stock headlight adjustment screws. These adjusters make it much easier to keep your headlight aimed properly. This is even more important if you are running the HID headlight as it is very easy to dazzle oncoming traffic if your headlight isn't aimed correctly.

Many DR650 riders have a tough time seeing their indicator lights. How about if you moved all those lights down in front of the speedometer where you could actually see them? This bracket does just that.

The bracket relocates the rubber mounted turn signal indicator light assembly to a rigid bracket centered on the handle bar mounts. Easy to install. No wiring modifications required.

Heavy duty shock bumper. The stock bumper is prone to disintegrating with age. If you are re-valving your shock it's a good idea to be sure the bumper is in good shape.

Replacement OEM swingarm pivot covers. Keep mud and dirt away from the swingarm bolt. Sold as a set of one left side and one right side cover.

A replacement Clarke Gas Cap that fits most Clarke Gas tanks. Comes with rubber gasket.

You want a lighter replacement for your heavy steel stock tank? Don't need the extended range (or bulk) of a big tank? The 3.7 gallon tank from Clarke might be just right. It's almost 5 lbs lighter and holds close to 1/2 gallon more fuel than stock to increase your range by about 20 miles. Fits with your stock petcock, Pingel or Raptor petcock.

  Installation of the Acerbis tank requires relocation of the front turn signals. Otherwise the stock signals will contact the tank at full lock. Our Turn Signal Relocation Brackets Move the front turn signals up and forward to clear the bigger tank.

We worked with TechSpec to have them make custom tank grip pads that look great on both Acerbis (5.3 and 6.6 gal.) and IMS tanks. These pads not only cover those ugly scuffs, but give great knee grip to the slippery plastic.

These have been tested on two of our shop bikes for over 3 years, they did not bubble or peel off in any way.

Really like your stock vacuum petcock and never having to worry about turning it off? Did the seals go bad and it leaks? Plugged up? Well, whatever your troubles, here is your replacement. Vacuum operated so you never have to turn it off! Just like the stock unit. Includes mounting bolts with washers, fuel line, clamps and a protecting coil wrap.

For those people who have been wishing for a dual petcock setup for their Acerbis 5.3 and 6.6 gallon fuel tanks. Install this kit to get the last bit of fuel from the right hand side of the tank without tipping the bike on its side. Includes the right hand fuel valve, o-ring, screws, tee fitting, fuel hose and spring action hose clamps. You will have to drill the hole in your tank for the petcock standpipe. For Acerbis tanks only.

Need to remove your clutch assembly to get at that dreaded neutral safety switch? This holder is the quickest and easiest tool out there to get a grip on that hard to handle hub. Laser cut to the exact pattern that EBC makes their clutch plates from, it makes loosening and re-tightening the clutch nut easy. All of that and no worries about doing any damage to your expensive clutch hub.

Bottom line, if you have to hold your clutch hub to remove it, there is no better way to do it.

Front fender from ProCycle Plastics (formerly DSA) is shaped very much like the OEM DRZ400SM front fender. Big enough to be functional without wind-steering the bike like the stock fender does. This is one of the toughest skid plates we've got. Manufactured from 3/16" aluminum that is laser cut and CNC formed, all joints are welded on both sides. The rear mounting bolts are fully recessed for protection. A welded block protects the bolt heads from being bashed and rounded from obstructions. Rubber isolators between the plate and the frame at these two bolt locations help to eliminate vibrations and keep noise down. Front mounts clamp around the frame for a solid connection.

The right side of the plate extends up to cover the oil filter and unbolts from the skid plate for easy filter changes. This skid plate has a black textured powder coat finish for great looks and durability. Includes stainless steel hardware.

PSR's  fin rear rotor protector. CNC machined from forged aluminum and then anodized gun metal in color. Just remove your existing caliper bracket and remove the pins, install them on this new one and then put the caliper and fin back on. It doesn't get much easier. In the event of damage to the fin, it can be replaced separately.

CNC machined from 2mm thick 5052 marine grade aluminum to protect your frame from scuffs and scratches and to keep those wandering pivot covers in place. Corbin seats are carefully designed to provide a comfortable riding position. They are firm and supportive which allows you to ride all day without fatigue unlike the stock seat. Comfort Cell Foam retains resilience and doesn't crush down like the stock seat foam. On top, Corbin covers are only the highest grade of weather resistant materials for durability and long life. Corbin seats install the same as sock seats using the two bolts into the chassis, which provides a closer fit to the bodywork and tank.

It is a good practice to replace your sealing washer with every oil change. These 10 piece kits are made up of 5 Copper washers and 5 Aluminum washers. The manufacturer recently decided to make half of the kit Copper washers as that is the material of choice for many OEM manufactures. This gives you the opportunity to decide which you prefer, but either will work great at creating a leak-free seal between the case and the drain plug.

Extra protection for your motor. A strong magnet at the end of the plug picks up metallic flakes in your oil.

Two feeler gauges with angled ends to make checking the clearances easier. Stock valve clearances are .004" intake and .008" exhaust (.10mm in. and .20mm exh.)
