The screws and nuts that hold the Air-box Cover on have a habit of jumping out of the air-box and running away. No idea where they go, but it is far! These cannot be purchased separately from Suzuki but we found some that are perfect replacements. This little kit includes four screws and the square nuts that go into the air-box. We recommend that you put a dab of silicone or something to hold the nuts in so they don't jump ship like the other ones did.

Raises compression from stock 9.5:1 to 10.5:1 for more power, torque and snappier engine response. The high quality forged piston from JE is almost a full ounce lighter than the stock cast piston. This is not a radical modification. These bigger valves bring the valve sizes up to what would normally be found on other brands of 650 singles.
We strongly recommend checking valve to piston clearance when installing oversized valves.

To make removal as easy as possible, the center tab takes a 12mm wrench perfectly, or a 1/4" ratchet drive in the center.
On each end of the center tab is a drilled hole should you find it necessary to safety wire your filler cap in place.
The Neutral Sending Unit "NSU" on the DR650 can be a problem. The factory screws tend to loosen over time. You really would not want them to get loose in your motor! The permanent solution is to safety wire them. We looked high and low and finally found pre-drilled screws in the correct length and thread pitch. Here we offer a complete kit to take care of those pesky screws.
If you don't do this, you don't have a screw loose, you have TWO screws loose!

Cogent Dynamics takes a stock DR650 shock, tears it down, cleans it up, adds a hard ceramic coating, then rebuilds it with a completely new custom shim stack that gives you excellent rear wheel control.
This custom Cogent valve stack makes this shock behave much like the Cogent Shock Shaft without the rebound adjustment capability. Providing a greatly improved suspension feel over stock at an affordable price.

Damping Rod style forks are notorious for being too harsh, too mushy and too easy to bottom. Gold Valve Cartridge Emulators remedy this problem by controlling the compression damping with a tuneable valve. The Emulator sits on top of the damping rod and is held in place by the main spring.

These plates are made from 4mm thick 5083 aluminum because the extreme abrasion and impact resistance for the full weight of the bike and the rider. The front portion of the B&B Skid Plate bolts to mounts that are permanently attached to the forward motor mount. Engine Guard
In the event of a crash or even just a dropped bike, these heavy-duty crash bars will prevent major damage.
The powder coated 1" steel tubing is bolted to the sub frame of the bike with two attachment points on each side, preventing them from rotating in the event of a low side.
The guards also feature aircraft grade aluminum plates that can be inexpensively replaced without needing to purchase a new set. Think of them as protection for your protection.
They use highest grade commercially available 12.9 (177,000 psi in tensile strength) wherever possible. Rest assured that you are getting the best material commercially available.

Suzuki DR650 Specific plug and play kit using factory connectors, flasher and diode kit included.
When upgrading your Suzuki DR650 with LED turn signals, it's required to install a diode module to prevent all of the signals from blinking at once regardless of left or right signal activation. Some riders choose to splice and solder their own solution, but we like things plug and play. That means all you have to do is plug in the TST kit and you're done! There's no need to cut or splice your OEM wiring harness or break out the soldering iron and electrical tape.

If you just installed aftermarket LED turn signals or an LED integrated tail light and your turn signals are flashing way too fast, or perhaps simply staying on completely, you're at the right place to find the solution! The TST Gen2-SK LED Flasher Relay fixes what we call "hyperflash". It slows the flash rate down to a pre-set 85 cycles per minute but can be sped up or slowed down using the adjustment dial located within the unit so you can get the exact speed you are looking for. The plug-and-play installation means that you don't need to splice in any load balancing resistors that generate unnecessary heat and require splicing into your stock wires. Simply remove the stock relay and install your new TST relay and your wiring job is done. It's that simple!

Please make sure your bike uses a 2-pin relay for the signaling system. If your bike has hazard lights it may need the 4-pin relay. Please also note the pin configuration and make sure it matches what is on your bike. It is very important to verify fitment before making your purchase.
Reproductions of the original DR650 factory turn signals. Save a bundle compared to the $70+ each cost of the OEM signals. The wire pigtails plug directly into the factory harness. No cutting or splicing necessary. Choose original style amber lens or clear lens with amber bulb.

This is a simple three piece kit you can install in minutes that cleans up the stock DR rear-end.
We use the DR250 taillight that fits perfectly into the pocket of the stock taillight on the DR650 fender. It is smaller, looks great and is out of harms way more than the stock unit. It is a total 'plug-n-play' as the wire pigtail plugs right into the DR650 harness just like stock.
Then we use a small LED light to keep you legal and illuminate your license plate, which gets mounted to our custom stainless steel bracket that is powder coated black, eliminating the stock ugly plastic mount.

This auxiliary light harness is specifically built for the DR650 using the highest quality materials and components. Wire lengths, component locations, and end terminals are all predetermined and assembled for you. No electrical expertise needed! The relay is wired directly to the battery and Posi-Tap connectors are used to tap in to the existing headlight high beam circuit.
This eliminates the need for a separate switch to operate your auxiliary lights. When your high beam is on, your auxiliary lights will be too. Back to low beam and those high-powered beams will be off so you don't bother oncoming vehicles. There's also an in-line fuse holder for safety and peace of mind. A simple one page instruction sheet is included.

The GPR v5 is the fifth generation steering damper designed for dirt bikes, adventure bikes but is also used on several of hybrid applications. Its compact and slim design allows for the damper to be mounted below the handlebars, out of harm's way, without raising the bars more than an inch. Frame mounts are machined steel or Cryogenic treated billet aluminum with stainless steel pin, and billet aluminum machined bar-mounts.
- Kit includes damper, bolt on post mount, below the bar mounting system, and complete instructions.
- Bolts onto the OEM triple clamp replacing the stock handlebar mount. Will raise the Bar height about 7/8th". Fixed position.
Will only work with Fat Bar style (1 1/8" clamp area) handlebars and stock triple clamp.
Electrical, $25 and Under
The DR650 has two unused 'switched' power plugs. One behind the headlight and another under the seat. This plug & pigtail assembly allows you to easily access a 12v power supply that is only on when your key switch is on.
Use it to power a GPS, charge a cell phone, run heated grips or even power a relay. Plug has leads approximately 1 foot long and a 7.5 amp miniature blade fuse.

Also known as the pickup, trigger coil or pulser. This is a known weakness on the DR650. When it fails there is no spark, weak spark or the spark timing is thrown way off. This is a high quality replacement pulse coil. It has the correct polarity and color coded wires. Small and light enough to carry as a spare.

Chain Guide
A CNC machined chain guide for the DR. Stronger than the wimpy stock unit and can easily accommodate the stock 525 chain as well as a 46 tooth rear sprocket (by moving the lower rub block to the forward position). The rub blocks are also a higher grade, longer lasting material.
A real Heavy-Duty Chain Guide manufactured from 5mm (3/16") thick 5052 Aluminum. This guide will take a pounding and continue to put that chain right on the sprocket. The rub block is machined from UHMW plastic and can be positioned to fit just about any sprocket available for the DR. These are powder coated black for a great look and additional protection.

We worked with TechSpec to have them make custom tank grip pads that look great on both Acerbis (5.3 and 6.6 gal.) and IMS tanks. These pads not only cover those ugly scuffs, but give great knee grip to the slippery plastic.
These have been tested on two of our shop bikes for over 3 years, they did not bubble or peel off in any way.

Gasket
This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. FMF mufflers do not require a joint gasket but the all other aftermarket mufflers as well as the stock muffler require a joint gasket. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.

Use this installation tool from Cogent to be sure that your Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges are installed correctly. A strong magnet in the end holds the cartridge firmly while you lower it into your fork leg. Then slide the spring over the tool until it holds the DDC down, then gently remove the tool. That simple. Never again question if it is properly seated on the damper rod.
Works equally well for removal when you need to change your fork oil. Also works great with Race Tech Emulators.

Footpegs
Motion Factory Racing patented Flex-Mount Footpeg System provides superior grip and allows your foot to flex forward and back with the movement or your motorcycle.
One of the key features of Flex-Mount Footpegs is their unique flex-mount design. This design allows the footpegs to absorb shocks and vibrations, reducing fatigue and improving overall comfort during long rides. Additionally, the adjustable height and angle options ensure a personalized fit, allowing you to find the perfect riding position for maximum control and stability.
The bushings act like the suspension on your bike. With bushings, there are a couple of things to think about. The more firm the bushing the more durable and longer it will last. They use a durometer, a hardness scale 0 being the softest and 100 being the hardest. They don't go below a80 because they found that durability isn't great below this but have tested as low as a60 bushings. A bigger person that rides enduro-style terrain might want an a96 or a98 rated bushing. A lighter person might want the opposite but in the end, it comes down to personal preference.
They put an a90 bushing on all new mount setups so people can get a good feel for their mid range option. The bushings are high quality yet inexpensive (they achieve this because they use skateboard bushings that are already developed and produced in massive quantities around the world) and a wear item designed to be replaced each season or depending on how hard or often someone rides.

They designed their hardware to bend rather than break in a significant impact. A wrench or adjustable wrench will quickly and easily bend the bolt back straight. Please avoid using a hammer. A little leverage from a long-handled wrench or pipe will do the job. The whole system is rebuild-able and serviceable.
They Fit Kawasaki KLX110 and Yamaha TW200 however some of these bikes may need a little modification by yourself, Please check the size carefully before you buy. If you make mods to the footpegs for fitments it will void all warranties and return policies.
