How does this headlight compare to our original TW200 kit? First and foremost, this kit has SAE/DOT markings and a much wider/brighter high beam pattern. This guard is designed to protect your TW200 headlight from rocks, branches, and any road/trail debris kicked up by the vehicle in front of you.  It’s a one piece laser cut steel component with a sleek black powder coat finish.  Mounting hardware is included.

Here is the O-Ring that fits in the carburetor manifold. This is the manifold that holds the carb up to the cylinder head. The O-Ring mounts between this manifold and the cylinder head. When this O-Ring fails it allows air into your cylinder and makes your Air Fuel ratio too lean which causes the engine to run too hot.

Yamaha uses this seal material in many places on several motorcycles. It is like weatherstripping and is used to seal up the edges in the TW200 air-box. It seals up the air-box so that water and grime can't enter the air-box from the side. Ensures that air entering the box comes from up under the seat.
