This is a standard H4 bulb that has a 80 watt low beam and a 100 watt high beam. This is an easy lighting upgrade that should not over tax a stock charging system.

Sintered Pads from EBC are the best pads we have found for the KLR, they provide good performance in all conditions yet still give you long pad life.

These sets include front and rear brake pads.

ProTaper's ADV handlebars give you a bar taller than most with extra space on the control portion of the bar. These bars provide an additional 20mm of space next to where your levers and throttle are located for your GPS, phone cradle, auxiliary switches, etc . They come in Adventure (which is taller than stock) and Adventure High (which is even taller).

These are oversize bars, which means they are are 1 1/8", not the smaller 7/8" diameter. Therefore some bikes will require a adapter and there are several available to select from.

The ultimate Adventure peg, from the folks at Fastway - Pro Moto Billet. This peg is big enough to stand on all day with no fatigue, it measures 2.25" front to back and is 4.75" wide.

In addition to the big size, you can also adjust the camber with their patented FKMS Kamber bolt. ´Tilt´ your pegs to increase comfort, or to give better squeeze on your bike. You can further customize them with 3 styles of patented adjustable threaded cleats. Take your traction from comfortable to gnarly. Fastway Adventure pegs come with two sets of F3 cleats, one standard, one long.

These Adventure pegs are offered in several colors, but some colors may require extra time, call for availability.

Mounting these pegs to your KLR takes just a bit of work.

Please see link to the instructions below. These apply to the ADV and Evolution AIR Peg as well as the Evolution II pegs referred to in the instructions.

These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. Unlike relocation plates, these mounts do not hang dangerously below the frame. You can mount stock or aftermarket pegs and they are compatible with all skid plates, crash bars, and center stands.

New 10.9 high strength mounting bolts are included. Once installed the foot controls will need adjustment and the brake switch spring will need to be slightly modified.

Zero Gravity windscreens feature the finest optics of any windscreen on the market. All Zero Gravity windscreens are fabricated using highly specialized "vacuum forming" techniques similar to those used to form aircraft canopies. The result is a virtually distortion free optical lens.

Made from the finest grade of acrylic plastic, Zero Gravity windscreens are stretched as they are formed, a process which results in superior strength and flexibility. This flexibility allows the windscreen to absorb road vibrations and resist cracking. All of our windscreens are factory pre-drilled and ready to install. The mounting holes and windscreen profile match the O.E.M. windscreen for a precision fit.

SR is the Stock Replacement

DB is the Double Bubble screen

The DB model is approximately 1.75 inches taller than stock and the ST is approximately 3.5 inches taller than the original. Each screen is available in Clear, Smoke or Dark Smoke colors as well.

Made of military aircraft grade 3/16" cast acrylic, this guard will protect your lens from roost, rocks and branches. Optical clarity of the acrylic ensures brightness and projection of your headlight are minimally effected while all the while protecting your headlight from impact and abrasion.

Guards are held to the headlight lens with an industrial strength hook and loop system on each corner.

This is a new gasket for the cylinder head - head pipe junction. Installing a new one with your new header will ensure a good seal and no exhaust leak.

This is the gasket used between the header pipe and the stock muffler. This gasket is not needed for aftermarket mufflers!

The Moab shock from Cogent Dynamics will change how you feel about your KLR. You may like it now, maybe even like it a lot, but you will absolutely fall in love with it once you mount up a Moab shock.

Spring duties are handled by a custom spring available in either Standard or Heavy-Duty weights. The Standard spring will be fine if you are under 250 pounds and don't ride with luggage or passengers often. Ride heavily loaded or with a passenger regularly and you will probably want the Heavy-Duty spring.

For a true comfort and performance package, we highly recommend upgrading your front suspension at the same time.
