They are 3mm thick with natural rubber construction to better resist pinch flats and are easier to patch than butyl rubber tubes. These have a straight metal valve stem. Both sets are lower than stock in 1st and 2nd gear and taller than stock on 3rd thru 5th gears. Not only will Nova give you better gear ratios but the high quality components will shift smoother and engage more solidly. The tables below show each gear ratio and the original OEM ratios for comparison.

To help put the ratio changes into perspective switching from the OEM 15T to a 14T sprocket lowers the gearing by 7.1% in all gears. Switching from a 15T to a 16T raises the gearing by 6.6% in all gears.

CNC machined oil filler cap with locking clip to keep it in place in the roughest conditions. The cap is pre-drilled and the locking clip is safety wired to the mounting tap with a section of silicon tubing, that will not melt or discolor, over the wire. First class all the way. Showa removed the schrader valve on many newer rear shocks. Now you need a needle to recharge your shock with nitrogen after a rebuild. Race Tech built this unit just for that job.

You may have noticed after installing aftermarket LED turn signals that your blink rate has significantly increased. OEM flashers are designed for standard bulbs which draw a few watts each, much more than typical aftermarket bulbs or LED signals. This device is an effective alternative to using load resistors because it consumes considerably less watts, consumes less space, and does not generate excessive heat.

The plug is exactly the same as the OEM unit making swap outs a cinch. No wiring changes, cutting and adding connectors. Just plug it in and you will have a steady flash at the DOT OEM flash rate when aftermarket LED turn signals are installed. It is an all solid state design and will blink correctly with loads all the way down to 0.1W / 0.01A.

A quality replacement speedometer cable

ProTaper's ADV handlebars give you a bar taller than most with extra space on the control portion of the bar. Race Tech HP Springs have a high stiffness-to-mass ratio. In other words; the springs are light weight for their particular spring rate. This requires the finest materials and processing. Shot-peened and pre-set so they cannot sack out. All Race Tech HP Springs have the highest rate tolerances in the industry. These are the finest springs in the world-guaranteed.

OEM spring rate is 6.7kg/mm. We offer stiffer spring rates for riders who wish to carry luggage or just prefer firmer suspension.

Race Tech shock springs require adapter collars which are included with your spring.

Cogent Dynamics Mojave product is a drop-in replacement for the DR650 stock shock, no modifications necessary. Mojave is not simply an improved Suzuki shock, it is a brand new replacement shock that is a totally engineered suspension solution to suit your needs.

Each shock is assembled and tested on the Cogent Dynamics suspension dyno before being packed up and shipped. Like its bigger brother the Mojave Pro Series, this will make an incredible difference in the handling of your DR.

Mojave Improvements over stock:
Mojave upper mount: uses a precision spherical bearing with dust seals, which accurately transfers damping forces to the motorcycle frame.

Internal improvements: Cogent designed shaft, seal head, damper piston, adjuster and clevis.

This shock package includes the CNC machined Bling Ring Preload Adjuster Collar and Preload Bearing that will make preload adjustments easy.

Select the spring you want installed based on the load you plan to carry. For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring. If you regularly have more than 250 pounds the bike, you might want to use the 8.15 kg/mm spring. If you have any questions at all about this, please call.

You may choose to add the Hydraulic Preload Adjuster to make it the easiest of all. All you do is twist the knob. Includes mounting bracket for knob unit. (Some CA carb compliant models may need slight modification for mounting the preload adjuster.)

Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.

If your aftermarket exhaust is missing heat shield mounting points, this is the easy fix you’ve been waiting for. 

Includes one stainless steel mounting bracket with M6 threaded nut, and one stainless steel hose clamp.

Fits exhaust approximately 1.1inch-2inch diameter. Trimming may be required for smaller diameter exhausts.

The Powerbomb header promotes better flow by allowing a small expansion of the exhaust gasses improving scavenging. The 'bomb' also acts as a pre-muffler taking the edge off of overall sound levels.

Replace your lost or broken stock plastic chain guard with a JNS aluminum one. Laser cut, CNC formed, TIG welded, and powder coated a beautiful satin black. This is a direct replacement for the stock unit.

  Please note that this unit is a bit wider than the stock one and will have to be trimmed if you are running a big fat SuperMoto wheel/tire.

This new unit from JNS will protect your cases from the damage caused by a thrown chain, and will also keep your pants, boots or foot safe from your countershaft sprocket.

The case saver portion is laser cut from 0.25" aluminum and then has the 0.19" aluminum countershaft sprocket cover welded to it and the entire unit is powder coated black.

All the mounting hardware is stainless steel with machined aluminum spacers also included.

If you have a 16t front sprocket, mounting modification may be needed to fit. Install the case saver on the bike without the top spacer and bolt. This provides a little extra wiggle room. Add the top spacer and bolt after the bottom bolts are loosely threaded.

The GPR v5 is the fifth generation steering damper designed for dirt bikes, adventure bikes but is also used on several of hybrid applications. Its compact and slim design allows for the damper to be mounted below the handlebars, out of harm's way, without raising the bars more than an inch. Frame mounts are machined steel or Cryogenic treated billet aluminum with stainless steel pin, and billet aluminum machined bar-mounts.
