The GBrakes steel braided brake lines for the T7 replace the stock rubber lines to enhance braking performance. Stock rubber lines expand under pressure giving a spongy and inconsistent feel at the lever/pedal.

This kit includes all 7 lines involved in the ABS braking system front and rear. These high quality lines utilize the finest materials available to eliminate expansion: Teflon inner hoses wrapped in 64 strand staInless steel weave, heavy duty hardware and machined fittings. A Crush Washer relief channel provides an effective double seal to stop leakage. Each line is replaced from the master cylinder all the way to the calipers and labeled to help with installation.

All the parts of this kit are designed, engineered, manufactured, tested and quality assured in the USA! All of these parts come with a lifetime warranty. Everything needed is included: Brake Lines, fittings and all necessary hardware and detailed instructions. Clear coated lines and silver fittings are the default setup, other color options are available upon request, please call for options.

The Nomadic Rack for the early generation KLR650. CNC laser cut from 3/16" 5052 aluminum with a large 12" x 18" mounting surface area. We worked with TechSpec to have them make custom tank grip pads that look great on both Acerbis (5.3 and 6.6 gal.) and IMS tanks. These pads not only cover those ugly scuffs, but give great knee grip to the slippery plastic.

These have been tested on two of our shop bikes for over 3 years, they did not bubble or peel off in any way.

The RS-4 Twin Pipe kit was previously only available as a custom system for Kevin Schwantz.

Yoshimura is offering these incredible "Twice Pipes" which are completely fabricated by hand and TIG welded to perfection. They certainly sit at the high end of what is available for the mighty SM... The pipes have a stainless steel header and "Y" pipe mated to twin carbon fiber or aluminum RS-4 mufflers for incredible looks and performance. The kit also comes with a custom Yoshimura side stand.

The race-bred RS-2 exhaust has proven to be extremely popular among rider looks for a combination of performance and value. Included in this kit are fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and one bottle of 5w fork oil. Refresh those tired old forks and make them better than new. These DDCs from Cogent are easy to install. No taking the forks apart, no drilling of the damping rods, nothing. Just take them off, flip them over to drain the oil, add new 5w oil, drop in the DDCs and then add the springs.
This upgrade offers better control off-road as well as on. Less brake dive keeps the fork up in the middle of the stroke on-road and better control off-road whether it be rolling water bars or bouncing off the rocks.

The RAM-B-238U consists of a B size 1" diameter rubber ball on a 2.43" x 1.31" diamond plate. The plate has two holes 1.912" from center to center, matches the industry standard AMPS hole pattern and will connect to a large variety of RAM mounts and third party cradles.

A complete kit to mount your phone (or other electronic device) to your motorcycle. The universal cradle expands from 2.25" to 3.25" wide and 4.75" to 6.25" tall. The width is adjustable but fixed while the upper portion of the cradle is spring loaded to keep your device secured in the roughest conditions.

Select the mount option that works best for you. The mirror mount is shown in the photo at left and is a flat plate with an 11mm hole on one side and a RAM ball on the other. Simply remove your mirror, place the plate between your mirror and the perch and tighten it down.

The handlebar mount kit allows you to mount to either a 7/8" or 1-1/8" bar. Also includes hardware to mount to the back of a lever perch. See image at bottom middle for kit pieces.

The X-Grip with handlebar mount is best suited for larger phones up to 4.5" wide. The spring loaded X-Grip cradle expands and contracts, allowing for a perfect custom fit. Kit also includes a device tether recommended for outdoor applications.

This kit is not just a bulb, but an entirely new LED specific headlight! A specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket replaces the stock unit. Included is a wiring harness and all the required hardware to make this installation quick and easy and entirely plug and play. No cutting, drilling, or wiring modifications are necessary. The headlight features separate low and high beam projectors in a custom headlight shell designed specifically for this LED bulb.

We recommend a "Fixed Rate Flasher" unit for use with this kit. When you install aftermarket signals it changes the load on a factory signal system.

Made from heavy duty 1/8" thick stainless steel, these mounting brackets are specifically designed for mounting 2" LED auxiliary lamps to the front of your TW200. They position the lamps (not included) high & tight to the bike for optimal protection and light projection without interfering with the bike controls, body work, or fuel tank. Kit includes four longer mounting bolts for the lower triple clamp.

The image shows a GoPro camera on the TW's right side and an LED light on the left. You could certainly do something like that as well!
