Important to verify which style Pivot Pegz you have before ordering.

2 high-quality bushings per set. They recommend changing bushings every 40 hours or at least once a year to get the best performance out of a set. If you are on an Adventure Bike and are doing a lot of road miles they recommend swapping out bushings once a year to ensure that you get the most vibration dampening of the bushings.

Every new set of pegs comes with a 90A bushing installed. This is a medium flex rating. 
80A is the softest and 95A lock-out is the stiffest and has the least amount of flex.

The bushings act like the suspension on your bike. With bushings, there are a couple of things to think about. The more firm the bushing the more durable and longer it will last. They use a durometer, a hardness scale 0 being the softest and 100 being the hardest. They don't go below a80 because they found that durability isn't great below this but have tested as low as a60 bushings. This kit combines common wide platform Yamaha YZ/WR foot pegs with brackets that are custom made to fit the TW200. Simply unbolt your stock brackets and bolt these in their place. The bracket on the right side (brake lever side) is shorter than stock to correct the offset in the stock pegs. On kickstart models, the stroke of the kickstart lever is shortened slightly. Should you ever need to replace the pegs in the future, simply order pegs for the Yamaha YZ or WR 250/450.

 They designed their hardware to bend rather than break in a significant impact. A wrench or adjustable wrench will quickly and easily bend the bolt back straight. Please avoid using a hammer. A little leverage from a long-handled wrench or pipe will do the job. The whole system is rebuild-able and serviceable.

Counter shaft sprocket replacement requires the removal of the left side case cover. A new gasket may be required. This is also a great time to replace that leaking oil seal!

This spring clip retainer takes the place of the OEM two bolt retainer and fasteners when a FRITZCO sprocket is used.

This retainer can only be used with FRITZCO sprockets and can not be used with thin OEM type sprockets.

FRITZCO front sprockets are a straight up no hassle installation. Their sprockets are machined from alloy steel that in every way is comparable to OEM Yamaha and the best offered by other manufactures. The sprockets are then given a heat treatment that provides a compatible sprocket for the Yamaha output shaft and longest chain wear life possible.

• Use a rear sprocket with a higher number of teeth for quicker acceleration and technical offroad trails.
• Use a rear sprocket with a lower number of teeth for lower engine rpm's at highway speeds.
• Stock size is 50 teeth.

We recommend using the Rear Sprocket Bolt Kit when installing most aftermarket sprockets on your TW.

This kit will replace your stock sprocket bolts, nuts and keepers with new hardware.

Many aftermarket sprockets are thinner where they bolt to the wheel and the threads on the stock bolts do not allow these sprockets to be tightened down all the way. These grade 10.9 bolts will alleviate that problem. They are the same length as the stock ones, but the threaded area is longer allowing stock sprockets or aftermarket sprockets to be securely tightened down.

The bolt keepers are genuine Yamaha replacement parts to ensure an accurate fit. It's a perfect upgrade if your keepers have been removed too many times.

Showa removed the schrader valve on many newer rear shocks. Now you need a needle to recharge your shock with nitrogen after a rebuild. Race Tech built this unit just for that job.

The features of this tool include 300 psi capacity, bleeder valve and T-handle plunger pin chuck. Swivel chuck has a 12" flexible hose. The DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 84db @ 3200 RPM). A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. Bradley performance bomb header for TW200. 

By positioning this “Bomb” at a key point in the system, increased performance and flow is achieved through the expansion and contraction of exhaust sonics through the system. The result is a flow increase of nearly 10%. 

The outer chamber in the Powerbomb allows the air to expand, cool and ramp back up at a higher velocity.

This Quiet Insert comes stock in all new FMF Q4 mufflers. If you lost yours, this is the replacement you need.

It will fit Q4, Q4 Hex, Powercore and Powercore Hex mufflers.
