This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Once complete they are given a polished finish or coated with a super-durable black polymer. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible.

These racks are smooth and sturdy enough to use as a grab handle.

A Suzuki OEM gasket for the Cam Chain Tensioner. You are going to need it if you work on your starter motor. It is not a good idea to re-use this gasket. If it blows out, it will dump a large amount of oil onto your right foot.

Your automatic cam chain tensioner is spring loaded. This can make it difficult to install as it wants to extend before you have it bolted into place. This handy tool will back off the cam chain tensioner mechanism and hold it for you. No more awkward 3-handed contortions are required to get the tensioner installed.

It is a good practice to replace your sealing washer with every oil change. These 10 piece kits are made up of 5 Copper washers and 5 Aluminum washers. The manufacturer recently decided to make half of the kit Copper washers as that is the material of choice for many OEM manufactures. These versatile Risers allow you to clamp a 7/8" diameter handlebar or you can remove the 7/8" reducers and then clamp an 1- 1/8" aluminum "fatbar". If you are thinking of going to a fatbar after you bend your stock set or just want the versatility and option to run any bar, this is the riser to go with. Reducers lock into risers to insure no slippage between components.

These risers use 8mm bolts. Always check and confirm that your bike has adequate cable and brake line length before installing any handlebar risers.

Anti-Vibration Risers may interfere with aftermarket large capacity fuel tanks, and some steering stem clamp configurations (in these cases we recommend using standard pivoting risers).

This unique design from Rox allows you to move your bars either closer (1" up and back) or further away (1" forward and 1-1/4" up) depending on rider preference. These risers have an oblong mounting hole so that they will fit virtually any triple clamp with 8mm bolts. A set of reducers lock into the risers ensuring no slippage whether you have a 7/8" or 1-1/8" bars.

Because these are offset there may be limited clearance between the gas tank and the risers when the bars are fully turned on some models, mainly when mounted to move the bars closer.
