Our very own high flowing head-pipe is made in the USA using a CNC (computer numerically controlled) mandrel bender for an absolute perfect fit. It is a high quality 2-piece 18 gauge stainless steel head-pipe with 1 3/4" outer diameter, compared to the stock outer diameter of 1 1/2".
The SS Pro-Flow is a tested upgrade over stock that will bolt right on with no modifications needed. It is compatible with any combination muffler/mid-pipe, as well as all motor configurations of the DR650 '96-current.
Includes a stainless steel band clamp for the mid-pipe joint, clamp-on heat shield mounts, to use with stock heat heat shield and a stainless steel flange at the exhaust port mount. We recommend a new exhaust gasket when installing your new SS Pro-Flow.

If you are converting a Keihin FCR-MX 39 to fit on your DR, you need to start here. This 6061 T6 aluminum adapter bonds to the airbox side of the carb so it will easily fit the DR.

The DR650 has two unused 'switched' power plugs. One behind the headlight and another under the seat. This plug & pigtail assembly allows you to easily access a 12v power supply that is only on when your key switch is on.

The standard lighting kit is a pair of hella 60mm projectors, one for high and one for low, these are 60w halogens and are DOT and ADR approved.
We've been asking for a bigger tank for years and it's finally happened. This is the big brother to the very popular 5.3 gallon Acerbis tank with some modifications to add another gallon and a half of capacity. It's the same width between the knees but extends wider and further forward in front of the knee pockets. This high capacity fuel tank incorporates modern lines and high quality construction that can't be beat. Includes gas cap, petcock and all mounting hardware.
Installation of the Acerbis tank requires relocation of the front turn signals, otherwise the stock signals will contact the tank at full lock. Our Turn Signal Relocation Brackets move the front turn signals up and forward to clear the bigger tank.
These heavy-duty aluminum brackets are laser cut from 0.190" 5052 Aluminum then powdercoated black. Designed specifically for mounting auxiliary lights to the front of your DR650, the mount goes between the fender and the lower triple clamp. Longer fender bolts are included in each kit. installs in 10 minutes.
Three options are available: two different dual mounts that place the lights outside the fender and a single, center type mount. The 2" mount is for smaller type lights and is 8-5/8" between the mounting holes while the 3" is 10-3/8" between the mounting holes. If you are going to use larger style lights, the 3" mount is for you.
Note! The Dual 2" and 3" mounts do not work with the Acerbis 6.6 gallon tank! They make contact prior to full lock. Mounts are fine with other oversize tanks.
Get better range from your DR650 by adding an IMS 4.9 gallon fuel tank. Available in Natural, White, Black and Blue. Natural color is recommended if you wish to easily see the fuel level in the tank. Includes cap and fuel petcock.
For those people who have been wishing for a dual petcock setup for their Acerbis 5.3 and 6.6 gallon fuel tanks. Install this kit to get the last bit of fuel from the right hand side of the tank without tipping the bike on its side. Includes the right hand fuel valve, o-ring, screws, tee fitting, fuel hose and spring action hose clamps. You will have to drill the hole in your tank for the petcock standpipe. This is one of the toughest skid plates we've got. Manufactured from 3/16" aluminum that is laser cut and CNC formed, all joints are welded on both sides. The rear mounting bolts are fully recessed for protection. A welded block protects the bolt heads from being bashed and rounded from obstructions. Rubber isolators between the plate and the frame at these two bolt locations help to eliminate vibrations and keep noise down. Front mounts clamp around the frame for a solid connection.
The right side of the plate extends up to cover the oil filter and unbolts from the skid plate for easy filter changes. This skid plate has a black textured powder coat finish for great looks and durability. Includes stainless steel hardware.

The Ultra uses the front two emitters for low beam and then runs all 4 emitters on high beam at a reduced wattage. Wattage is 38 watts on low and 38 watts on high.

While plenty rugged to use as grab handles, you can keep your stock handles if you so desire. All necessary stainless clamps and bolts are provided.

If you just installed aftermarket LED turn signals or an LED integrated tail light and your turn signals are flashing way too fast, or perhaps simply staying on completely, you're at the right place to find the solution! The TST Gen2-SK LED Flasher Relay fixes what we call "hyperflash". It slows the flash rate down to a pre-set 85 cycles per minute but can be sped up or slowed down using the adjustment dial located within the unit so you can get the exact speed you are looking for. The plug-and-play installation means that you don't need to splice in any load balancing resistors that generate unnecessary heat and require splicing into your stock wires. Simply remove the stock relay and install your new TST relay and your wiring job is done. It's that simple!
Please make sure your bike uses a 2-pin relay for the signaling system. If your bike has hazard lights it may need the 4-pin relay. Please also note the pin configuration and make sure it matches what is on your bike. It is very important to verify fitment before making your purchase.
We worked with TechSpec to have them make custom tank grip pads that look great on both Acerbis (5.3 and 6.6 gal.) and IMS tanks. These pads not only cover those ugly scuffs, but give great knee grip to the slippery plastic.
These have been tested on two of our shop bikes for over 3 years, they did not bubble or peel off in any way.
If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing. Topping off the cap is a CNC Machined metal vent cap. This eliminates the need for a lengthy vent tube that gets in the way. The vent cap allows air to vent into the tank but does not allow fuel to splash out during normal use or during a tip over.
These caps fit Acerbis tanks only.
This Kit replaces vital components in the BST40 Carburetor including new o-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, float valve needle and seat (needle jet and other pressed in jets are not included in kit) to return the stock Mikuni BST40 Carburetor to like-new operation. As a bonus we have included Viton o-rings for the float assembly and 4 stainless steel allen screws.
This kit includes the all new Morimoto 4×6 LED headlight and pre-assembled JNS Engineering adjustable mounting bracket set. It’s a plug and play installation however a small amount of trimming on the backside of the plastic headlight shroud is required.

New from the folks at Warp 9, a CNC billet machined Oil Filler Cap. Available in Blue or Black and it includes a new O-ring! To make removal as easy as possible, the center tab takes a 12mm wrench perfectly, or a 1/4" ratchet drive in the center! On each end of the center tab is a drilled hole should you find it necessary to safety wire your filler cap in place.
Superior Filtration:
This should be the last oil filter you will ever buy. Made from laser cut, medical grade, 304 stainless steel micronic filter cloth, this filter provides 200% more filter area than other filters in many cases. Most good paper filters will pass particles in the 90 to 95 micron range, and some tested, as much as 300 microns. Sand is about 125 microns and a white blood cell approximately 25 microns. Scott's stainless filter catches items down to 35 microns "absolute". The pleat seam is welded, able to withstand up to 600 degrees, not glued, like paper filters.

Dual stage foam: 2 different pore sizes create more trapping area for even the smallest dust particles. Flame laminated foam: Both "Stages" are not glued but heat sealed to provide maximum air flow. Light color foam makes it easier to see where the filter oil has covered and where it has not.
The PowerBomb header promotes better flow by allowing a small expansion of the exhaust gasses. The 'bomb' also acts as a pre-muffler taking the edge off of overall sound levels. Includes clamp-on mounts for the stock heat shield. We recommend Anti-Seize on exhaust fasteners.
If you are adapting a GSXR or Hayabusa muffler to your DR650 you will need a fresh gasket that seals between the muffler and the mid-pipe adapter. There are two sizes depending on which OEM muffler you are using. The 4-bolt mufflers use the 2-1/2" OD seal ring. The 3-bolt mufflers use the 2-3/4" OD seal ring.
The new DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 84db @ 3200 RPM). A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. Included is a Stainless Steel mid-pipe, USFS Approved Spark Arrestor and a new Aluminum end cap.
This kit of O.E. Suzuki O-rings replaces your leaky, weepy, and brittle O-rings that fit between your DR's oil cooler lines. You get 4 O-rings in this kit to replace both feed and return line O-rings.
If you're noticing oil leaking or creeping around your oil cooler, oil cooler lines, or engine, you may have one or more failed / failing oil cooler line O-rings. Replace them now before they completely fail and you run your motor dry of the precious oil it needs to operate properly.

The carburetor comes pre-jetted for the typical mods: performance pipe and modified air box, or we can set it up for your particular bike before we ship it out.
Instead of the tough to reach choke knob, all TM40's come with a remote choke and bracket. This makes it easier to reach the knob, especially if you have an oversize tank.
You want a lighter replacement for your heavy steel stock tank? Don't need the extended range (or bulk) of a big tank? The 3.7 gallon tank from Clarke might be just right. It's almost 5 lbs lighter and holds close to 1/2 gallon more fuel than stock to increase your range by about 20 miles. Fits with your stock petcock, Pingel or Raptor petcock.

DP brakes are available in two different compounds for the DR. The standard Sintered metal material pads provide powerful braking with industry-high HH+ friction rating that is equally adept in wet or dry conditions. They have a quick break-in period and excellent initial response. An oxide-based ceramic material on the rear of the backing plate keeps heat away from the caliper piston and fluid in extreme conditions giving a fade-free performance in even the harshest conditions.
The material in the Special Pads was developed by pro riders in the MX, Supercross, Enduro and Off-Road world where performance and good durability are essential.
