ProTaper's ADV handlebars give you a bar taller than most with extra space on the control portion of the bar. These bars provide an additional 20mm of space next to where your levers and throttle are located for your GPS, phone cradle, auxiliary switches, etc . They come in Adventure (which is taller than stock) and Adventure High (which is even taller).
These are oversize bars, which means they are are 1 1/8", not the smaller 7/8" diameter. Therefore some bikes will require a adapter and there are several available to select from.

This bar kit will raise your hands 5.5" up from the factory riding position. If you are over 6 feet tall, this is the kit for you! It allows for a more natural riding position, no more bent neck and being hunched over the bars. You will be able to ride comfortably and more aggressively by installing this kit.
The ProTaper bars are taller and tapered from 1 1/8" to 7/8" and the braided stainless steel brake line will be a serious improvement to your braking ability. Braking becomes more responsive and firmer while adding a stylish look to your TW200.

These versatile Risers allow you to clamp a 7/8" diameter handlebar or you can remove the 7/8" reducers and then clamp an 1- 1/8" aluminum "fatbar". If you are thinking of going to a fatbar after you bend your stock set or just want the versatility and option to run any bar, this is the riser to go with. Reducers lock into risers to insure no slippage between components.
These risers use 8mm bolts. Always check and confirm that your bike has adequate cable and brake line length before installing any handlebar risers.
Anti-Vibration Risers may interfere with aftermarket large capacity fuel tanks, and some steering stem clamp configurations (in these cases we recommend using standard pivoting risers).

For M8 handlebar bolts, the RAM-B-367U motorcycle handlebar base will replace the existing bolt with a 1" B size ball. This rubber ball base provides shock and vibration damping, and is compatible with a wide variety of B size RAM® double socket arms and device holders. This kit includes 2 Needles that have been developed by JD Jetting and manufactured for them to their exacting specifications. These two needles allow a wide range of tuning possibilities and provide correct fuel delivery at any throttle position.
4 allen type screws for the float bowl are also enclosed should you strip out the stock screws during your tuning process. Complete instructions with photos, jetting suggestions for different set-ups and situations, 5 Main Jets and a drill bit complete the package.
These Mikuni carburetors are correctly sized and easily fitted to your Honda XR600 and XR650L stock motor mounting flange after removing the locator tags and also match the air box when using the silver anodized air-box adapter. This adapter is fitted prior to delivery when purchasing complete kits. For this Mikuni carburetor to operate correctly the motorcycles air box must be opened up to allow more air flow in. Using a hole saw, a 45mm diameter hole will be sufficient for a Suzuki DR650 but some Honda’s require way more. The best process is to keep opening up the air-box until no more improvement is noticed and you will be surprised at the difference. The kit also comes with throttle cables and a 1/4 turn quick action throttle which must be lubed before fitment. The carb comes with a couple ofHonda specific adjustments made and pre jetted for your engine. A specially made size 30 pump nozzle is fitted as the accelerator pump circuit on TM42 carbs will not work properly on Honda’s or Kawasaki’s without it.
Climate, altitude and fuel density from different octane fuels all have varying effects on final fine tuning as does cam, exhaust and cylinder head porting etc. For this reason, we have included what we have found to be a range of jets to allow you to tune to most variables.
This carb fits with most aftermarket large capacity tanks. Some larger capacity tanks do not allow the fitment of this carb without modification. A competent person can easily heat and depress the contact area around the throttle mechanism allowing for clearance on problem tanks. Polyethylene tanks start their life as lump of poly that when melted evenly spreads itself around a rotating mold, to later carefully heat with a heat gun any section of a tank and change the shape has no effect on the integrity of the poly itself unless pushed too far, thinning it. We recommend having this professionally done for the reason some people may neglect to properly remove all the fuel from an existing tank or if not competent may make a mess of it.

Tread design:
The K60 Ranger’s new tread design has dirt and big bikes in mind. While the open block design should keep the tread from loading-up in muddy conditions, the compound and carcass should keep the ride stable when you’re back on the street. With features intended to give integrity to the side blocks, the K60 Ranger should be at home on single track or cruising down the highway.

ROK Straps are a two-piece strap with a quick-release buckle in the middle and loops on each end. One end of the strap is a heavy duty nylon, the other has a strong stretchable section. Cycle Racks Bag Supports can used for many different Cycle Racks and can be used on either the front or rear rack.
When they developed these, they wanted a functional, yet "Easy On- Easy Off application. The pig tail hook goes up, over and underneath the bar of the rack, they can also be used upside down on the rear rack as side boards. To install them, wing them out, slide them in place and then wing them back down. Simply reverse the process to remove them.

You may choose to add the Hydraulic Preload Adjuster to make it the easiest of all. All you do is twist the knob. Includes mounting bracket for knob unit. (Some CA carb compliant models may need slight modification for mounting the preload adjuster.)
Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.

Here is the little switch that mounts inside your brake or clutch lever perch and controls the brake light or clutch safety circuit. This switch often gets damaged in an unplanned dismount (aka: crash) or the plastic simply cracks from age. When this happens, you can find yourself chasing a short circuit that keeps blowing your fuse every time the brakes are applied. If this has happened to your TW, here's the fix!

Each pattern is available in three advanced synthetic rubber compounds. This means you can have the optimum combination of strength, tackiness and shock absorption to suit every riding condition and individual style. Soft grip is extremely soft, giving you a very comfortable ride, great feel and reduces the chance of blisters; however, because the grip is so soft, it wears quickly. Medium is a compromise between firm and soft. Firm grip has the same feel as a stock grip, it is very strong and has very good resistance to tearing and abrasion. Half Waffle has waffle pattern in finger area for traction and diamond pattern on palm side to reduce blisters. Full Waffle: designed after the CR Honda® grip.
This kit includes a DOT LED headlight assembly with plug-and-play wiring harness, a specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket, and all the required installation hardware.
How does this headlight compare to our original TW200 kit? First and foremost, this kit has SAE/DOT markings and a much wider/brighter high beam pattern. The low beam is very similar to our original kit: wide, flat, and bright but with more punch. The DOT headlight assembly has also proven to be more durable than the original headlight.
