ProCycle has developed this kit that includes a Vista-Cruise throttle lock, a specially modified alloy throttle tube and an anchor plate that attaches to your throttle housing. Just flip the thumb lever down to apply enough friction to hold the throttle in place. Use the supplied longer screw to attach the anchor plate to your lower throttle housing bolt hole. Also included is a tension adjustment tool that you can keep on your key ring. Keep the applied tension lightly adjusted so it's easy to roll the throttle off.

These versatile Risers allow you to clamp a 7/8" diameter handlebar or you can remove the 7/8" reducers and then clamp an 1- 1/8" aluminum "fatbar". Reducers lock into risers to insure no slippage between components.
These risers use 8mm bolts. Always check and confirm that your bike has adequate cable and brake line length before installing any handlebar risers.
Anti-Vibration Risers may interfere with aftermarket large capacity fuel tanks, and some steering stem clamp configurations (in these cases we recommend using standard pivoting risers).

Replace your lower chain roller with this high quality roller with 2 sealed ball bearings. The stock roller has no bearings. It's just a plastic wheel riding on a bolt. Ball bearing chain rollers are smoother, quieter and last longer.

Sprocket color may differ depending on size.
For reference, the stock gearing for the WR250R is 13/43 while the X model runs with a 13/42 stock configuration because of the SM wheels/tires. Both use a 108 link chain with the stock gearing.
The JT rear sprockets listed are made from the finest 545C high carbon steel and are then heat treated and hand finished to meet or exceed OEM standards. Outlasts many mild steel or surface hardened sprockets as much as two and three times over.

If you want the additional low-end grunt that the 46, 48 or 50 tooth rear sprocket will give you, you will need longer chain as well.
New Rear Sprockets require new Sprocket Bolts because of a difference in the holes vs. the stock bolts.

Counter shaft sprocket replacement requires the removal of the left side case cover. A new gasket may be required. This is also a great time to replace that leaking oil seal!

The EBC DRC kit is the best way to reset your bike’s clutch to the exact as new standard sizing. The SignalMinder unit is designed as a plug-in accessory for many Japanese bikes. SignalMinder uses a microprocessor to cancel the turn signals at one of three selectable time outs; 10, 20 or 30 seconds.
You can also make it so that all four of your signal lights also act as running lights and establish a dual-channel system on your bike. With the dual-channel system, when you activate the RIGHT turn signal three times in succession, you get 4-way hazard flash lights.
Connecting the 12 volt supply from the brakes to the SignalMinder, also allows for a brake flash option.

No wire cutting required. The kit includes Scotchlok connectors to tap into existing wires.
Your choice of an aluminum bolt-on foot pad or a steel weld-on unit. Each will make the footprint of the stock side stand considerably larger, preventing your DR from tipping over in soft terrain. This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Once complete they are given a polished finish or coated with a super-durable black polymer. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible.

The Cogent Dynamics DDC valves are the most cost-effective upgrade you can make to your motorcycle’s forks. Unique and the first of its kind, a DDC kit is available to upgrade many motorcycles that are originally equipped with simple damper rod type forks as front suspension.
We do recommend stiffer than stock front springs to bring the full potential of the DDCs out. Up to about 200 pounds (rider with gear on) we recommend the .85 kg/mm springs. If you are above 200 pounds (rider with gear on) you should probably go with the 1.0 kg/mm springs.
