These handguards come with mounts that will work on both standard and and oversize bars. The aluminum wrap-around bar is the biggest on the market with two large plastic shields that are also some of the largest available. The X-Factor hand guards offer great protection from the elements, especially during those colder months when you're trying to stretch out your riding season.

The Pro-Series is the suspension performance pinnacle. Cogent takes Mojave’s best-in-class performance and adds an external reservoir.
The Pro-Series’ sophisticated reservoir with interchangeable valves and shims, provides more tune-ability at all speeds. It also improves internal pressure balance and temperature dissipation, giving long lasting performance regardless of the punishment you put it through.
Comes standard with the CNC machined Bling Ring Preload Adjuster Collar and a thrust bearing between the adjuster ring and the spring making preload adjustments easy.
The optional Hydraulic Preload Adjuster makes it even easier to adjust the preload. Just twist the knob. Includes mounting bracket for knob unit. (See last image) (Some CA carb compliant models may need slight modification for mounting the preload adjuster.)

For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring.
If you regularly have more than 250 pounds on the bike, you might want to use the 8.15 kg/mm spring.
Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.
A dual-rate fork spring for the early KLR650. These springs start with a .40 kg/mm winding and after approximately 20% of the stroke, stiffen up to .60 kg/mm for the remainder of the travel. A very nice improvement over the stock springs which are .40 kg/mm for the entire travel.
Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. Designed by Rick at Cogent Dynamics on his high-tech suspension dyno, then tested and endorsed by KLR owners all over, these units have been given the seal of approval by the ProCycle staff for both performance and ease of installation. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil over to 5w and install the units under the springs and hit the trails.

You can add the double D ring loop to any 1" flat webbing system. This simple piece adds a lot of flexibility to any luggage system you are using. This Cordura® Ballistic tow strap, designed with sewn loops on each end, can be girth hitched around a tree, bumper, rock, etc.; or used with footpeg-to-footpeg or other motorcycle (and snowmobile, ATV, snow bike) towing techniques. Constructed in the USA from ultra-durable custom woven Cordura® Ballistic webbing, which folds up into a compact integrated cover made with 22 oz. vinyl-coated polyester, or what they like to call “truckers tarp.”

The GCAG handles are comfortable to pull so whoever is helping will pull harder, and they are soft against your fender so you won't have any annoying bouncing, noise, or graphics damage.
GCAG dirt bike lift strap handles are constructed of 1" thin nylon webbing with flat stainless steel tri-glides for attachment. The grip section is built with 1" climb-spec tubular nylon webbing and a comfort grip handle.

Having the proper fork oil level is imperative to the handling of your bike. Setting the correct fork oil level is a snap with this fully adjustable gauge. The adjustable aluminum level plate can be set from 0 to 295mm. The oil reservoir has single milliliter markings up to 60ml.
Being able to accurately tune your forks by adjusting the oil level can make them better resist brake dive or bottoming. Oil level should be thought of as a fine tuning method to make your choice of spring rate work perfectly for your bike.
Our Tool Tube mounts in place of the little stock tool carrier. The tube is made from 3 1/2" O.D. ABS pipe. It's held by 2 strong powdercoated steel straps. Both ends are sealed with waterproof expanding plugs. This is the ideal way to carry those items you always want to have with you on every ride. Tube is approx 13" long. This USB device connects to a battery cable with an SAE connector just like the typical Battery Tender outlet, and allows you to charge your electronic devices. Input is 12 Volts, with an output to the USB port of 2.1A maximum, perfect for your phone or other USB devices.
Filling and bleeding a Magura hydraulic clutch does not need to be a routine chore and should only need to be done when air infiltration within the system is suspected. Magura uses mineral oil, which does not absorb moisture from the environment, to lubricate the whole system.
Note: Magura hydraulic systems use ONLY mineral oil. Do not introduce DOT brake fluid of any kind into a hydraulic system designed to use mineral oil as this will cause corrosion to the internal seals and system failure may result. The only time anyone should ever need to replace the hydraulic fluid in a Magura system is following a hydraulic line exchange, a system upgrade, a crash which has damaged the system components or in a situation where a lack of fluid within the system has been diagnosed by poor lever feel.
If you do need to bleed your Magura hydraulic system, their custom made kit does indeed make that chore easier.
