The PSR Oil Filler Caps are CNC machined from high quality aluminum and come with an E-clip that is already safety wired to a mounting tab. The wire is covered with silicone tubing that will not melt or discolor. Available in silver, black and gun metal.
Big Bore
The 790cc Big Bore Kit includes a custom made, forged 9.5:1 piston with rings, wrist pin and circlips. A custom made multi-layer steel head gasket, OEM metal base gasket, tensioner gasket, and cam bolt lock plate and a ProCycle specific big bore cylinder sleeve.
Built cylinders with 790 sleeves installed are usually in stock, but we must have your original cylinder sent to us as a 'core'. These cores allow us to keep up this program and it is nothing more than an exchange - we give you ours, you give us yours.

Headpipe
Our very own high flowing head-pipe is made in the USA using a CNC (computer numerically controlled) mandrel bender for an absolute perfect fit. It is a high quality 2-piece 18 gauge stainless steel head-pipe with 1 3/4" outer diameter, compared to the stock outer diameter of 1 1/2".
The SS Pro-Flow is a tested upgrade over stock that will bolt right on with no modifications needed. It is compatible with any combination muffler/mid-pipe, as well as all motor configurations of the DR650 '96-current.
Includes a stainless steel band clamp for the mid-pipe joint, clamp-on heat shield mounts, to use with stock heat heat shield and a stainless steel flange at the exhaust port mount. We recommend a new exhaust gasket when installing your new SS Pro-Flow.

Our Tool Tube mounts in place of the little stock tool carrier. The tube is made from 3 1/2" O.D. ABS pipe. It's held by 3 strong powder coated steel straps. Both ends are sealed with waterproof expanding plugs. This is the ideal way to carry those items you always want to have with you on every ride. Tube is approximately 13" long.
You can now order your Tool Tube with a Locking End cap, mini padlock and keys included, on the exposed end.

The MotoPressor Puncture Repair Tool combines the four tools essential for tubeless tire repair into a single tool.
With the motorcyclist in mind, they've designed a "4 in 1 multi-tool" that uses pre-vulcanized repair strings and packs into a sheath measuring a mere 130 x 68 x 50mm, that's small enough to fit in your pocket. The tool contains a pair of pliers, a rasp, an insertion tool and a sharp knife, which is all you'll need to fix 99% of punctures. The repair strings are pre-vulcanized, so they've done away with the "little tube of glue". The repair plugs the hole AND leaves a "patch style" repair on the INSIDE of your tire.

This is a DRC wrench for your axle nut on one side, and a great tire spoon on the other.The long handle makes it easy to undo tight axle nuts and give you a bunch of leverage for changing tires. These are heat treated steel and range from 10 to 10.6 inches long.

Having the proper fork oil level is imperative to the handling of your bike. Setting the correct fork oil level is a snap with this fully adjustable gauge. The adjustable aluminum level plate can be set from 0 to 295mm. The oil reservoir has single milliliter markings up to 60ml.
Being able to accurately tune your forks by adjusting the oil level can make them better resist brake dive or bottoming. Oil level should be thought of as a fine tuning method to make your choice of spring rate work perfectly for your bike.

Grips
Each pattern is available in three advanced synthetic rubber compounds. This means you can have the optimum combination of strength, tackiness and shock absorption to suit every riding condition and individual style. Soft grip is extremely soft, giving you a very comfortable ride, great feel and reduces the chance of blisters; however, because the grip is so soft, it wears quickly. Medium is a compromise between firm and soft. Firm grip has the same feel as a stock grip, it is very strong and has very good resistance to tearing and abrasion. Half Waffle has waffle pattern in finger area for traction and diamond pattern on palm side to reduce blisters. Full Waffle: designed after the CR Honda® grip.

Sun rims are our favorite. They are very strong and come very round and true right out of the box. Sun rims make building a wheel enjoyable. Standard rims are silver but Sun rims are also available in black or gold. Sun rims are made in the USA.

Bearings
Genuine SKF wheel bearings. Single row deep groove ball bearings with seals on both sides are particularly versatile, have low friction and are optimized for low noise and low vibration, which enables high rotational speeds. They accommodate radial and axial loads in both directions, are easy to mount, and require less maintenance than other bearing types. The integral sealing can significantly prolong bearing service life because it keeps lubricant in the bearings and contaminants out.

Dual-Sport
An ADV tire designed in Australia for real off-road riding. Technically 25% stronger than many adventure tires with a tread deeper than most and a compound formulated to perform in a wide variety of conditions. The tread design on this tire is unique in that the blocks self-sharpen for better grip through the life of the tire.
If you want the best in traction, wear and dependability, try a set of Tractionator ADV Rear with Dual Venture Front. All sets now have Dual Venture Front with ADV Rear.

This street-legal knobby from Pirelli has good stability and cornering precision thanks to the carcass stiffness. The tread pattern optimized for use on dirt and gravel roads, cross-country racing and desert tours. It has lasting off-road performance and knob tearing resistance due to the special off-road compound.

An innovative tread pattern with blocks and curved grooves, based on the Dakar-winning Desert Race tire, provides real off-road performance especially in soft terrain and challenging conditions.
