Because the hard-welded premium rocker arms are made using the stock rocker arms, we must have your stock rockers in exchange so we can keep up our supply. Included in the price of the hard-welded rocker arms is a core charge of $120. You then have 45 days to send us your stock rockers to receive a full refund for the core charge to your credit card. Or, we can give you $130 in Store Credit. Yes, $130 in Store Credit. That is an extra $10 to spend on whatever you need from ProCycle.
When you place your order we will include an RMA# with your invoice or you may call us at (541) 688-9543, or email info@procycle.us to get an RMA#. This allows us to credit the correct customer when your stock rockers arrive.
All returned rockers will be inspected. Your core must be in good rebuildable condition. Damaged rockers will not be accepted for exchange.
