Clutch
In this kit you will get 4 factory replacement bolts to replace any broken or damaged clutch pressure plate bolts on your DR650.
It can be easy to over torque these bolts if not done properly. If one of these bolts is damaged on your DR650, we highly recommend replacing all 4 to prevent any future failures down the trail.
The Neutral Sending Unit "NSU" on the DR650 can be a problem. The factory screws tend to loosen over time. You really would not want them to get loose in your motor! The permanent solution is to safety wire them. We looked high and low and finally found pre-drilled screws in the correct length and thread pitch. Here we offer a complete kit to take care of those pesky screws.
If you don't do this, you don't have a screw loose, you have TWO screws loose!

Carburetor
Softer return spring for your TM40 carburetor.
This replaces the stock return spring that comes with the TM40 carburetor creating a 25% lighter throttle feel.
These Mikuni carburetors are correctly sized and easily fitted to your Honda XR600 and XR650L stock motor mounting flange after removing the locator tags and also match the air box when using the silver anodized air-box adapter. This adapter is fitted prior to delivery when purchasing complete kits. For this Mikuni carburetor to operate correctly the motorcycles air box must be opened up to allow more air flow in. Using a hole saw, a 45mm diameter hole will be sufficient for a Suzuki DR650 but some Honda’s require way more. The best process is to keep opening up the air-box until no more improvement is noticed and you will be surprised at the difference. The kit also comes with throttle cables and a 1/4 turn quick action throttle which must be lubed before fitment. The carb comes with a couple of Honda specific adjustments made and pre jetted for your engine. A specially made size 30 pump nozzle is fitted as the accelerator pump circuit on TM42 carbs will not work properly on Honda’s or Kawasaki’s without it.
Climate, altitude and fuel density from different octane fuels all have varying effects on final fine tuning as does cam, exhaust and cylinder head porting etc. For this reason, we have included what we have found to be a range of jets to allow you to tune to most variables.
This carb fits with most aftermarket large capacity tanks. Some larger capacity tanks do not allow the fitment of this carb without modification. A competent person can easily heat and depress the contact area around the throttle mechanism allowing for clearance on problem tanks. Polyethylene tanks start their life as lump of poly that when melted evenly spreads itself around a rotating mold, to later carefully heat with a heat gun any section of a tank and change the shape has no effect on the integrity of the poly itself unless pushed too far, thinning it. We recommend having this professionally done for the reason some people may neglect to properly remove all the fuel from an existing tank or if not competent may make a mess of it.

The cush hub (sprocket carrier) bearing leads a tough life. This is especially true if your cush rubbers get old and soft. They can allow the chain to pull the cush hub sideways putting a twisting load on the bearing. If there's any question about the condition of your bearing replace it now with this double sealed bearing and quality seal.

The Moose Racing is a quality chain roller with 2 sealed ball bearings. The stock roller has no bearings. It's just a plastic wheel riding on a bolt. Ball bearing chain rollers are smoother, quieter and last longer.
Sprocket

Note: 2002 and later models have a 10mm sprocket bolts. 2000-2001 models have 8mm sprocket bolts.
JT steel rear sprockets are manufactured using only the finest grade of C49 high carbon steel.
Two styles of rear sprocket were used on the DR350. The 90-95 'S' and 'SE' (street legal) models have a cush drive hub. The 96-99 'S' and 'SE' as well as all of the 'dirt only' models have a non-cush rear hub. Select your sprocket accordingly. If you are not sure, look at your bike. If the sprocket is bolted directly to the wheel hub you have a non-cush model. If your sprocket is bolted to a separate sprocket carrier you have a cush drive model.
Quality steel sprockets and EK SRO6 O-ring chain. We put them together to make a complete, affordable kit. Chain comes with clip type master link.
Retainer
Changing sprockets for gearing can wear out the lock washer after a few uses. This is an OEM replacement.
Replacement retainer if yours is worn out or lost.
This retainer is has a no hassle installation for quick change sprocket swaps with simple readily available tools (pliers and screw driver).
This spring clip retainer takes the place of the OEM two bolt retainer and fasteners when a FRITZCO sprocket is used.
All sizes of new FRITZCO sprockets come with a quick change retainer included, this is only a replacement.
This retainer can only be used with FRITZCO sprockets and can not be used with thin OEM type sprockets.

Fuel Line
You’d be amazed at the dirt and debris that can work its way into your gas can – and from there, your fuel tank. Twin Air’s monofilament screen pocket inserts in your tank to catch particles as small as 40 microns (.00165”) while allowing the gas to flow freely.
The flange is custom-sized for each modern 4-stroke model to ensure a leak-proof seal. Just remove the filter periodically, turn it inside-out, and clean out the debris that could have been in your engine.
Will not work with factory locking gas caps.
Inside tank inlet diameter must be approximately 43.5mm (1.71") to fit.

Skid Plate
This is one of the toughest skid plates we've got. Manufactured from 3/16" aluminum that is laser cut and CNC formed, all joints are welded on both sides. The rear mounting bolts are fully recessed for protection. A welded block protects the bolt heads from being bashed and rounded from obstructions. Rubber isolators between the plate and the frame at these two bolt locations help to eliminate vibrations and keep noise down. Front mounts clamp around the frame for a solid connection.
The right side of the plate extends up to cover the oil filter and unbolts from the skid plate for easy filter changes. This skid plate has a black textured powder coat finish for great looks and durability. Includes stainless steel hardware.

It's twice as thick as a metal skid plate but is only half the weight. Plastic glides over rocks and roots better than aluminum. It also reflects less engine noise, bike will run quieter and cooler compared to alloy skid plate. Full coverage, mounts to existing threaded holes at the rear of the frame.

Warp 9 Dual Sport wheels are built with billet hubs, 7000 series aluminum rims and laced and trued with stainless steel spokes and nipples. NAK seals, OEM bearings, Zinc plated nyloc hardware.
The 1.85" x 21" front wheel includes a wave brake rotor.
The 2.50" x 18" rear wheel is built using an upgraded cush drive hub that includes a rear brake rotor already mounted.
