Innovative design makes tool easier and more secure to use than old fashioned pin-aligned drivers
Showa removed the schrader valve on many newer rear shocks. Now you need a needle to recharge your shock with nitrogen after a rebuild. Race Tech built this unit just for that job.
The features of this tool include 300 psi capacity, bleeder valve and T-handle plunger pin chuck. Swivel chuck has a 12" flexible hose. Comes complete with instructions, carrying box and Schrader valve extension (required on some Showa shocks). Nitrogen bottles available at any welding supply house.

The race-bred RS-2 exhaust has proven to be extremely popular among rider looks for a combination of performance and value. It enhances performance dramatically, provides an enviable exhaust note and offers the unmistakable look and sound of Yoshimura. RS-2 mufflers feature a straight baffle that leads to a single turn-down machined aluminum end cap.

The V2 Series Slip-On muffler features an aluminum body, TIG welded components, stainless steel inlet tube and a great new look. This Lightweight Slip-On weighs approximately 5.5 lbs.

The PowerBomb header promotes better flow by allowing a small expansion of the exhaust gasses. The 'bomb' also acts as a pre-muffler taking the edge off of overall sound levels.
Their baffle was designed to replace the stock insert. The baffle produces a nice note compared to the de-restricted stock version and dyno test results showed an increase on 2 hp up top.
A noise test on the insert was conducted at the EPA Victoria Vehicle Test Station at Macleod under controlled conditions with Class 1 meters.

This Quiet Insert comes stock in all new FMF Q4 mufflers. If you lost yours, this is the replacement you need.
It will fit Q4, Q4 Hex, Powercore and Powercore Hex mufflers.
It will reduce the sound rating of the Power Core models, from about 99db down to about 96db.
Please choose the correct Insert for your muffler. If you are unsure of the year that your muffler was manufactured you can easily identify visually which insert you will need.

The headpipe gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head, thereby making them a single use part. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust.
The muffler joint gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. FMF mufflers (Q4 or PowerCore 4) do not require a joint gasket but the all other aftermarket mufflers as well as the stock muffler do require a joint gasket. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.
Protect your head pipe from rock damage. This stainless steel spine clamps to your head pipe to add a layer of protective armor between your vulnerable pipe and those nasty rocks or logs. Fits the stock headpipe. Will fit the FMF head pipe with the addition of larger clamps.

This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Once complete they are given a polished finish or coated with a super-durable black polymer. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible.
These racks are smooth and sturdy enough to use as a grab handle.

Easy to Install
Not only are Pro Moto Billet Cargo Racks brutishly strong and functional, but they look great too. Each cargo rack is methodically engineered, then CNC machined on-site from a 1/2 inch thick plate of USA made 6061 aluminum by master machinists and then anodized black.
