Complete set of friction plates, HD springs and steel separator plates prevent premature driven plate wear, oil muddying and loss of stack height. Built with swaged aluminum carriers that spread the load on the clutch basket and prevent clutch basket "dogging". Anti-swell, alloy impregnated heavy-duty facings for smooth clutch action. Allows modulation, unlike paper clutches which tend to snatch. Don't forget to add a fresh gasket.

Designed and built for Dual-Sport and Adventure bikes, the Nitron Adventure Series R1, R2 and R3 shocks offer exceptional road and trail performance. Using billet aluminum components, a large heavy-duty 16mm piston rod and a high-flow capacity 46mm piston, this shock flows much more oil for a more consistent, fade-free performance than most other shocks.

Nitron shocks are custom built for your specific weight, if you have a passenger or luggage add that weight as well. Lastly your riding conditions; do you ride mainly paved roads, dirt roads, trails? Heavy gauge stainless steel bracket bolts directly to your subframe under the rear fender. Eliminates the ugly stock plastic plate holder.

Progressive Suspension springs offer a soft initial spring rate for a plush ride. Progressively wound design provides increased resistance to bottoming as spring compresses. These springs are significantly stiffer than the wimpy stock springs. Spring rate spans the .45-.62 kg/mm range.

The screws and nuts that hold the Air-box Cover on have a habit of jumping out of the air-box and running away. No idea where they go, but it is far! These cannot be purchased separately from Suzuki but we found some that are perfect replacements. This little kit includes four screws and the square nuts that go into the air-box. We recommend that you put a dab of silicone or something to hold the nuts in so they don't jump ship like the other ones did.

Polyurethane drive cushions for the DR. Polyurethane has a higher abrasion, cut, and tear resistance than rubber as well as much better resistance to chemical breakdown. This will offer longer life and better damping when compared to the stock rubber cushions.

Spare replacement throttle cables for your TM40 carburetor conversion. Fits the stock throttle housing.

These are new premium low-friction cables. They will also work with the OEM Suzuki BST40.

The OEM foam secondary filter can deteriorate rather quickly. Once that happens, it can allow enough dirt into the engine to do significant damage. Replace your filter now with a high-quality foam filter from industry leader Twin Air.

This filter needs to be oiled like any air filter to work properly.

This brass fuel screw offers a longer head to give you a better hold for making adjustments. This is a nice improvement over the standard extended fuel screw. Kit includes one new screw, spring, washer and o-ring.

Stock chain guard crack and crumble on you? Won't happen to this unit CNC machined from 2.5mm marine grade aluminum. Polished to a beautiful sheen that will give your DR that little twinkle as well as better protection.

Replace your lower chain roller with this high quality roller with 2 sealed ball bearings. The stock roller has no bearings. It's just a plastic wheel riding on a bolt. Ball bearing chain rollers are smoother, quieter and last longer.

The DR650 is rather hard on the cush drive rubbers. Replace these any time you feel excessive play in the sprocket carrier hub. Excessively worn dampers can cause the cush hub bearing to fail - which will ruin your sprocket carrier. Sold as a set of 6 rubber dampers.

Billet aluminum lowering links. Lowers the rear suspension approximately 1 inch.

Greatly eases basic chain maintenance, tire changes, parking, cleaning, etc. All necessary hardware is included. Installs using basic hand tools. Tough black powder coated finish.

For riders who wish to run the centerstand and the lowered footpegs we recommend installing a Warp 9 brake pedal. The Warp 9 pedal is arched to give the necessary clearance under the pedal.

Wraps around your K&N filter to keep water and small particles out of the filter itself. K&N DryChargers are manufactured from a durable polyester material and are pre-treated with a proprietary hydrophobic process designed to prevent splashes of water or mud from saturating your K&N air filter. The DryCharger will also stop small dirt particles; yet add little restriction to the airflow of the filter. The DryCharger can be installed under the Foam Wrap.

Many riders choose to convert over from the stock 525 to a 520 chain. Besides being lighter and less expensive, a 520 chain is more readily available as well as having more sprocket size options.

These Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. These units have been given the seal of approval by the ProCycle staff for both performance and ease of installation. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil over to 5w and install the DDCs under the springs and hit the trails.

The ProCycle SS1 muffler was designed so this existing spark arrester will fit right in. This is also the same unit that is often adapted to the GSXR 40F0 muffler. It fits FMF exhaust as well.

Raises compression from stock 9.5:1 to 10.5:1 for more power, torque and snappier engine response. The high quality forged piston from JE is almost a full ounce lighter than the stock cast piston. This makes for less vibration and a smoother running motor. Includes rings, pin, clips, and top end gasket set with valve stem seals and metal base gasket. Fits the standard size stock bore.

Top end gasket set with the addition of a factory Suzuki metal base gasket. A metal base gasket is essential because paper base gaskets will fail in the DR650.

By popular demand. This is our own mid-pipe adapter kit for the GSXR exhaust cans. The unique design works with both 3-bolt Hayabusa and 4-bolt GSXR mufflers. It features all stainless steel TIG welded construction with a laser cut adapter. A spring tensioned slip joint allows for heat expansion. A stainless steel hanger strap allows it to attach to your original muffler mounting point. No welding is required. Mid-pipe length is approximately 17" long.

This mid-pipe does not require a stock muffler joint gasket when used with the stock headpipe, the SS Pro-Flow, or the FMF headpipe, eliminating the hump in flow.

Don't forget a fresh seal ring gasket that fits between your muffler and mid-pipe adapter.

Stock size rear brake rotor laser-cut from high-carbon content 410 stainless steel, then lap cross hatched and heat-treated. Each one then has a high-temp paint applied to surfaces like cooling holes and edges for a clean finished look.

Includes a fresh set of brake rotor bolts.

This kit includes 2 needles that have been developed by JD Jetting and manufactured for them to their exacting specifications. These two needles allow a wide range of tuning possibilities and provide correct fuel delivery at any throttle position.

4 Allen type screws for the float bowl are also enclosed should you strip out the stock screws during your tuning process. Complete instructions with photos, jetting suggestions for different set-ups and situations, 4 Main Jets, a new Pilot Jet, and a drill bit complete the package.

Race Tech Cartridge Emulators make damper rod forks perform like well-tuned cartridge forks. Emulators are tunable valves that sit inside your forks on top of the damper rods and are held in place by the fork springs.  Warp 9's CNC shark fin rear rotor protector. To make installation super-easy this fin bolts to a brand new CNC machined caliper bracket. Just remove your existing caliper bracket and remove the pins, install them on this new one and then put the caliper and fin back on.

This is a high-quality seat cover offered by Moose for the DR650. This is a replacement cover only, no seat foam and you must install on your existing pan with existing foam.

PSR's  fin rear rotor protector. CNC machined from forged aluminum and then anodized gun metal in color. Just remove your existing caliper bracket and remove the pins, install them on this new one and then put the caliper and fin back on. It doesn't get much easier. In the event of damage to the fin, it can be replaced separately.

OEM Suzuki headlight cowling.

This 'Bling Ring' replaces the two stock preload/lock rings. The ring is CNC machined aluminum with the additional thickness to provide superior support on the shock body.

The added needle bearing thrust washer will make preload adjustments much easier. The ring then spins much easier against the spring making adjustments quite a bit easier.

This part can easily be added to the Cogent or Race Tech Shock Shaft Assemblies, even after they are built.

To install the Bling Ring on a shock with a stock shaft it must either be disassembled or have the lower clevis removed.

Top quality friction plates, steel plates and heavy duty springs from Dunlop. Don't forget to use a new clutch cover gasket.

Corbin seats are carefully designed to provide a comfortable riding position. They are firm and supportive which allows you to ride all day without fatigue unlike the stock seat.

Comfort Cell Foam retains resiliency and doesn't crush down like the stock foam so they can build a lower seating platform. This gives you better ground reach and a lower center of gravity.
