The long awaited Wide Ratio Transmission from Nova Racing. Now you can have your trail gearing without giving up your highway gearing.

Both sets are lower than stock in 1st and 2nd gear and taller than stock on 3rd thru 5th gears. Not only will Nova give you better gear ratios but the high quality components will shift smoother and engage more solidly. The tables below show each gear ratio and the original OEM ratios for comparison.

To help put the ratio changes into perspective switching from the OEM 15T to a 14T sprocket lowers the gearing by 7.1% in all gears. Switching from a 15T to a 16T raises the gearing by 6.6% in all gears.

CNC machined oil filler cap with locking clip to keep it in place in the roughest conditions. The cap is pre-drilled and the locking clip is safety wired to the mounting tap with a section of silicon tubing, that will not melt or discolor, over the wire. First class all the way. This is one of the toughest skid plates we've got. Manufactured from 3/16" aluminum that is laser cut and CNC formed, all joints are welded on both sides. The rear mounting bolts are fully recessed for protection. A welded block protects the bolt heads from being bashed and rounded from obstructions. Rubber isolators between the plate and the frame at these two bolt locations help to eliminate vibrations and keep noise down. Front mounts clamp around the frame for a solid connection.

The right side of the plate extends up to cover the oil filter and unbolts from the skid plate for easy filter changes. This skid plate has a black textured powder coat finish for great looks and durability. Includes stainless steel hardware.

JT steel rear sprockets are manufactured using only the finest grade of C49 high carbon steel.

Two styles of rear sprocket were used on the DR350. The 90-95 'S' and 'SE' (street legal) models have a cush drive hub. The 96-99 'S' and 'SE' as well as all of the 'dirt only' models have a non-cush rear hub. Select your sprocket accordingly. If you are not sure, look at your bike. If the sprocket is bolted directly to the wheel hub you have a non-cush model. If your sprocket is bolted to a separate sprocket carrier you have a cush drive model.

High quality steel rear sprockets from 39 to 53 teeth.

Now you can have minimum output shaft wear, minimum chain drive wear with the FRITZCO DRIVELINE sprocket. The design of their sprockets provide correct chain alignment, allows for full spline contact with the XR650L's output shaft, fit the counter shaft either way, and straight up no hassle installation with the OEM two bolt retainer and fasteners (except 13 tooth that comes with it's own quick change retainer). Their sprockets are machined from alloy steel that is comparable in every way to OEM Honda and the best offered by other manufactures. The sprockets are then given a heat treatment that provides a compatible sprocket for the Honda output shaft and longest wear life possible.

A way to double the sprockets life would be to have a sprocket that fits on the shaft either way so both sides of the teeth can be used. Bear in mind you can't wear one side of the teeth all the way through, then flip the sprocket, and expect double life. You must reverse when a normal wear pattern develops.

16 tooth sprocket is the biggest front sprocket that will run with the standard 110 link chain and 45 tooth rear sprocket on an XR650L
The OEM cover will require modifying to use the 16 tooth sprocket on your XR650L.

Replacement retainer if yours is worn out or lost.  
This retainer is has a no hassle installation for quick change sprocket swaps with simple readily available tools (pliers and screw driver).

This spring clip retainer takes the place of the OEM two bolt retainer and fasteners when a FRITZCO sprocket is used.

All sizes of new FRITZCO sprockets come with a quick change retainer included, this is only a replacement.

This retainer can only be used with FRITZCO sprockets and can not be used with thin OEM type sprockets.

The chain slider protects the swingarm from contact with the chain. Replace yours before it wears through to the swingarm.

Always carry a spare master link when out on the trail.

  Master links are not interchangeable. Be sure to check the manufacturer and series on your chain.

These do not fit the TW200 or XT250. Only for 520 or 525 chains, Please verify chain size.

Reduce the friction dragging down your drivetrain.  This chain roller is made from Delrin®, it's self-lubricating and a significant improvement over stock.

Front fender from ProCycle Plastics (formerly DSA) is shaped very much like the OEM DRZ400SM front fender. Big enough to be functional without wind-steering the bike like the stock fender does. Vacuum molded, these are a design improvement over stock. These are fully compatible in any combination with the original factory plastic.

This frame includes six, white, full-spectrum LED bulbs on a 6-inch strip for bright illumination of your license plate. It is made in a sturdy cast aluminum, and is powder coated with a durable black finish.

Outside frame dimensions are 7.25" in. wide by 4.2". Center to center mounting hole distance is 5.7 in. All mounting hardware is included.

Changing tubes or tires without the right tools can be a real chore. You want a lighter replacement for your heavy steel stock tank? Don't need the extended range (or bulk) of the big Acerbis or Clarke tank? The 4.0 gallon tank from IMS might be just right. Includes cap, uses stock petcock.

These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. Unlike relocation plates, these mounts do not hang dangerously below the frame. You can mount stock or aftermarket pegs and they are compatible with all skid plates, crash bars, and center stands.

The EJK evolved out of the need to address the ever-increasing complexity of factory fuel injection. Lowers the rear suspension. Precision machined from billet aluminum and anodized.

Here is a tool to help you remove a few links from a chain that is too long. A great tool to have in your tool box.

The head of the pivot pin you are going to remove must be ground down level with the side plate before using this tool to push it out. Failure to do that will cause damage to the tool that is not covered by any warranty!

No repacking required. The LeoVince X3 Enduro is made with TIG welded stainless steel internals and aluminum outer shell.
