The GBrakes steel braided brake lines for the T7 replace the stock rubber lines to enhance braking performance. Stock rubber lines expand under pressure giving a spongy and inconsistent feel at the lever/pedal.

This kit includes all 7 lines involved in the ABS braking system front and rear. These high quality lines utilize the finest materials available to eliminate expansion: Teflon inner hoses wrapped in 64 strand staInless steel weave, heavy duty hardware and machined fittings. A Crush Washer relief channel provides an effective double seal to stop leakage. Each line is replaced from the master cylinder all the way to the calipers and labeled to help with installation.

All the parts of this kit are designed, engineered, manufactured, tested and quality assured in the USA! All of these parts come with a lifetime warranty. Seat Concepts seats are constructed using a foam material that is a much higher quality than OEM seat foam. Their proprietary formula provides a plusher ride, while still offering the necessary amount of support. Their unique comfort shape maintains a similar contour to stock at the front of the seat so the rider’s legs are not spread farther apart, but tapers out towards the mid-point to distribute rider weight over a greater area.

Our Tool Tube mounts in place of the little stock tool carrier. The tube is made from 3 1/2" O.D. ABS pipe. It's held by 3 strong powder coated steel straps. The Edge-2 Tail Light and License Plate Holder is a simple bolt-on replacement for the stock unit. Included is an aluminum mount for the light and license plate that is model specific. The light unit uses 16 high-intensity red LED's for tail/stop light function. 3 white LED's are used for license plate illumination. Included is a set of turn signal brackets that bolt to the mount. These are designed for a small signal with a 8mm mounting stud.

Included in this kit are fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and three bottles of 5w fork oil. Refresh those tired old forks and make them better than new. These DDCs from Cogent are easy to install. No taking the forks apart, no drilling of the damping rods, nothing. Just take them off, flip them over to drain the oil, add new 5w oil, drop in the DDCs and then add the springs and spacers and then install the caps. Preload spacer material is included with the .47 and .70 springs, additional spacers are not needed with the other kits.

Motoz Tractionator Desert H/T series of tires are renowned for great traction and long wear life. The Neutral Sending Unit "NSU" on the DR650 can be a problem. The factory screws tend to loosen over time. You really would not want them to get loose in your motor! The permanent solution is to safety wire them. We looked high and low and finally found pre-drilled screws in the correct length and thread pitch. Here we offer a complete kit to take care of those pesky screws.

If you don't do this, you don't have a screw loose, you have TWO screws loose!

This is one of the toughest skid plates we've got. Manufactured from 3/16" aluminum that is laser cut and CNC formed, all joints are welded on both sides. The rear mounting bolts are fully recessed for protection. A welded block protects the bolt heads from being bashed and rounded from obstructions. Rubber isolators between the plate and the frame at these two bolt locations help to eliminate vibrations and keep noise down. Front mounts clamp around the frame for a solid connection.

The right side of the plate extends up to cover the oil filter and unbolts from the skid plate for easy filter changes. This skid plate has a black textured powder coat finish for great looks and durability. Includes stainless steel hardware.
