Motoz Tractionator Desert H/T series of tires are renowned for great traction and long wear life. The Edge-2 Tail Light and License Plate Holder is a simple bolt-on replacement for the stock unit. Included is an aluminum mount for the light and license plate that is model specific. The light unit uses 16 high-intensity red LED's for tail/stop light function. 3 white LED's are used for license plate illumination. Included is a set of turn signal brackets that bolt to the mount. These Mikuni carburetors are correctly sized and easily fitted to your Honda XR600 and XR650L stock motor mounting flange after removing the locator tags and also match the air box when using the silver anodized air-box adapter. This adapter is fitted prior to delivery when purchasing complete kits. For this Mikuni carburetor to operate correctly the motorcycles air box must be opened up to allow more air flow in. Using a hole saw, a 45mm diameter hole will be sufficient for a Suzuki DR650 but some Honda’s require way more. The best process is to keep opening up the air-box until no more improvement is noticed and you will be surprised at the difference. The kit also comes with throttle cables and a 1/4 turn quick action throttle which must be lubed before fitment. The carb comes with a couple of Honda specific adjustments made and pre jetted for your engine. A specially made size 30 pump nozzle is fitted as the accelerator pump circuit on TM42 carbs will not work properly on Honda’s or Kawasaki’s without it.
Climate, altitude and fuel density from different octane fuels all have varying effects on final fine tuning as does cam, exhaust and cylinder head porting etc. For this reason, we have included what we have found to be a range of jets to allow you to tune to most variables.
This carb fits with most aftermarket large capacity tanks. Some larger capacity tanks do not allow the fitment of this carb without modification. A competent person can easily heat and depress the contact area around the throttle mechanism allowing for clearance on problem tanks. Polyethylene tanks start their life as lump of poly that when melted evenly spreads itself around a rotating mold, to later carefully heat with a heat gun any section of a tank and change the shape has no effect on the integrity of the poly itself unless pushed too far, thinning it. We recommend having this professionally done for the reason some people may neglect to properly remove all the fuel from an existing tank or if not competent may make a mess of it.

Race Tech Hi-Performance Springs have extremely accurate rates. They are heat-treated, shot-peened and preset so they cannot sack out.
OEM spring rate is 0.42kg/mm.
Included in this kit are .42 kg/mm fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and two bottles of 5w fork oil.
These springs are custom wound specifically for the XT250. Stiffer than the stock springs, these will make your front perform significantly better. Combine them with the Cogent DDC's and you will be very happy with the results. Sold as pairs .42 kg/mm.

For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring.

If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing. Topping off the cap is a CNC Machined metal vent cap. This eliminates the need for a lengthy vent tube that gets in the way. The vent cap allows air to vent into the tank but does not allow fuel to splash out during normal use or during a tip over.

The ProCycle seat was designed for both comfort and function. Our seat is built with an advanced Progressive Density Foam (Pd-F) for those long days in the saddle, and also giving you freedom to move while standing.
The wide and sturdy seat makes long rides more comfortable. The vinyl weave helps keep you cool by letting air flow between you and the seat. The front of the seat is narrower, giving you space for your knees when you're standing, while the sides have grip so you can hold on with your knees while riding.
We will build the seat for you in-house on a new seat pan so all you have to do is put it on and go ride. Choose the heated seat option and we will add a Seat Warmer during the build process.

Seat Concepts seats are constructed using a foam material that is a much higher quality than OEM seat foam. Their proprietary formula provides a plusher ride, while still offering the necessary amount of support. Their unique comfort shape maintains a similar contour to stock at the front of the seat so the rider’s legs are not spread farther apart, but tapers out towards the mid-point to distribute rider weight over a greater area.

Each pattern is available in three advanced synthetic rubber compounds. This means you can have the optimum combination of strength, tackiness and shock absorption to suit every riding condition and individual style. Soft grip is extremely soft, giving you a very comfortable ride, great feel and reduces the chance of blisters; however, because the grip is so soft, it wears quickly. Medium is a compromise between firm and soft. Firm grip has the same feel as a stock grip, it is very strong and has very good resistance to tearing and abrasion. Half Waffle has waffle pattern in finger area for traction and diamond pattern on palm side to reduce blisters. Full Waffle: designed after the CR Honda® grip.

Class 10.9 steel rotor bolts provide excellent sheer strength and include medium-strength threadlock patches to securely fasten your rotor.
A premium billet sprocket carrier from Warp 9 Racing that houses 2 bearings to help protect against the sideways twisting load that is commonly known to prematurely wear out the bearing and cush rubbers. This wear can cause extreme failure possibly damaging the hub.

Ride in warm temperatures a lot? Worried about your motor oil just getting too hot? The Trail Tech Universal Fan Kit mounts up to the backside of the DR's oil cooler to draw cool air across it and keep those oil temps down. An electronic temperature sensor mounts to the fan, no need to cut any fluid lines, and automatically turns the fan on when needed to keep the temperature in the optimum range.
The activation sensor can be set wherever you like to keep the temperature right where you want it. Backlit for easy viewing anytime it also includes a volt meter.

Modern technology for the DR650s charging system. Mosfet style regulators produce less heat, are more efficient and last longer than old tech 'shunt style' regulators. Regulator is made by Rick's Motorsports, and includes a ProCycle adaptor bracket to fit into the existing space on the bike.
This regulator / rectifier is Lithium compatible.
This box moves up the rev limiter allowing higher revs. It also has a hotter advance curve from the OEM box. This allows for a bit crisper throttle response and easier starting. This is a "must have" for modified KLX110's.
This is a genuine Suzuki part. We recommend installing a countershaft seal retainer to prevent the countershaft seal from popping out while riding.
