Battery

Our Heavy-Duty tubes are made specifically for off-road riding. These are the sturdiest, highest quality tubes on the market. They are 3mm thick with natural rubber construction to better resist pinch flats and are easier to patch than butyl rubber tubes. These have a straight metal valve stem. New tubes deserve new rim strips. Don't forget to add them in to your order.
- 17" tube works with 120,130 and 140 metric tires or 4.50 to 5.10 inch size tires
- 18" tube works with 100 to 130 metric or 4.00 to 5.10 inch size tires

We offer two different types of SuperMoto tubes. The first are Standard Tubes and are meant to be used with standard bias-ply type tires, but can be used with radial tires also.
But, if you are running radial tires, like SuperMoto, or have a retro bikes with spoked wheels and radial tires, you probably want to run the 'Radial Tubes'. Front tubes fits 120/70 and 120/60 tires. Rear tubes fits 150/60, 150/70 and 160/60 tires. These have a metal valve stem.
New tires and tubes deserve new rim strips! Choose the correct size for your wheels and toss-out those old cracked and broken ones.
For 19" rims, please order the 18" rim strip. These fit just fine!
Be sure to order the 2.25" wide strip ONLY if you have SuperMoto rear rim. This is a 16" strip that will fit your 17" SM rim perfectly!
You can purchase single strips or sets for your wheel sizes.

The EBC DRC kit is the best way to reset your bike’s clutch to the exact as new standard sizing. Replacing just the plates can work but new clutch springs are always better and springs get tired and can cause slippage plus the separator steel plates from EBC are pin-planished, forming tiny indents in the steel which improves the spread of oil around the clutch surfaces.

This Quiet Insert comes stock in all new FMF Q4 mufflers. If you lost yours, this is the replacement you need.
It will fit Q4, Q4 Hex, Powercore and Powercore Hex mufflers.
It will reduce the sound rating of the Power Core models, from about 99db down to about 96db.
Please choose the correct Insert for your muffler. If you are unsure of the year that your muffler was manufactured you can easily identify visually which insert you will need.

Is the cylinder head intake boot on your DR650 cracked or weathered, is it missing parts of the lip to seal around the carburetor, have you recently pulled the intake boot off only to realize the O-ring behind it is hard & brittle? This kit is your solution to solving some of those mystery problems and make your bike like new again. There can be a great deal of heat that can radiate behind the cylinder head on a DR650 as it is an air cooled engine. With that comes long term maintenance items that will need to be replaced due to them being made of materials that cannot withstand those constant heat cycles indefinitely.

The Phillips screws in Japanese motorcycles are not really Phillips screws. They are actually Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) screws that are very easy to strip with Phillips head drivers.
Drivetrain
Sprocket
Quality steel sprockets and EK SROZ2 525 O-Ring chain. Available in gear ratio choices from - 13/42 to 15/46. EK SROZ2 525 chains come in 120 link length and may have to be cut down to fit. They also come with rivet type master links. Clip type links are available below.
13 and 14 Tooth sprockets require a smaller retainer
- Use a rear sprocket with a higher number of teeth for quicker acceleration and technical offroad trails.
- Use a rear sprocket with a lower number of teeth for lower engine rpm's at highway speeds.
- Stock size is 50 teeth.
We recommend using the Rear Sprocket Bolt Kit when installing most aftermarket sprockets on your TW.
Quality steel front sprockets. Choose 525 or 520. Also available 'Wide Boss' JTF438 520 sprockets.
All 520 sprockets require a new retainer plate, please add on if purchasing this size.
Chain Roller
Reduce the friction dragging down your drivetrain. This chain roller is made from Delrin®, it's self-lubricating and a significant improvement over stock.
Does not use a bearing but rides directly on the frame boss. There is no mounting hardware included.
Chain Guide
A real Heavy-Duty Chain Guide manufactured from 5mm (3/16") thick 5052 Aluminum. This guide will take a pounding and continue to put that chain right on the sprocket. The rub block is machined from UHMW plastic and can be positioned to fit just about any sprocket available for the DR. These are powder coated black for a great look and additional protection.

Engine, Electrical
Ride in warm temperatures a lot? Worried about your motor oil just getting too hot? The Trail Tech Universal Fan Kit mounts up to the backside of the DR's oil cooler to draw cool air across it and keep those oil temps down. An electronic temperature sensor mounts to the fan, no need to cut any fluid lines, and automatically turns the fan on when needed to keep the temperature in the optimum range.
The activation sensor can be set wherever you like to keep the temperature right where you want it. Backlit for easy viewing anytime it also includes a volt meter.

Tail Light
This device will pulse your brake light automatically. There are over 1000 possible pattern combinations with individually programmable Flash Speeds, Pre-Delay, and Flash Durations, as well as a disable feature to disable the unit. This device gives the end user the widest range of possibilities for customizing your tail light safety flash. With simple programming setup using only your brake lever, their is no disassembly or removing of the seat required to change the programming on the device.

Turn Signal
This devices allows any two wire after market LED turn signal indicators to operate as running lights (always on), and will blink on / off when the turn signal switch is activated. It is highly recommended to use this product with the Fixed Rate Turn Signal Flasher. This device, as well as aftermarket turn signals, use much less current than stock turn signals, thus an increased flash rate will occur. Load resistors or a fixed rate turn signal flasher will get your flashers operating at the normal flash rate again.
Each package contains two separate adapter boxes, good for operating both turn signals, left and right of either the front OR rear of your motorcycle. You will need to purchase a 2nd kit if doing the Front AND Rear of the motorcycle.

Auxiliary Lights, Mount
JNS has come up with another great addition for the little XT250. Auxiliary light mounts that keep the lights up high for great projection, but still good and tight to the bike for protection. These heavy duty 1/8" stainless steel mounts put your lights out of harms way without interfering with controls, body work, or the fuel tank. Includes four longer upper triple clamp bolts.
