The Phillips screws in Japanese motorcycles are not really Phillips screws. They are actually Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) screws that are very easy to strip with Phillips head drivers.

The Magura Hymec Hydraulic Clutch system. Simply remove the stock perch, lever and cable and bolt this in its place. This system replaces the stock cable with a small lightweight hydraulic system for improved clutch control, easier operating pressure, a constant pressure point and smoother actuation. You will have to bypass your clutch safety switch to use this unit.

The Honda Maxi Luggage Rack and extension is made from 5mm aluminum 5083 plate. This plate is chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding, abrasion and impact resistance, bearing in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Made from heavy duty 1/8" thick stainless steel, these mounting brackets are specifically designed for mounting 2" LED auxiliary lamps to the front of your TW200. They position the lamps (not included) high & tight to the bike for optimal protection and light projection without interfering with the bike controls, body work, or fuel tank. Taillight & brake light. Attaches to the top side of enduro style (XR, KDX, etc) rear fenders. Dimensions: 2 3/8" x 4 3/4" x 1 3/4" tall. This light is a popular replacement for the gigantic stock XR650L taillight. Functions as taillight and brake light. Fits perfectly into the taillight pocket on the XR650L. Please note that this no longer has a window for a license plate light.

This optically clear headlight guard is CNC cut for a perfect fit. Vacuum molded, these parts are a design improvement over the stock pieces. Select the spring you want installed based on the load you plan to carry. *Spring color may vary due to specification requirement and availability.

For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring.

If you regularly have more than 250 pounds on the bike, you might want to use the 8.15 kg/mm spring.

Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.

A stiffer shock spring will help you get through the whoops or just help handle that extra baggage on the rear.

Bradley performance bomb header for TW200.

Quality JT sprockets are made from the finest 545C high carbon steel and are then heat treated and hand finished to meet or exceed OEM standards. Outlasts many mild steel or surface hardened sprockets as much as two and three times over.

For reference, the stock gearing for the WR250R is 13/43 while the X model runs with a 13/42 stock configuration because of the SM wheels/tires. Both use a 108 link chain with the stock gearing.

The JT rear sprockets listed are made from the finest 545C high carbon steel and are then heat treated and hand finished to meet or exceed OEM standards. Outlasts many mild steel or surface hardened sprockets as much as two and three times over.

If you want the additional low-end grunt that the 46, 48 or 50 tooth rear sprocket will give you, you will need longer chain as well.

The Moose Racing is a quality chain roller with 2 sealed ball bearings. The stock roller has no bearings. It's just a plastic wheel riding on a bolt. Ball bearing chain rollers are smoother, quieter and last longer.

Here is a tool to help you remove a few links from a chain that is too long. A great tool to have in your tool box.

The head of the pivot pin you are going to remove must be ground down level with the side plate before using this tool to push it out. Failure to do that will cause damage to the tool that is not covered by any warranty!
