Our Tool Tube mounts in place of the little stock tool carrier. The tube is made from 3 1/2" O.D. ABS pipe. It's held by 3 strong powder coated steel straps. Both ends are sealed with waterproof expanding plugs. This is the ideal way to carry those items you always want to have with you on every ride. Tube is approximately 13" long.

Both sets are lower than stock in 1st and 2nd gear and taller than stock on 3rd thru 5th gears. Not only will Nova give you better gear ratios but the high quality components will shift smoother and engage more solidly. The tables below show each gear ratio and the original OEM ratios for comparison.

To help put the ratio changes into perspective switching from the OEM 15T to a 14T sprocket lowers the gearing by 7.1% in all gears. Switching from a 15T to a 16T raises the gearing by 6.6% in all gears.

Showa removed the schrader valve on many newer rear shocks. Now you need a needle to recharge your shock with nitrogen after a rebuild. Race Tech built this unit just for that job.

You may have noticed after installing aftermarket LED turn signals that your blink rate has significantly increased. OEM flashers are designed for standard bulbs which draw a few watts each, much more than typical aftermarket bulbs or LED signals. This device is an effective alternative to using load resistors because it consumes considerably less watts, consumes less space, and does not generate excessive heat.

The plug is exactly the same as the OEM unit making swap outs a cinch. No wiring changes, cutting and adding connectors. Just plug it in and you will have a steady flash at the DOT OEM flash rate when aftermarket LED turn signals are installed. Givi makes a great set of Crash Bars available for the Africa Twin. If your intentions include off-road riding of any kind, you really should not go without protection. Not only for you, but for your bike too. Even a slow-speed tip-over can cause damage that would make riding away impossible.

For the upper set, you just need to select the matching color to the lowers you have ordered. Install them all at once, or the lowers alone for a while, then the uppers. You cannot order the uppers without the lowers though as they will no mount correctly. The upper crash bars protect important radiators and bodywork. Essential in the event of any kind of crash. These also make excellent mounts for auxiliary lights for added visibility.
