Evans Waterless Coolant (EWC) can be used for all water cooled motorcycles to eliminate overheating. With a boiling point in excess of 375° F, it will not vaporize, thus eliminating overheating, boil-over and after-boil. At the other end of the spectrum, EWC freezes below -40° F.
EWC also delivers more power by eliminating pre-ignition and detonation caused by overheating, thus improving combustion efficiency. It also generates very low vapor pressures which reduces strain on cooling system components. EWC comes in 1/2 gal. containers.
Installation requires specific procedures. Please refer to the instructions.
RT Ultra Slick Grease provides maximum lubrication and minimum friction for seals and bushings. Great for engine seals too.

Select the spring you want installed based on the load you plan to carry. *Spring color may vary due to specification requirement and availability.
For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring.
If you regularly have more than 250 pounds on the bike, you might want to use the 8.15 kg/mm spring.
Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.

Made from heavy duty 1/8" thick stainless steel, these mounting brackets are specifically designed for mounting 2" LED auxiliary lamps to the front of your TW200. They position the lamps (not included) high & tight to the bike for optimal protection and light projection without interfering with the bike controls, body work, or fuel tank. This is a standard H4 bulb that has a 80 watt low beam and a 100 watt high beam. This is an easy lighting upgrade that should not over tax a stock charging system.
Taillight & brake light. Attaches to the top side of enduro style (XR, KDX, etc) rear fenders. Dimensions: 2 3/8" x 4 3/4" x 1 3/4" tall. This light is a popular replacement for the gigantic stock XR650L taillight. Functions as taillight and brake light. Fits perfectly into the taillight pocket on the XR650L. Please note that this no longer has a window for a license plate light.
Double the size of your side stand footprint and half the chances of your XR650L tipping over when parked on soft terrain. This laser cut, TIG welded 0.190" thick slice of aluminum bolts to your machine with just the addition of a hole in the stock side stand pad. Just takes minutes to mount! All hardware provided.
2 high-quality bushings per set. They recommend changing bushings every 40 hours or at least once a year to get the best performance out of a set. If you are on an Adventure Bike and are doing a lot of road miles they recommend swapping out bushings once a year to ensure that you get the most vibration dampening of the bushings.
Every new set of pegs comes with a 90A bushing installed. This is a medium flex rating.
80A is the softest and 95A lock-out is the stiffest and has the least amount of flex.
The bushings act like the suspension on your bike. With bushings, there are a couple of things to think about. The more firm the bushing the more durable and longer it will last. They use a durometer, a hardness scale 0 being the softest and 100 being the hardest. They don't go below a80 because they found that durability isn't great below this but have tested as low as a60 bushings. A bigger person that rides enduro-style terrain might want an a96 or a98 rated bushing. A lighter person might want the opposite but in the end, it comes down to personal preference.
The bushings are high quality yet inexpensive (they achieve this because they use skateboard bushings that are already developed and produced in massive quantities around the world) and a wear item designed to be replaced each season or depending on how hard or often someone rides.

Our complete foot peg assemblies. 1-3/4" lower than stock. No extra brackets that hang down below the frame. Easier on the knees. Wider platform Yamaha YZ style footpegs are stronger and give you firmer footing. Mount solid to the frame. No more 'droopy' feeling when standing on the stock pegs. Sand blasted and then powder coated black to give it a shot peened look. This rack is an easy installation with no modifications required. There are multiple strap slots for securing gear bags and cargo. Rack is compatible with RotoPax mount. All hardware and instructions included.

Each pattern is available in three advanced synthetic rubber compounds. This means you can have the optimum combination of strength, tackiness and shock absorption to suit every riding condition and individual style. Soft grip is extremely soft, giving you a very comfortable ride, great feel and reduces the chance of blisters; however, because the grip is so soft, it wears quickly. Medium is a compromise between firm and soft. Firm grip has the same feel as a stock grip, it is very strong and has very good resistance to tearing and abrasion. The Cogent Dynamics DDC valves are the most cost-effective upgrade you can make to your motorcycle’s forks. Unique and the first of its kind, a DDC kit is available to upgrade many motorcycles that are originally equipped with simple damper rod type forks as front suspension.
We do recommend stiffer than stock front springs to bring the full potential of the DDCs out. Up to about 200 pounds (rider with gear on) we recommend the .85 kg/mm springs. If you are above 200 pounds (rider with gear on) you should probably go with the 1.0 kg/mm springs.
