JT steel rear sprockets are manufactured using only the finest grade of C49 high carbon steel.

Two styles of rear sprocket were used on the DR350. The 90-95 'S' and 'SE' (street legal) models have a cush drive hub. The 96-99 'S' and 'SE' as well as all of the 'dirt only' models have a non-cush rear hub. Select your sprocket accordingly. If you are not sure, look at your bike. If the sprocket is bolted directly to the wheel hub you have a non-cush model. If your sprocket is bolted to a separate sprocket carrier you have a cush drive model.

B&B Off Road's Honda CRF250 Rally bash plate is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate. This grade of aluminum is chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding and abrasion and impact resistance, bearing in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. All bash plates are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible. All bash plates have a polished finish and have foam or rubber where required.

Bash plate is installed after first removing the lower OEM plastic bash plate/fairing.

The Honda CRF1000L Twin Dakar Bash plate. Our all new engine protection system is designed to provide all the benefits of a lower crash bar and bash plate in one. It is constructed from 4mm & 5mm 5083 structural plate combined with 20mm heavy wall alloy tubing to form the outer profile. It is mounted in seven locations to make it the most rigid bash plate on the market. It has a narrower profile and fewer snag points than the conventional crash bars. Available in polished or black powder coat.

Fitment notes:

• Will fit with most upper fairing crash bars. Honda Genuine do not fit with bash plate on the standard models.
• At this stage, we do not know what aftermarket headers the bash plate will fit with.
• It has oil drain access points but for a full oil change with the filter, the plate must be removed (10min).

Our Tool Tube mounts in place of the little stock tool carrier. The tube is made from 3 1/2" O.D. ABS pipe. It's held by 3 strong powder coated steel straps. Both ends are sealed with waterproof expanding plugs. This is the ideal way to carry those items you always want to have with you on every ride. Tube is approximately 13" long.

You can now order your Tool Tube with a Locking End cap, mini padlock and keys included, on the exposed end.

Having the proper fork oil level is imperative to the handling of your bike. Setting the correct fork oil level is a snap with this fully adjustable gauge. The adjustable aluminum level plate can be set from 0 to 295mm. The oil reservoir has single milliliter markings up to 60ml.

Sun rims are our favorite. They are very strong and come very round and true right out of the box. Sun rims make building a wheel enjoyable. Standard rims are silver but Sun rims are also available in black or gold. Sun rims are made in the USA.

Genuine SKF wheel bearings.  Single row deep groove ball bearings with seals on both sides are particularly versatile, have low friction and are optimized for low noise and low vibration, which enables high rotational speeds. They accommodate radial and axial loads in both directions, are easy to mount, and require less maintenance than other bearing types. The TKC80 has a self-cleaning tread pattern along with high levels of side stability on soft surfaces with very good road handling manners. It is also original equipment on the BMW 1200 GS Adventure and KTM 690 Enduro R. Some of the tires are designated as tubeless type. Please note that Tubes can be run in Tubeless tires, but a Tube Type Tire cannot be run Tubeless.
