Replace your lower chain roller with this high quality roller with 2 sealed ball bearings. The stock roller has no bearings. It's just a plastic wheel riding on a bolt. Ball bearing chain rollers are smoother, quieter and last longer.

Retainer
The stock sprocket retainer will rub the chain when it is used with 13 and 14 tooth sprockets.
We have our own sprocket retainer laser cut from 13 gauge stainless steel. This retainer works with all 3-hole 13T, 14T, 15T and 16T DR650 countershaft sprockets.
Chain Guide
A CNC machined chain guide for the DR. Stronger than the wimpy stock unit and can easily accommodate the stock 525 chain as well as a 46 tooth rear sprocket (by moving the lower rub block to the forward position). The rub blocks are also a higher grade, longer lasting material.

Chain Roller
Savvy DR650 owners will remove the upper chain roller. You can use this stainless steel button head screw to plug the threaded hole. Suzuki did not make the upper roller mount strong enough. If you don't remove it yourself the chain will likely do it for you - along with a chunk of metal out of the frame.
Sprocket
A set of six high quality grade 10 sprocket bolts with lock nuts. Thread-lock compound has already been applied for extra security.
These bolts are flat head style, requiring a countersunk hole in the sprocket.

Eliminates the stock speedometer drive for those who have replaced their stock unit with a Vapor or something similar. Light weight billet alloy spacer and a seal to protect your wheel bearings.

Bearings
Genuine SKF wheel bearings. Single row deep groove ball bearings with seals on both sides are particularly versatile, have low friction and are optimized for low noise and low vibration, which enables high rotational speeds. They accommodate radial and axial loads in both directions, are easy to mount, and require less maintenance than other bearing types. The integral sealing can significantly prolong bearing service life because it keeps lubricant in the bearings and contaminants out.

The rear kit includes the bearing and seal for the cush drive hub (sprocket carrier). All bearings are sealed on both sides.

Headpipe
This kit will replace both of your stock corroded or rusty headpipe bolts. These are OEM replacements.
Gasket
If you are adapting a GSXR or Hayabusa muffler to your DR650 you will need a fresh gasket that seals between the muffler and the mid-pipe adapter. There are two sizes depending on which OEM muffler you are using. The 4-bolt mufflers use the 2-1/2" OD seal ring. The 3-bolt mufflers use the 2-3/4" OD seal ring.
Spark Arrestor
The ProCycle SS1 muffler was designed so this existing spark arrester will fit right in. This is also the same unit that is often adapted to the GSXR 40F0 muffler. It fits FMF exhaust as well.

Replacement socket head (Allen) screws in case you strip out the stock JIS heads on your TM40 bowl. The originals can be stripped out when doing any tuning or carburetor maintenance. Sold in a pack of four, all for the bowl.
Replacement socket head (Allen) screws for the OEM BST40 Carburetor. The factory screws that hold the top cap and float bowl on the stock carburetor are very easily damaged. The originals are usually installed unbelievably tight from the factory. It is common to ruin the stock screws when installing a jet kit or doing any other carburetor maintenance. Sold in a pack of four. Two for the cap and two for the float bowl.
If you are converting a Keihin FCR-MX 39 to fit on your DR, you need to start here. This 6061 T6 aluminum adapter bonds to the airbox side of the carb so it will easily fit the DR.

To make removal as easy as possible, the center tab takes a 12mm wrench perfectly, or a 1/4" ratchet drive in the center.
On each end of the center tab is a drilled hole should you find it necessary to safety wire your filler cap in place.
The Neutral Sending Unit "NSU" on the DR650 can be a problem. The factory screws tend to loosen over time. You really would not want them to get loose in your motor! The permanent solution is to safety wire them. We looked high and low and finally found pre-drilled screws in the correct length and thread pitch. Here we offer a complete kit to take care of those pesky screws.
If you don't do this, you don't have a screw loose, you have TWO screws loose!

Tunable to Fit Your Riding Style:
Each auto clutch is optimized for each bike model as it comes from the factory, and EXP 4.0 has been developed and tested in a wide range of late-model motorcycles. However, everybody rides differently, so they made sure EXP technology can be fine tuned. They offer different spring and wedge options so riders can further adjust their clutch’s performance. Some riders like the clutch to engage just above idle, while others like later engagement.
Clutch Lever Is Still Functional At All Times:
It is possible to fully override the auto functionality at any time. You can pull the lever in, build RPMs, pop the clutch out and raise the front tire just like normal.

This kit includes one OEM drive plate retaining wire & one OEM inner steel drive plate.
If you've ever changed the clutch on a DR650 you will be familiar with the extra steel plate at the bottom of the stack that is locked in place by a very thin metal wire.
Generally, when you do a clutch replacement on the DR650, you do not need to remove or replace these items. If you do need to (or if you have already) you will come to realize this wire is not very strong and is prone to breaking if not treated with care during the removal / installation process.
Complete set of friction plates, HD springs and steel separator plates prevent premature driven plate wear, oil muddying and loss of stack height. Built with swaged aluminum carriers that spread the load on the clutch basket and prevent clutch basket "dogging". Anti-swell, alloy impregnated heavy-duty facings for smooth clutch action. Allows modulation, unlike paper clutches which tend to snatch. Don't forget to add a fresh gasket.
Dragging clutch? Hard to find neutral? Maybe it feels like it doesn't fully release. These problems can be caused by worn thrust washers in the clutch assembly. Most DR650s show wear on these items. Kit includes #1, #2 and #3 in the diagram.
Gasket
A Suzuki OEM gasket for the Cam Chain Tensioner. You are going to need it if you work on your starter motor. It is not a good idea to re-use this gasket. If it blows out, it will dump a large amount of oil onto your right foot.
Piston
Raises compression from stock 9.5:1 to 10.5:1 for more power and snappier response. The high quality forged piston from JE is almost a full ounce lighter than the stock cast piston. This makes for less vibration and a smoother running motor. Fits the standard size stock bore.
Spark Plug
Direct replacement for old or broken stock spark plug caps.
Spark plug caps contain a resistor that can burn out with age. Fresh caps ensure your motor gets a strong spark.

Fork Cartridge Dampers
These Cogent Dynamic Drop-in Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. These units have been given the seal of approval by the ProCycle staff for both performance and ease of installation. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil over to 5w and install the DDCs under the springs and hit the trails.
Shock
This 'Bling Ring' replaces the two stock preload/lock rings. The ring is CNC machined aluminum with the additional thickness to provide superior support on the shock body.
The added needle bearing thrust washer will make preload adjustments much easier. The ring then spins much easier against the spring making adjustments quite a bit easier.
To install the Bling Ring on a Cogent or Race Tech Shock Shaft Assemblies, it must either be disassembled or have the lower clevis removed.

It's twice as thick as a metal skid plate but is only half the weight. Plastic glides over rocks and roots better than aluminum. It also reflects less engine noise. Full coverage, mounts to existing threaded holes at the rear of the frame.
Engine Guard
In the event of a crash or even just a dropped bike, these heavy-duty crash bars will prevent major damage.
The powder coated 1" steel tubing is bolted to the sub frame of the bike with two attachment points on each side, preventing them from rotating in the event of a low side.
The guards also feature aircraft grade aluminum plates that can be inexpensively replaced without needing to purchase a new set. Think of them as protection for your protection.
They use highest grade commercially available 12.9 (177,000 psi in tensile strength) wherever possible. Rest assured that you are getting the best material commercially available.
Most skid plates will require notching or modification to avoid interference.

Frame Guard
CNC machined from 2mm thick 5052 marine grade aluminum to protect your frame from scuffs and scratches and to keep those wandering pivot covers in place. Electrical, $25 and Under
Many DR650 riders have a tough time seeing their indicator lights. How about if you moved all those lights down in front of the speedometer where you could actually see them? This bracket does just that.
The bracket relocates the rubber mounted turn signal indicator light assembly to a rigid bracket centered on the handle bar mounts. Easy to install. No wiring modifications required.
The DR650 has two unused 'switched' power plugs. One behind the headlight and another under the seat. This plug & pigtail assembly allows you to easily access a 12v power supply that is only on when your key switch is on.
Use it to power a GPS, charge a cell phone, run heated grips or even power a relay. Plug has leads approximately 1 foot long and a 7.5 amp miniature blade fuse.

Molded using a very durable, lightweight 1/8" thick polycarbonate - giving the windshield a high impact strength and making it shatter-resistant with a superior light transmission quality. Mounts quickly and easily onto the stock headlight cowling for a clean factory look. Drilling of the cowling is required, hardware is included. Removal for trail riding is also quick and easy.
The Rally windscreen from Parabellum is the perfect protection from wind and debris without sacrificing technical off-road capabilities. This is an upright rally type windscreen that looks aggressive and performs well under all types of riding. Designed primarily for the off-road / dualsport enthusiast, this shield keeps pressure off the rider's chest while commuting from home to adventure and back.
Mounting is accomplished by drilling two holes on each side of your headlight cowl using the provided template. The shield is 14 inches tall, 11.5 inches wide at the bottom narrowing to 8.5 inches at the top. Made from military aircraft grade cast acrylic.
This unit will not fit properly on '90 to '01 DR650 headlight cowls.

Seats
Complete Seat
Corbin seats are carefully designed to provide a comfortable riding position. They are firm and supportive which allows you to ride all day without fatigue unlike the stock seat. Comfort Cell Foam retains resilience and doesn't crush down like the stock seat foam. On top, Corbin covers are only the highest grade of weather resistant materials for durability and long life. Corbin seats install the same as sock seats using the two bolts into the chassis, which provides a closer fit to the bodywork and tank.

Foam & Cover Kit
This is a high-quality seat cover offered by Moose for the DR650. This is a replacement cover only, no seat foam and you must install on your existing pan with existing foam. Strong marine-grade vinyl that's made to last. UV protected from sunlight for extended use and has double stitching for extra strength.
Check out the seat warmer we carry. Put this in before tacking your cover in place and keep yourself warm during even the coldest rides. Nothing like toasted buns to make a ride comfortable!
Controls
Grips
Ease the pressure on your wrist during those long highway drones out to where the fun begins. ProCycle has developed this kit that includes a Vista-Cruise throttle lock, a specially modified alloy throttle tube and an anchor plate that attaches to your throttle housing. Just flip the thumb lever down to apply enough friction to hold the throttle in place. Use the supplied longer screw to attach the anchor plate to your lower throttle housing bolt hole. Also included is a tension adjustment tool that you can keep on your key ring. Keep the applied tension lightly adjusted so it's easy to roll the throttle off.
Fits bikes with dual cable throttle housings.
Suzuki makes it almost impossible to replace your stock grips. It's much easier with a new throttle tube.

The Warp 9 "3-Finger" Lever Exclusive to ProCycle. You asked for 3-finger levers, and we had Warp 9 make them for us. Brake lever includes a nice billet clamp with nylon sleeve to allow the assembly to rotate on impact. Will not fit with the stock OEM wind deflectors.

Made of military aircraft grade 3/16" cast acrylic, this guard will protect your lens from roost, rocks and branches. Optical clarity of the acrylic ensures brightness and projection of your headlight are minimally effected while all the while protecting your headlight from impact and abrasion.
Guards are held to the headlight lens with an industrial strength hook and loop system on each corner.
Gas Tanks
We've been asking for a bigger tank for years and it's finally happened. This is the big brother to the very popular 5.3 gallon Acerbis tank with some modifications to add another gallon and a half of capacity. It's the same width between the knees but extends wider and further forward in front of the knee pockets. This high capacity fuel tank incorporates modern lines and high quality construction that can't be beat. Includes gas cap, petcock and all mounting hardware.
Installation of the Acerbis tank requires relocation of the front turn signals, otherwise the stock signals will contact the tank at full lock. Our Turn Signal Relocation Brackets move the front turn signals up and forward to clear the bigger tank.
Petcock
Really like your stock vacuum petcock and never having to worry about turning it off? Did the seals go bad and it leaks? Plugged up? Well, whatever your troubles, here is your replacement. Vacuum operated so you never have to turn it off! Just like the stock unit. Includes mounting bolts with washers, fuel line, clamps and a protecting coil wrap.
Aftermarket plastic tanks might need the hole cut into an oval shape to fit the two standpipes.
For those people who have been wishing for a dual petcock setup for their Acerbis 5.3 and 6.6 gallon fuel tanks. Install this kit to get the last bit of fuel from the right hand side of the tank without tipping the bike on its side. Includes the right hand fuel valve, o-ring, screws, tee fitting, fuel hose and spring action hose clamps. You will have to drill the hole in your tank for the petcock standpipe. For Acerbis tanks only.

Chain Guard, Chain
B&B fired up the CNC equipment for another beauty, a Front Sprocket Case Saver. A great investment the 6mm aluminum base will protect your engine cases should your chain ever break or derail. On top of that is a 4mm piece to keep your pants and other things out of the chain as well. This replaces the stock cover over the countershaft sprocket.
If you have a 16t front sprocket, mounting modification may be needed to fit.
This nice piece replaces your plastic sprocket cover and protects your engine case from a chain derailment or failure. The 3/16" (5mm) thick steel plate is adjustable to accommodate 14, 15 and 16 tooth sprockets. Includes mounting hardware.

This kit is for those of you looking for a bit more leg and arm room in the DR cockpit. Included are ProCycle Low Foot Pegs and our oversize bars.
- ProCycle Low Pegs will drop your pegs by 1-3/4" and include wider MX style pegs that are much more comfortable when standing.
- These are not only taller bars, but 1-1/8" at the clamp area for additional strength. They taper down to 7/8" on the ends so all the stock controls fit. Black in color.
- 1 1/8" Warp 9 clamps that raise the handlebar 1".
- A new billet aluminum throttle tube is included.

The set includes a 24mm for the rear and a 19mm for the front. Each 10 inch forged steel tire iron has a hex wrench on one end. The rounded spoon end minimizes pinched tubes and scarred rims.

This is not a common problem but for those folks who have had the seal come out it has proven to be quite difficult to get it to stay in place. This steel retainer eliminates any possibility of the seal coming out and ruining your day by coating your rear tire with oil.
