Drivetrain
JT steel rear sprockets are manufactured using only the finest grade of C49 high carbon steel.
Two styles of rear sprocket were used on the DR350. The 90-95 'S' and 'SE' (street legal) models have a cush drive hub. The 96-99 'S' and 'SE' as well as all of the 'dirt only' models have a non-cush rear hub. Select your sprocket accordingly. If you are not sure, look at your bike. If the sprocket is bolted directly to the wheel hub you have a non-cush model. If your sprocket is bolted to a separate sprocket carrier you have a cush drive model.
The cush hub (sprocket carrier) bearing leads a tough life. This is especially true if your cush rubbers get old and soft. They can allow the chain to pull the cush hub sideways putting a twisting load on the bearing. If there's any question about the condition of your bearing replace it now with this double sealed bearing and quality seal.
A real Heavy-Duty Chain Guide manufactured from 5mm (3/16") thick 5052 Aluminum. This guide will take a pounding and continue to put that chain right on the sprocket. The rub block is machined from UHMW plastic and can be positioned to fit just about any sprocket available for the DR. These are powder coated black for a great look and additional protection.

Here is a tool to help you remove a few links from a chain that is too long. A great tool to have in your tool box.
The head of the pivot pin you are going to remove must be ground down level with the side plate before using this tool to push it out. Failure to do that will cause damage to the tool that is not covered by any warranty!

Exhaust
This exhaust system is ideal for a racer on a budget that is not willing to compromise on performance! The T-4 comes complete with our stainless head pipe that works in conjunction with the silencer to produce more power from bottom to top. The use of stainless steel for the header pipe offers increased strength and should give years of trouble-free use. The silencer canister is easy to repack by removing the inlet cap screws and re-wrapping the silencer core. The T-4 meets all AMA sound restrictions.

This Quiet Insert comes stock in all new FMF Q4 mufflers. If you lost yours, this is the replacement you need.
It will fit Q4, Q4 Hex, Powercore and Powercore Hex mufflers.
It will reduce the sound rating of the Power Core models, from about 99db down to about 96db.
Please choose the correct Insert for your muffler. If you are unsure of the year that your muffler was manufactured you can easily identify visually which insert you will need.

CNC laser cut from 1/8" aluminum with a large 12.5" (length) x 10" (width) mounting surface area. Quick installation with a 4 point mounting system and no modifications required. There are integrated turn signal mounts, along with multiple strap slots for securing gear bags and cargo. All hardware and instructions are included.

The universal E-series adapter plate is designed to add a Givi Monokey topcase to most existing flat rear luggage racks. All necessary mounting hardware and installation diagram for attachment to generic tubular-steel flat rear luggage racks is included. This is a universal plate so making it work on your tail rack might need a little self engineering.
Typically installs quickly using simple hand tools. Rigg Gear has created a couple of great roll top bags. These bags are 100% waterproof, made from 24 oz. Tarpaulin PVC and then electronically heat welds the seams. A roll closure with self-fastening webbing and quick release buckles keeps the top closed and sealed. The Tarpaulin is UV coated so clean-up is quick and easy. Each of these bags has a lifetime warranty!
Once topped off, you can fasten it to your bags, racks or whatever by four custom aluminum G-Hooks and webbing straps that are included with each bag. Each bag has a Tri-max 1680D ballistic nylon panel sewn on a side to be used on the bottom for wear resistance. This also serves as a comfort panel when the bag is used as a backpack.
