The CRF1000L is a 998 cc (60.9 cu in) 270° crank, parallel-twin dual-sport that revived the Africa Twin name for the 2016 model year. It became available in the UK in late 2015 and early 2016 in the US. It was developed as a modern interpretation of its predecessors, the XRV 750 and XRV 650, based on the NXR-750 which won the Paris-Dakar rally four times in the late 1980s.

TUbliss is, essentially, a high pressure rim lock and seal that secures the entire tire bead to the rim, completely eliminating the use of a conventional tube. Our Heavy-Duty tubes are made specifically for off-road riding. These are the sturdiest, highest quality tubes on the market. They are 3mm thick with natural rubber construction to better resist pinch flats and are easier to patch than butyl rubber tubes. These have a straight metal valve stem. New tubes deserve new rim strips. Don't forget to add them in to your order.

We offer two different types of SuperMoto tubes. The first are Standard Tubes and are meant to be used with standard bias-ply type tires, but can be used with radial tires also.
But, if you are running radial tires, like SuperMoto, or have a retro bikes with spoked wheels and radial tires, you probably want to run the 'Radial Tubes'. Front tubes fits 120/70 and 120/60 tires. Rear tubes fits 150/60, 150/70 and 160/60 tires. These have a metal valve stem.
These Rider's Wrenches by Fredette are combination wrenches that have three wrenches in one! A 2-stroke size spark plug wrench - a front axle and a rear axle wrench. Yep, all three in one unit.

MotoPressor Tire Gauge comes with two chucks. A straight chuck for "easy to get at" valve stems PLUS a 45° chuck for those "not so easy to get at" valve stems.
We all know what a pain fuel Station gauges are. Most are woefully inaccurate and impossible to get onto a motorcycle valve stem. Seats
Corbin has replaced the stock two-piece seat with a single seat model to provide more structural support. Corbin has created two models, one to maintain the stock seat height, and one to provide an easier ground reach like the stock seat in a lower position. By designing each seat specifically, they were able to keep excellent ergonomics. Corbin's saddles are designed to work with the optional Honda saddlebags. Mounts to the motorcycle similar to stock and secures with the Honda key lock system. All brackets are included and pre-mounted on the seat so it's ready for immediate installation.
Passenger seating area is designed with a neutralized platform to resist sliding forward in the saddle. Dished shaping provides an excellent contact patch and maintaining a clean look. For the best combination of looks and support, add the Ovalbac backrest as shown. This backrest provides a generous, contact patch for excellent support. Angle adjustment is simple and can be performed without removing the saddle or backrest from the bike. Please note, the Corbin backrests may not work in the saddle if you are using the Honda trunk.
Want to add a bit of convenient storage without installing a trunk? Corbin's glovebox is an excellent solution for all your quick-access stuff. Simply replace the finishing plate on the Ovalbac backrest and you've just added four liters of locking storage capacity. It's plenty for a couple bottles of water, cell phone, spare gloves, maps and other incidentals. Constructed of durable ABS plastic and available plain or prepainted black.
The design shown includes Black Grabber seating with Asphalt vinyl contrasting sides and nose with a tasteful color coordinated welt. Armor - Bike Protection
Do you have the SW Motech Centerstand and Skid Plate mounted to your Africa Twin? If so, it is a great idea to mount up the Skid Plate Extension. This plate adds protection to the undercarriage where the engine guard ends, giving you a more complete protection system. 3mm thick aluminum plate mounts to tabs that are built into the Centerstand. The Centerstand and the CS Extension function seamlessly together. These two pieces assure that you are completely protected down under. Kit includes Centerstand, hardware and detailed instructions.
Please Note that this Skid Plate Extension is only compatible with the SW Motech Skid Plate and the SW Motech Centerstand.
The Big Tour Bashplate from B&B Off Road Engineering is built from 5mm 5083 aluminum plate providing protection from rocks and sticks and other debris. This plate will work with the OEM centerstand and most crashbars.
If you are headed out for miles of back roads and trails, please consider the more protective Safari model. All B&B bash plates are quality built and supplied with all necessary hardware and detailed instructions. Foam or rubber is included wherever it is required.
The Honda CRF1000L Twin Dakar Bash plate. Our all new engine protection system is designed to provide all the benefits of a lower crash bar and bash plate in one. It is constructed from 4mm & 5mm 5083 structural plate combined with 20mm heavy wall alloy tubing to form the outer profile. It is mounted in seven locations to make it the most rigid bash plate on the market. It has a narrower profile and fewer snag points than the conventional crash bars. Available in polished or black powder coat.
Fitment notes:
- Will fit with most upper fairing crash bars. Honda Genuine do not fit with bash plate on the standard models.
- At this stage, we do not know what aftermarket headers the bash plate will fit with.
- It has oil drain access points but for a full oil change with the filter, the plate must be removed (10min).
- Requires exhaust system removal for first-time installation only.
- Fits with the centerstand. Fits with SW Motech, Outback Motortek, Hepco and Becker and Altrider Crash bars UPPERS ONLY
- A small modification is required to mount bash plate to adventure sports model. The small bracket attached to the bottom of the crash bars that connect to the genuine skid plate must be removed for clearance. See the additional information link below.
The Safari Bash Plate is a bit bigger and more protective than the Big Tour model. Made from the same 5mm 5083 plate, this plate extends further up the front and around the sides of the motor. There is a specific DCT model that wraps up even further to help protect the important parts on the right side. (See last image.)
Fits with the OEM centerstand, but will NOT work with lower engine crash bars. Will work with Upper Crash Bars from SW-MOTECH, Hepco and Becker and OEM Honda units. Remember, all B&B bash plates are quality built and supplied with all necessary hardware and detailed instructions. Foam or rubber is included wherever it is required.
The Givi skid plate, manufactured from 5mm aluminum, is lightweight and offers excellent protection for vulnerable engine components, whether you have a standard or DCT transmission. All necessary hardware and instructions are included. Compatible with stock sidestand and centerstand.
Provide absolute protection for your AT by including Givi Crash Bars, available in either Black powdercoating or Stainless Steel.
This skid plate is extremely strong, manufactured from a 5 mm aluminum bottom with 4 mm thick side walls, offering complete protection of the engine block. This unit is built with precision-manufactured mounts that fit directly into the existing frame mount, creating a robust connection that distributes the forces not only to the mounting points but also to the bikes steel frame in case of ground contact. 8 mm strong rubber sliders also help to absorb and distribute impact forces. This unit completely replaces the wimpy stock plate constructed from just 2.5 mm material.
In addition to providing better protection and a sliding surface for impacts, this guard also offers better header and exhaust protection. Cutouts for both oil drain screws mean you don't have to remove it for changes. This plate is also compatible with Honda side stand as well as the SW-Motech Centerstand.

Givi makes a great set of Crash Bars available for the Africa Twin. If your intentions include off-road riding of any kind, you really should not go without protection. Not only for you, but for your bike too. Even a slow-speed tip-over can cause damage that would make riding away impossible.
Your first choice is whether you would prefer black powder coated steel or Stainless Steel. Both are built from 25 mm diameter material welded to steel mounting plates. Select the lower set based on your color of choice and whether or not you have a standard transmission or a DCT transmission. You must select the correct model in order to ensure correct fitment. These provide protection for the engine and surrounding components. These units do NOT require the upper guards and work great on their own.
Included with each piece you receive a complete set of instructions and all mounting hardware required, in typical Givi fashion.

For the upper set, you just need to select the matching color to the lowers you have ordered. Install them all at once, or the lowers alone for a while, then the uppers. You cannot order the uppers without the lowers though as they will no mount correctly. The upper crash bars protect important radiators and bodywork. Essential in the event of any kind of crash. These also make excellent mounts for auxiliary lights for added visibility.
Included with each piece you receive a complete set of instructions and all mounting hardware required, in typical Givi fashion.
NOTE: The upper units REQUIRE the lower crash guards for proper mounting and are not a stand alone item!
