This new unit from JNS will protect your cases from the damage caused by a thrown chain, and will also keep your pants, boots or foot safe from your countershaft sprocket.

The case saver portion is laser cut from 0.25" aluminum and then has the 0.19" aluminum countershaft sprocket cover welded to it and the entire unit is powder coated black.

All the mounting hardware is stainless steel with machined aluminum spacers also included.

If you have a 16t front sprocket, mounting modification may be needed to fit. Install the case saver on the bike without the top spacer and bolt. This provides a little extra wiggle room. Add the top spacer and bolt after the bottom bolts are loosely threaded.

The long over-due rally shield for the 2008-on KLR650 is finally here!

Parabellum uses 4 steel brackets mounted to factory locations as well as our stand-off windshield design to ensure the customer doesn’t have to drill extra holes in the cowling but still achieves that iconic upright look of the real Dakar Rally bikes.

The Rally shield protects the rider’s torso/chest from air, cold, roost, branches and bushes while leaving the rider’s head/helmet in clean air. We recommend the Rally shield for riders seeking some protection, but prefer to be off-road.

The Rally shield is made from 1/8 inch cast acrylic and is 11.5 inches wide at the bottom and 17 inches tall.

Mondo Straps are named after the classic motorcycle movie, "Mondo Enduro". When they set out on their world trip they had hard luggage on their bikes. By the end of the movie the riders that were still pushing forward were all using simple straps and some homemade dry bags. The simple fact is soft luggage is more durable off road than hard luggage.

The Mondo Straps Kit has been designed to work with or without their Uprising Soft Rack. These straps allow you to use any bag you want for luggage. When installed properly you will be able to thrash about offroad and your luggage will stay put!

To use the Mondo Straps make a girth hitch around any mount point on your bike. Next, thread the flat runner back through the heavy duty metal cam buckle and pull it tight. The Mondo straps are easy on and easy off. The integrated tensioner system will keep your luggage in place no matter what terrain your adventure takes you on!

These springs are custom wound specifically for the XT225. Stiffer than the .36 kg/mm stock springs, these will make your front perform significantly better. Combine them with the Cogent DDC's and you will be very happy with the results. Sold as pairs.

IMS Products 'Adventure Tank' for the Yamaha WR250R/X. They call this an Adventure tank because it maximizes your capacity preparing you for those extended trips without the need to stop and fill up. This tank has a 2.75 gallon advantage over the stock fuel tank and it handles it well.

IMS made this tank to replace the stock radiator shrouds and keep the fuel down low for a lower center of gravity, improving the handling and stability of the bike. They also have installed a lift pump to allow the stock fuel pump to stay in the standard position while efficiently utilizing the entire capacity of the tank. Their complete drop-in quick-release system is custom-made for the SV650 and includes everything needed to mount and position the shield. Your bike will not require any modification. Here are the system components:

The quick-release base brackets mount to your forks. The adjustable shield brackets lock onto the base and with the shield system attached you can adjust it for the optimum height, angle and airflow to dial in the comfort for your particular height and riding position. If you want to go back to stock naked bike configuration simply release the locking plungers and slide the system off. Keep in mind that the crossbar, and anything you may have mounted to it, will also come off with the system.

Don't want to buy a new shock? This rebuild makes the stock shock about 10 times better. We send shocks to Cogent Dynamics. They clean them up, hard anodize the bodies for better wear, and install new Shock Shaft Assemblies with rebound damping adjustment.

Any aftermarket spring for your stock shock will fit on this shock. If you are using the original spring, you will want to order a stiffer spring to go with your new shock. Our 7.5 kg/mm rear spring is 16% stiffer than the stock one and is perfect for the majority of riders. If you are a larger rider, or carry a lot of gear or a passenger (total weight exceeding 250 pounds) you will probably want the 8.3 kg/mm rear spring which is 28% stiffer than stock.

Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.

Replacement side panels from ProCycle (formerly DSA). These pieces are fully compatible in any combination with the original factory plastic. These side panels have a crisper, more angular look than stock. Vacuum molded, they are a design improvement over the stock panels.

A handy shelf laser cut from 16 gauge steel to mount your radar detector, switches or other small accessories for easy viewing access. Does not interfere with the riders view of the instrument panel and in fact does double duty as a shield to keep damaging UV rays off the plastic instrument panel.

Wide Adventure rack for the WR. Precision laser cut from .25" 5052 aluminum then powder coated black with a shot peened look. Included in this kit are fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and one bottle of 5w fork oil. Refresh those tired old forks and make them better than new. These DDCs from Cogent are easy to install. No taking the forks apart, no drilling of the damping rods, nothing. Just take them off, flip them over to drain the oil, add new 5w oil, drop in the DDCs and then add the springs.
This upgrade offers better control off-road as well as on. Less brake dive keeps the fork up in the middle of the stroke on-road and better control off-road whether it be rolling water bars or bouncing off the rocks.

Stock Spring Rate is .50 kg/mm. The .60 kg/mm springs are 20% stiffer than stock while the .70 kg/mm is 40% stiffer than stock.

DDC Tool will not work with this spring series

You can add the double D ring loop to any 1" flat webbing system. This simple piece adds a lot of flexibility to any luggage system you are using. This tank requires you to re-use your stock petcock valve. Does Not Use OEM/Stock Shrouds

The Hardcore Soft Rack has been specifically designed for smaller bikes that have very little support in the back for luggage.

The loops on the base and the side straps provide attachment points for our strap kits to secure bags across the back and down the sides of your motorcycle.

We have incorporated two carbon fiber support bars to increase rear carrying capacity.

NOTE: Aluminum support bars have been upgraded to carbon fiber, there is no longer tire iron functionality.

Low peg mounts from JNS Engineering. You can use your stock pegs or aftermarket pegs with these T7 mounts.

These offer a 24mm drop & 24mm rearward offset.

Note: Not compatible with the factory center stand.

• Add teeth for highway riding
• Subtract teeth for low end gearing

Counter shaft sprocket replacement requires the removal of the left side case cover. A new gasket may be required. This is also a great time to replace that leaking oil seal!

Seat Concepts seats are constructed using a foam material that is a much higher quality than OEM seat foam. Their proprietary formula provides a more plush and active ride, while still offering the necessary amount of support. Their unique comfort shape maintains a similar contour to stock at the front of the seat so the rider’s legs are not spread farther apart, but tapers out towards the mid-point to distribute rider weight over a greater area.

These features combine to offer a custom seat feel, and provide greater enjoyment and increased range on a long commute, or Dual-Sport ride!

Made of military aircraft grade 3/16" cast acrylic, this guard will protect your lens from roost, rocks and branches. Optical clarity of the acrylic ensures brightness and projection of your headlight are minimally effected while all the while protecting your headlight from impact and abrasion.

Guards are held to the headlight lens with an industrial strength hook and loop system on each corner.
