The RAM-B-238U consists of a B size 1" diameter rubber ball on a 2.43" x 1.31" diamond plate. The plate has two holes 1.912" from center to center, matches the industry standard AMPS hole pattern and will connect to a large variety of RAM mounts and third party cradles.

A complete kit to mount your phone (or other electronic device) to your motorcycle. The universal cradle expands from 2.25" to 3.25" wide and 4.75" to 6.25" tall. The width is adjustable but fixed while the upper portion of the cradle is spring loaded to keep your device secured in the roughest conditions.
Select the mount option that works best for you. The mirror mount is shown in the photo at left and is a flat plate with an 11mm hole on one side and a RAM ball on the other. Simply remove your mirror, place the plate between your mirror and the perch and tighten it down.

A dual-rate fork spring for the early KLR650. These springs start with a .40 kg/mm winding and after approximately 20% of the stroke, stiffen up to .60 kg/mm for the remainder of the travel. A very nice improvement over the stock springs which are .40 kg/mm for the entire travel.

These springs are custom wound specifically for the XT225. Stiffer than the .36 kg/mm stock springs, these will make your front perform significantly better. Combine them with the Cogent DDC's and you will be very happy with the results. Sold as pairs.
Included in this kit are fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and one bottle of 5w fork oil. Refresh those tired old forks and make them better than new. These DDCs from Cogent are easy to install. No taking the forks apart, no drilling of the damping rods, nothing. Just take them off, flip them over to drain the oil, add new 5w oil, drop in the DDCs and then add the springs. This upgrade offers better control off-road as well as on. Less brake dive keeps the fork up in the middle of the stroke on-road and better control off-road whether it be rolling water bars or bouncing off the rocks.

We offer two different types of SuperMoto tubes. The first are Standard Tubes and are meant to be used with standard bias-ply type tires, but can be used with radial tires also.
But, if you are running radial tires, like SuperMoto, or have a retro bikes with spoked wheels and radial tires, you probably want to run the 'Radial Tubes'. Front tubes fits 120/70 and 120/60 tires. Rear tubes fits 150/60, 150/70 and 160/60 tires. These have a metal valve stem.

What would you do if your oil cooler was damaged way out in the bush? We have a simple solution. This kit allows you to bypass the oil cooler and both oil lines and insure that the top end continues to get the oil it needs to stay healthy. Simply remove the stock oil lines from the motor and attach one end of the bypass at the head and the other end at the engine side case. Be sure to leave the original o-rings in place.

The SignalMinder unit is designed as a plug-in accessory for many Japanese bikes. SignalMinder uses a microprocessor to cancel the turn signals at one of three selectable time outs; 10, 20 or 30 seconds.

During off-road riding the Rally windshield protects the rider from any amount of mud, dust, roots, rocks, or branches without becoming invasive. The Rally shield for the TW200 is 13 inches tall, 12.5 inches wide at the bottom, 9 inches wide at the top, and made from military grade 1/8 inch cast acrylic in either clear or tint.

3/16" (4.5 mm) thick cast acrylic windshield.
The MadStad brackets bolt to the top of your fork clamps and are completely free of the handlebars. You can adjust the shield for the optimum height, angle and airflow for comfortable street and highway riding. When going off-road you can leave your comfort adjustment as-is and pivot the entire system down and forward in front of the headlight so you can get it out of your face completely. When it comes time to hit the pavement again, simply pivot it back up and you are back in street riding comfort mode.
The new DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 84db @ 3200 RPM).
A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks.
Included is a Stainless Steel mid-pipe, USFS Approved Spark Arrestor and a new Aluminum end cap. The installed weight is approximately 7.7 lbs.

The Trail Tech Vapor Speedometer/Tachometer units are custom designed for an exact fit.
