These versatile Risers allow you to clamp a 7/8" diameter handlebar or you can remove the 7/8" reducers and then clamp an 1- 1/8" aluminum "fatbar". If you are thinking of going to a fatbar after you bend your stock set or just want the versatility and option to run any bar, this is the riser to go with. Reducers lock into risers to insure no slippage between components.
These risers use 8mm bolts. Always check and confirm that your bike has adequate cable and brake line length before installing any handlebar risers.
Anti-Vibration Risers may interfere with aftermarket large capacity fuel tanks, and some steering stem clamp configurations (in these cases we recommend using standard pivoting risers).

This unique design from Rox allows you to move your bars either closer (1" up and back) or further away (1" forward and 1-1/4" up) depending on rider preference. These risers have an oblong mounting hole so that they will fit virtually any triple clamp with 8mm bolts. A set of reducers lock into the risers ensuring no slippage whether you have a 7/8" or 1-1/8" bars.
Because these are offset there may be limited clearance between the gas tank and the risers when the bars are fully turned on some models, mainly when mounted to move the bars closer.

If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing. Topping off the cap is a CNC Machined metal vent cap. This eliminates the need for a lengthy vent tube that gets in the way. The vent cap allows air to vent into the tank but does not allow fuel to splash out during normal use or during a tip over.
JT Sprockets are made from the latest generation of computer design and control metal cutting equipment for maximum durability. Front sprockets are made from chromoly SCM420 steel alloy. All sprockets are heat-treated and hand-finished to meet or exceed the highest possible quality standards.
For reference, the stock gearing for the WR250R is 13/43 while the X model runs with a 13/42 stock configuration because of the SM wheels/tires. Both use a 108 link chain with the stock gearing.
The JT rear sprockets listed are made from the finest 545C high carbon steel and are then heat treated and hand finished to meet or exceed OEM standards. Outlasts many mild steel or surface hardened sprockets as much as two and three times over.

The idler gear is one of the few plastic components in the DR650 that can significantly impact engine performance if it fails or breaks.

When they developed these, they wanted a functional, yet "Easy On- Easy Off application. The pig tail hook goes up, over and underneath the bar of the rack, they can also be used upside down on the rear rack as side boards. To install them, wing them out, slide them in place and then wing them back down. Simply reverse the process to remove them.
Rok-Straps are supplied to secure them in place. They are pre-drilled to accept the pattern of the Roto-Pax Pack Mount (sold separately) so you can carry fuel or attach them to your own bags.

This is a new gasket for the cylinder head - head pipe junction. Installing a new one with your new header will ensure a good seal and no exhaust leak.
Reusable billet aluminum muffler joint gasket. Factory joint gaskets usually cannot be removed from the pipe without damage. This one can be used over and over again. Pays for itself the first time you need to remove you muffler during service or repairs.
The PowerBomb header promotes better flow by allowing a small expansion of the exhaust gasses. The 'bomb' also acts as a pre-muffler taking the edge off of overall sound levels.
The DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 84db @ 3200 RPM). Ride in warm temperatures a lot? Worried about your motor oil just getting too hot? The Trail Tech Universal Fan Kit mounts up to the backside of the DR's oil cooler to draw cool air across it and keep those oil temps down. An electronic temperature sensor mounts to the fan, no need to cut any fluid lines, and automatically turns the fan on when needed to keep the temperature in the optimum range.
The activation sensor can be set wherever you like to keep the temperature right where you want it. Backlit for easy viewing anytime it also includes a volt meter.

Features:
CONSTANT CURRENT CHARGE - If the battery voltage is over 10 volts, the charger will deliver a 2 amp charge until the battery reaches 14.2 volts.
MAINTENANCE CHARGE - When the battery reaches 14.2 volts, the charger will automatically convert to maintenance mode. The charger will revert to charge mode when the voltage drops below a specified voltage.
LOW VOLTAGE RECOVERY - If battery voltage is below 8 volts, the charger will apply a .2 amp charge to recover the battery, once the battery reaches 8 volts, the charger will apply a .5 amp charge, at 10 volts a full 2 amp charge is applied until the battery is fully charged.
AUTOMATIC VERIFICATION STAGE - Charger automatically stops charging if the battery does not reach at least 10 volts after 2 hours of charging.
SAFETY - Power is not passed thru the charging leads unless they are connected to a battery.
