We've been asking for a bigger tank for years and it's finally happened. This is the big brother to the very popular 5.3 gallon Acerbis tank with some modifications to add another gallon and a half of capacity. It's the same width between the knees but extends wider and further forward in front of the knee pockets. Installation of the Acerbis tank requires relocation of the front turn signals, otherwise the stock signals will contact the tank at full lock. Our Turn Signal Relocation Brackets move the front turn signals up and forward to clear the bigger tank.

For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring.
If you regularly have more than 250 pounds on the bike, you might want to use the 8.15 kg/mm spring.
Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.
Aluminum alloy lowering link. Lowers the rear suspension approximately 1 inch.

If you've got an older XR650L, you know the struggle of removing the O.E. nuts from the studs. They either snap, remove the stud or come off as they should. At some point you're likely to snap on or come across a seized nut to stud. These bolts are a superior upgrade to the O.E. nut and stud.
