Kit includes a LED taillight / brake light unit as well as compact turn signals. We also include splice connectors and split tubing, everything you need for this installation.

The Edge-2 Tail Light and License Plate Holder is a simple bolt-on replacement for the stock unit. Included is an aluminum mount for the light and license plate that is model specific. The light unit uses 16 high-intensity red LED's for tail/stop light function. 3 white LED's are used for license plate illumination. Included is a set of turn signal brackets that bolt to the mount. The Rally windscreen from Parabellum is the perfect protection from wind and debris without sacrificing technical off-road capabilities. This is an upright rally type windscreen that looks aggressive and performs well under all types of riding. Designed primarily for the off-road / dualsport enthusiast, this shield keeps pressure off the rider's chest while commuting from home to adventure and back.

Mounting is accomplished by drilling two holes on each side of your headlight cowl using the provided template. The shield is 14 inches tall, 11.5 inches wide at the bottom narrowing to 8.5 inches at the top. Made from military aircraft grade cast acrylic.

This unit will not fit properly on '90 to '01 DR650 headlight cowls.

The touring windshield from Parabellum has been designed, developed and tested using all the knowledge and experience of the KLR riders in their own shop. Using the stock mounting points as well as the cowling mounts increases the rigidity of the shield. 

All new fasteners are included. This new design allows you to move your handlebar to different positions and will not interfere with a stand-up position for off-road use.

Dunlop designed the D606 tire to be street-legal but with an emphasis on aggressive off-road riding and great durability. A full-depth tread pattern designed for rigorous off-road use yields excellent traction on everything from hard-packed fire roads to soft single-track trails. At the same time, the D606's tread compound is engineered for good highway durability and grip.

The Dunlop D606 is R rated (max speed of 106 mph)

These plates are made from 4mm thick 5083 aluminum because the extreme abrasion and impact resistance for the full weight of the bike and the rider. The front portion of the B&B Skid Plate bolts to mounts that are permanently attached to the forward motor mount. This means no more trying to hold clamps in place when you take you skid plate off for oil changes or cleaning. Easy off, easy on. All necessary hardware is included in the kit. Dyno and field tested, the Power Surge 6X will allow correction for humidity, temperature, air pressure, along with race fuels and motor modifications. Superior Filtration:

This should be the last oil filter you will ever buy. For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring.

If you regularly have more than 250 pounds on the bike, you might want to use the 8.15 kg/mm spring.

Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.

The correct spring rate for your weight will give a smoother more controlled ride. No more bottoming out, and improved traction and confidence off-road.
8.6 & 9.6 springs require an adapter which is included.

Installation requires disassembling your forks and drilling out your damper rods.

Included in this kit are fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and three bottles of 5w fork oil. Refresh those tired old forks and make them better than new. These DDCs from Cogent are easy to install. No taking the forks apart, no drilling of the damping rods, nothing. Just take them off, flip them over to drain the oil, add new 5w oil, drop in the DDCs and then add the springs and spacers and then install the caps. Preload spacer material is included with the .47 and .70 springs, additional spacers are not needed with the other kits.
This upgrade offers better control off-road as well as on. Less brake dive keeps the fork up in the middle of the stroke on-road and better control off-road whether it be rolling water bars or bouncing off the rocks.

ProTaper's ADV handlebars give you a bar taller than most with extra space on the control portion of the bar. This CNC cap will replace the stock gas cap on the stock tank. You do need some parts from the stock cap, so don't throw it away yet! It is not difficult and this kit includes the additional hardware required. Also included is a vent tube with a matching cap.

If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing.
