The universal E-series adapter plate is designed to add a Givi Monokey topcase to most existing flat rear luggage racks. All necessary mounting hardware and installation diagram for attachment to generic tubular-steel flat rear luggage racks is included. This is a universal plate so making it work on your tail rack might need a little self engineering.

Typically installs quickly using simple hand tools. Mounts standard Givi Monokey topcases (ie E45 Elegant, E460 Delux, E52 Maxia), or the flat, stable surface can be used as a solid toprack when the topcase is not needed. These flat tie down 'stretch' straps are designed specifically for motorcycles, ATVs and snowmobiles. Carry anything on your motorcycle securely and without scratches with these flat - no hook - tie down straps.

ROK Straps are a two-piece strap with a quick-release buckle in the middle and loops on each end. One end of the strap is a heavy duty nylon, the other has a strong stretchable section. Instead of hooks that can slip or come undone, ROK Straps have a loop sewn in each end. you pass the buckle around your frame, rack or other secure point and then back through the loop in the end making for a very secure mount. With each end secured, connect the buckle in the middle and simply tug the slack end of the strap until your load is firmly held in place.

The little tool bag that Yamaha provides behind the side cover is nice, but adding this Tool Tube to your TW will make it easier to carry some real tools! The ABS pipe is plugged on each end with waterproof expanding plugs. It is held to the frame of your TW with powder-coated steel straps and brackets. It provides a storage space of 3" ID x 10-1/2" long. Includes all hardware required to mount to your TW200.

You can now order your Tool Tube with a Locking End cap, mini padlock and keys included, on the exposed end.

What would you do if your oil cooler was damaged way out in the bush? We have a simple solution. This kit allows you to bypass the oil cooler and both oil lines and insure that the top end continues to get the oil it needs to stay healthy. Simply remove the stock oil lines from the motor and attach one end of the bypass at the head and the other end at the engine side case. Be sure to leave the original o-rings in place.

Small, light weight and easy to carry. You may never need it but if you do it will save you a lot of walking!

The quick-release base brackets mount to your forks. If you want to go back to stock naked bike configuration simply release the locking plungers and slide the system off. Keep in mind that the crossbar, and anything you may have mounted to it, will also come off with the system.

Depending on your application and preferences, more than one optional heat shield may be useful.

Formerly DSA, now ProCycle brand, is a plastics kit in three colors - Black, White, and Blue, as well as Blue fenders with White side panels and Black fenders with White side panels. (headlight cowl not included).

Vacuum molded, these parts are a design improvement over the stock pieces. The side panels have a crisper, more angular look than the stock parts while the front fender is shaped like the DRZ400SM OEM front fender. DP brakes are available in two different compounds for the DR. 

The standard Sintered metal material pads provide powerful braking with industry-high HH+ friction rating that is equally adept in wet or dry conditions. They have a quick break-in period and excellent initial response. An oxide-based ceramic material on the rear of the backing plate keeps heat away from the caliper piston and fluid in extreme conditions giving a fade-free performance in even the harshest conditions.

The material in the Special Pads was developed by pro riders in the MX, Supercross, Enduro and Off-Road world where performance and good durability are essential.

Includes front and rear brake pads.

These DP Standard brake pads are our OEM replacement sintered metal compound. Ideal for everyday use, both on and off-road. They provide excellent all-round braking hot or cold, wet or dry. Where applicable a high-tech ceramic heat shield is applied to the rear of each backplate to reduce the heat transfer into the fluid and prevent brake fade. They have one of the lowest wear rates on the market, very low levels of brake dust and no noise and no thermal cycle bedding-in required are also benefits of the DP Standard brake pads.

• Sintered Pads are best for regular riding. Long life, and good performance in all conditions
• Sport Carbon pads are made for fast riding in dry conditions. Not recommended for mud, water, or sand.

Small Wheel models have a 17" Front Wheel and 14" Rear Wheel.

Sintered Pads from EBC are the best pads we have found for the KLR, they provide good performance in all conditions yet still give you long pad life.

The complete fork upgrade kit - Progressive Suspension springs and Race Tech emulators. Also includes a set of top quality fork seals and fork oil to complete the job. Everything you need to transform your mushy stock forks into suspension that really works.

Progressive springs offer a soft initial spring rate for a plush ride. Progressively wound design provides increased resistance to bottoming as spring compresses. These springs are significantly stiffer than the wimpy stock springs.

They will make a big improvement in the front forks while still delivering a smooth ride. Sold in pairs.

The Pro-Series is the suspension performance pinnacle. Cogent takes Mojave’s best-in-class performance and adds an external reservoir.

The Pro-Series’ sophisticated reservoir with interchangeable valves and shims, provides more tune-ability at all speeds. It also improves internal pressure balance and temperature dissipation, giving long lasting performance regardless of the punishment you put it through.

Comes standard with the CNC machined Bling Ring Preload Adjuster Collar and a thrust bearing between the adjuster ring and the spring making preload adjustments easy.

The optional Hydraulic Preload Adjuster makes it even easier to adjust the preload. Just twist the knob. Includes mounting bracket for knob unit. (See last image)  (Some CA carb compliant models may need slight modification for mounting the preload adjuster.)

Select the spring you want installed based on the load you plan to carry. *Spring color may vary due to specification requirement and availability.

For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring.

If you regularly have more than 250 pounds on the bike, you might want to use the 8.15 kg/mm spring.

Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.

Cogent Dynamics Mojave product is a drop-in replacement for the DR650 stock shock, no modifications necessary. Mojave is not simply an improved Suzuki shock, it is a brand new replacement shock that is a totally engineered suspension solution to suit your needs.

Each shock is assembled and tested on the Cogent Dynamics suspension dyno before being packed up and shipped. Like its bigger brother the Mojave Pro Series, this will make an incredible difference in the handling of your DR.

Mojave Improvements over stock:
Mojave upper mount: uses a precision spherical bearing with dust seals, which accurately transfers damping forces to the motorcycle frame.

Internal improvements: Cogent designed shaft, seal head, damper piston, adjuster and clevis.

Lowers the rear suspension. Precision machined from billet aluminum and anodized.

Another great combination package - the FMF Powerbomb header and Powercore 4 Muffler.

The Powerbomb header promotes better flow by allowing a small expansion of the exhaust gasses improving scavenging. The 'bomb' also acts as a pre-muffler taking the edge off of overall sound levels.

The PowerCore4 muffler was developed to increase the horsepower and torque throughout the entire power curve and give you a noticeable power increase that is very usable and beneficial, no matter what your riding style or ability is.

Some of the features of the PowerCore 4 include: space age internal packing for maximum packing life; hi-flo modular end cap; internal shape of core uses hi-flo technology; enhanced sonic evacuation provides for higher flow and increased power and removable spark arrestor.

The Akrapovic double-flow muffler is made of a Titanium outer shell with a Stainless Steel end cap. The joint on the inlet cap is CNC milled and connected to the inlet pipe with silicon-shielded tempered springs. A lightweight, compact and high-temperature-resistant carbon fiber clamp supports the muffler to the frame.

This muffler is 3 pounds lighter than stock and will give you an increase in power across the powerband.

The plug-and-play exhaust is simple to install without any need for remapping and comes with full instructions.

Introducing the Zeta solid bushings to replace your worn out rubber bushings. We have tested these bushings on our own bike and we love them. No more sloppy handle bars. Plus, they add a little bling factor to your bike! Simply unbolt your bar mounts and swap the rubber bushings with these anodized billet bushings for a more stable handlebar feel.

These versatile Risers allow you to clamp a 7/8" diameter handlebar or you can remove the 7/8" reducers and then clamp an 1- 1/8" aluminum "fatbar". If you are thinking of going to a fatbar after you bend your stock set or just want the versatility and option to run any bar, this is the riser to go with. Reducers lock into risers to insure no slippage between components.

These risers use 8mm bolts. Always check and confirm that your bike has adequate cable and brake line length before installing any handlebar risers.

Anti-Vibration Risers may interfere with aftermarket large capacity fuel tanks, and some steering stem clamp configurations (in these cases we recommend using standard pivoting risers).

This little jewel reduces hand fatigue and cramping on long rides or daily commutes. The Crampbuster is not a throttle locking unit but, rather a simple clip-on device which allows you to relax your grip while riding.

PSR's  fin rear rotor protector. CNC machined from forged aluminum and then anodized gun metal in color. Just remove your existing caliper bracket and remove the pins, install them on this new one and then put the caliper and fin back on. It doesn't get much easier. Hose reducer to go from 5/16" line down to 1/4" line. Many bikes have 5/16" carburetor spigots but most aftermarket petcocks are 1/4". This solve the problem of mismatched sizes. Solid brass construction. Can be used to route or repair fuel lines, oil lines or air lines. Barbed ends provide a secure fit.

All of these lines are stronger and more durable than vinyl fuel lines and are resistant to swelling, UV light, as well as hardening and cracking.

This Diode Kit is only necessary if you have a single dash indicator for your turn signals. One dash light for both left and right signals (such as on the DR650).
