This 'Bling Ring' replaces the two stock preload/lock rings. The ring is CNC machined aluminum with the additional thickness to provide superior support on the shock body.

The added needle bearing thrust washer will make preload adjustments much easier. The ring then spins much easier against the spring making adjustments quite a bit easier.

This part can easily be added to the shock with a stock shaft, even after they are built.

To install the Bling Ring on a Cogent or Race Tech Shock Shaft Assemblies, it must either be disassembled or have the lower clevis removed.

Included in this kit are 0.43 kg/mm Race Tech straight rate fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and two bottles of 5w fork oil.

Due to the small diameter of the KLX140 fork springs, the DDC Installation Tool will not work in the normal way on these bikes.

Progressive springs offer a soft initial spring rate for a plush ride. Progressively wound design provides increased resistance to bottoming as spring compresses. These springs are significantly stiffer than the wimpy stock springs.

They will make a big improvement in the front forks while still delivering a smooth ride. Sold in pairs.

You can adjust the preload on your KLR shock easily, why not on the forks as well? These caps give you the capability to adjust the spring preload in your forks to match your load.

Lose that ugly stock taillight and license plate bracket and install this tidy one from ProCycle. We designed this unit and have it manufactured here in Oregon. Kit includes a LED taillight / brake light unit as well as compact turn signals. We also include splice connectors and split tubing, everything you need for this installation.

This LED headlight from JNS Engineering is DOT approved and an entirely new LED specific headlight! A specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket replaces the stock unit. Included is a wiring harness and all the required hardware to make this installation quick and easy and mostly plug and play. The DOT kit does not have a daytime running light (parking light) and may require minor trimming on the backside of the fairing. The headlight features separate low and high beam projectors in a custom headlight shell designed specifically for this LED bulb. Our Tool Tube mounts in place of the little stock tool carrier. The tube is made from 3 1/2" O.D. ABS pipe. It's held by 3 strong powder coated steel straps. Both ends are sealed with waterproof expanding plugs. This is the ideal way to carry those items you always want to have with you on every ride. Tube is approximately 13" long.

You can now order your Tool Tube with a Locking End cap, mini padlock and keys included, on the exposed end.

If you already have a Tool Tube you can order just the Locking End Cap and lock.

Cycle Racks Bag Supports can used for many different Cycle Racks and can be used on either the front or rear rack.

When they developed these, they wanted a functional, yet "Easy On- Easy Off application. The pig tail hook goes up, over and underneath the bar of the rack, they can also be used upside down on the rear rack as side boards. To install them, wing them out, slide them in place and then wing them back down. Simply reverse the process to remove them.

Rok-Straps are supplied to secure them in place. They are pre-drilled to accept the pattern of the Roto-Pax Pack Mount (sold separately) so you can carry fuel or attach them to your own bags.

Precision Motorcycle Racks strongly recommends these side racks be used with their Top Rack because the racks use each other to mount properly. They were never intended to be used by themselves without the rear rack.
