A new high output stator for the XR650L. 25% more output than the stock unit. Approximately 50 additional watts. Now you can have enough power to run those driving lights and/or heated riding gear!

Here is the little switch that mounts inside your brake or clutch lever perch and controls the brake light or clutch safety circuit. This switch often gets damaged in an unplanned dismount (aka: crash) or the plastic simply cracks from age. When this happens, you can find yourself chasing a short circuit that keeps blowing your fuse every time the brakes are applied. If this has happened to your TW, here's the fix!

These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. Unlike relocation plates, these mounts do not hang dangerously below the frame. You can mount stock or aftermarket pegs and they are compatible with all skid plates, crash bars, and center stands.

New 10.9 high strength mounting bolts are included. Once installed the foot controls will need adjustment and the brake switch spring will need to be slightly modified.

Low peg mounts from JNS Engineering. Your choice of a straight 1.5" drop or get that drop and a 1" rearward offset. You can use your stock pegs or click on one of the optional pegs that are made to fit the stock DR650 mounts.

This is a great combination and a big 'bang for the buck' performance increase. 

No re-sleeving required. You will have to have your cylinder bored to fit the larger piston.

This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Once complete they are given a polished finish or coated with a super-durable black polymer. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible.

These racks are smooth and sturdy enough to use as a grab handle.

CNC machined from 5mm aluminum 5083 plate with lots of slots to attach your Rok Straps (or other straps). This gives a considerably wider deck than the standard B&B Rack. Attaches directly to the B&B rack with four screws that are included. Available in either polished aluminum or a black polymer coating.

These plates are pre-drilled and countersunk from the bottom making installation of a RotoPax mount quick and easy.

The Akrapovic double-flow muffler is made of a Titanium outer shell with a Stainless Steel end cap. The joint on the inlet cap is CNC milled and connected to the inlet pipe with silicon-shielded tempered springs. If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing. Topping off the cap is a CNC Machined metal vent cap. This eliminates the need for a lengthy vent tube that gets in the way. The vent cap allows air to vent into the tank but does not allow fuel to splash out during normal use or during a tip over.

  These caps fit Acerbis tanks only.

Get better range from your XR650L by adding a Clarke 4.7 gallon fuel tank. Cannot use stock shrouds.

Available in Natural, White, Black, and Red. Natural color is recommended if you wish to easily see the fuel level in the tank. Includes cap, uses stock petcock.

This unit will not fit properly on '90 to '01 DR650 headlight cowls.

CNC machined from 6061 Aluminum by the crew at Warp 9. This upper triple clamp will help to get the bars out of your lap on the XR650L. It allows for six different bar positions (three mount positions and reversible offset mounts). Uses the stock key switch and works with the handlebar lock. Rebound Separator Valves replace the shock shaft nut with an asymmetric valve (provides a different flow rate in each direction of travel) to increase traction and improve bottoming resistance and pitch control.

Why is this needed? On a standard shock the Low Speed Rebound Adjuster flows the same on compression and rebound. In testing, when the lowest speed rebound damping is quick enough to get good traction, the lowest speed compression damping is too mushy. This causes a vague feeling and bottoming on long duration hits like big dips or gullies in Dirt. For Pavement RSV's have the added benefit of pitch control (front to back movement during acceleration and braking). This keeps geometry more consistent.

The Valve has a partially drilled bleed hole in the center. IT MUST BE DRILLED BY THE END USER TO THE PROPER SIZE (2.8mm).
