This kit includes only the highest quality components, including the pre-installed 12oClockLabs processor board, which is made in the USA.
We recommend a "Fixed Rate Flasher" unit for use with this kit. When you install aftermarket signals it changes the load on a factory signal system.
This kit does not include parts to mount aftermarket turn signals. The pre-installed processor board allows the turn signals to be integrated in to the tail light.

Our Heavy-Duty tubes are made specifically for off-road riding. These are the sturdiest, highest quality tubes on the market. They are 3mm thick with natural rubber construction to better resist pinch flats and are easier to patch than butyl rubber tubes. These have a straight metal valve stem. These Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil to 5w and install the DDCs under the springs and hit the trails.
Stiffer fork springs are required to realize the full benefits of the DDCs. .42 kg/mm springs are the springs recommended for just about anybody out there. Please call if you have any further questions.

This is an extended version of the stock DR650 clutch release arm that is manufactured by Suzuki.
Upgrading to a longer clutch release arm will lighten the pull of the clutch lever through means of increased leverage. This means less fatigue, quicker clutch engagement, easier clutch modulation and longer rides.
The extended clutch arm will not offer a drastic change in clutch pull. If you're looking for a major change in clutch pull at the lever, we recommend getting a Magura hydraulic clutch kit.

DRC is one of the leading manufacturers of silicone hose kits for motorcycles.
Made from laser cut, medical grade, 304 stainless steel micronic filter cloth. This filter provides 200% more filter area than most other filters. Most high quality filters will pass particles in the 90 to 95 micron range, and some tested, as much as 300 microns. Sand is about 125 microns and a white blood cell approximately 25 microns. Scott's stainless filter catches items down to 35 microns "absolute". The pleat seam is welded, not glued like paper filters, increasing temperature resistance to 600 degrees F.

Excessively worn dampers can cause the cush hub bearing to fail - which will ruin your sprocket carrier.

The cush hub (sprocket carrier) bearing leads a tough life. This is especially true if your cush rubbers get old and soft. They can allow the chain to pull the cush hub sideways putting a twisting load on the bearing. If there's any question about the condition of your bearing replace it now with this double sealed bearing and quality seal.
