The Honda CRF1000L Twin Dakar Bash plate. Our all new engine protection system is designed to provide all the benefits of a lower crash bar and bash plate in one. It is constructed from 4mm & 5mm 5083 structural plate combined with 20mm heavy wall alloy tubing to form the outer profile. It is mounted in seven locations to make it the most rigid bash plate on the market. It has a narrower profile and fewer snag points than the conventional crash bars. This kit includes the all new Morimoto 4×6 LED headlight and pre-assembled JNS Engineering adjustable mounting bracket set. It’s a plug and play installation however a small amount of trimming on the backside of the plastic headlight shroud is required.

From our friends at JNS Engineering, a very nice mount for a set of auxiliary lights on the front of your KLR650. Laser cut from 0.190" 5052 aluminum it is CNC formed and then powdercoated black. One of the best benefits is that it will not interfere with even the largest aftermarket fuel tanks. All included mounting hardware is stainless steel.

Made from heavy duty 1/8" thick stainless steel, these mounting brackets are specifically designed for mounting 2" LED auxiliary lamps to the front of your TW200. They position the lamps (not included) high & tight to the bike for optimal protection and light projection without interfering with the bike controls, body work, or fuel tank. Kit includes four longer mounting bolts for the lower triple clamp.

The image shows a GoPro camera on the TW's right side and an LED light on the left. You could certainly do something like that as well!

Double the size of your side stand footprint and half the chances of your XR650L tipping over when parked on soft terrain. This laser cut, TIG welded 0.190" thick slice of aluminum bolts to your machine with just the addition of a hole in the stock side stand pad. Just takes minutes to mount! All hardware provided.

2 high-quality bushings per set. They recommend changing bushings every 40 hours or at least once a year to get the best performance out of a set. If you are on an Adventure Bike and are doing a lot of road miles they recommend swapping out bushings once a year to ensure that you get the most vibration dampening of the bushings.

Every new set of pegs comes with a 90A bushing installed. This is a medium flex rating. 
80A is the softest and 95A lock-out is the stiffest and has the least amount of flex.

The bushings act like the suspension on your bike. With bushings, there are a couple of things to think about. The more firm the bushing the more durable and longer it will last. They use a durometer, a hardness scale 0 being the softest and 100 being the hardest. They don't go below a80 because they found that durability isn't great below this but have tested as low as a60 bushings. A bigger person that rides enduro-style terrain might want an a96 or a98 rated bushing. A lighter person might want the opposite but in the end, it comes down to personal preference. 

The bushings are high quality yet inexpensive (they achieve this because they use skateboard bushings that are already developed and produced in massive quantities around the world) and a wear item designed to be replaced each season or depending on how hard or often someone rides.

PSR dual sport mirrors come with a slightly convex mirror for a wider field of vision behind you. The round mirror is 4.25" in diameter while the oval is 3.75" x 3". These mirrors are easily adjustable and fold out of the way quickly with the 1" RAM mounts.

The RAM Ball Stud Base used for both mirrors will go into any standard 10x1.25 threaded mirror base.

This unique design from Rox allows you to move your bars either closer (1" up and back) or further away (1" forward and 1-1/4" up) depending on rider preference. These risers have an oblong mounting hole so that they will fit virtually any triple clamp with 8mm bolts. A set of reducers lock into the risers ensuring no slippage whether you have a 7/8" or 1-1/8" bars.

Because these are offset there may be limited clearance between the gas tank and the risers when the bars are fully turned on some models, mainly when mounted to move the bars closer.

They use the 4 foot length in the side bag hauler kits and the 6 foot length in the bag snake kits.

This 'Bling Ring' replaces the two stock preload/lock rings. The ring is CNC machined aluminum with the additional thickness to provide superior support on the shock body.

The added needle bearing thrust washer will make preload adjustments much easier. The ring then spins much easier against the spring making adjustments quite a bit easier.

This part can easily be added to the Cogent or Race Tech Shock Shaft Assemblies, even after they are built.

To install the Bling Ring on a shock with a stock shaft it must either be disassembled or have the lower clevis removed.

Heavy duty shock bumper. The stock bumper is prone to disintegrating with age. If you are re-valving your shock it's a good idea to be sure the bumper is in good shape.
