CNC machined from 2mm 5052 plate, these will protect your cases in the event of a bad spill. Mounted using a high-quality red silicone adhesive, which you can select as an Optional Add On so you can mount them up as soon as they arrive. This is one of the toughest skid plates we've got. Manufactured from 3/16" aluminum that is laser cut and CNC formed, all joints are welded on both sides. The rear mounting bolts are fully recessed for protection. A welded block protects the bolt heads from being bashed and rounded from obstructions. Rubber isolators between the plate and the frame at these two bolt locations help to eliminate vibrations and keep noise down. Front mounts clamp around the frame for a solid connection.

The right side of the plate extends up to cover the oil filter and unbolts from the skid plate for easy filter changes. This skid plate has a black textured powder coat finish for great looks and durability. Includes stainless steel hardware.

Precision Motorcycle Racks strongly recommends these side racks be used with their Top Rack because the racks use each other to mount properly. They were never intended to be used by themselves without the rear rack. 
If you are going to mount these side racks without the use of their top rack please select the extra hardware kit option that includes 2 brackets, 2 steel spacers, and an extra hardware kit that is required for proper installation.

The screws and nuts that hold the Air-box Cover on have a habit of jumping out of the air-box and running away. No idea where they go, but it is far! These cannot be purchased separately from Suzuki but we found some that are perfect replacements. This little kit includes four screws and the square nuts that go into the air-box. We recommend that you put a dab of silicone or something to hold the nuts in so they don't jump ship like the other ones did.

No repacking required. The LeoVince X3 Enduro is made with TIG welded stainless steel internals and aluminum outer shell. It features a semi-direct chamber design that is maintenance free. It's quiet too! Our own in-house testing showed a 84dB sound level using the USFS J1287 testing procedure. That is a bit louder than stock but significantly quieter than other aftermarket mufflers. It includes a certified Spark-Arrester. This muffler requires a stock muffler joint gasket when used with either the stock headpipe or the FMF headpipe.

A set of feeler gauges so you can adjust the valves on your Yamaha. Yamaha says that when the bike is cold, the Intake should be between .002" and .004" and the Exhaust should be between .006" and .007".

This set includes one gauge with a .004" on one end and a .005" on the other for your intake side and another with a .006" and .008" for the exhaust side.

Here are the O-Rings you need when you perform an oil change. The largest one and the smallest one go inside the oil filter housing cover. The second largest one goes on your oil drain plug. Warp 9 Dual Sport wheels are built with billet hubs, 7000 series aluminum rims and laced and trued with stainless steel spokes and nipples.  NAK seals, OEM bearings, Zinc plated nyloc hardware.

The 1.85" x 21" front wheel includes a wave brake rotor.

The 2.50" x 18" rear wheel is built using an upgraded cush drive hub that features polyurethane dampers and includes a rear brake rotor already mounted.

Rear wheel includes a Sprocket Carrier with 7075 T6 aluminum 45T sprocket installed that matches selected hub color.

Also known as the pickup, trigger coil or pulser. This is a known weakness on the DR650. When it fails there is no spark, weak spark or the spark timing is thrown way off. This is a high quality replacement pulse coil. It has the correct polarity and color coded wires. Small and light enough to carry as a spare.

Please note that the internal circuitry of Rick's CDI unit necessitates the engagement of the clutch or kickstand neutral safety switch for proper operation. Specifically, the clutch must be engaged (pulled in) when the kickstand is in the down position. This requirement may not be present in the original Yamaha OEM CDI unit.

Modern technology for the DR650s charging system. Mosfet style regulators produce less heat, are more efficient and last longer than old tech 'shunt style' regulators. Regulator is made by Rick's Motorsports, and includes a ProCycle adaptor bracket to fit into the existing space on the bike.
